1. Интраокулярное устройство, содержащее:

перетекание линзового материала в формовочную камеру так, что, по меньшей мере, часть маски заключена в линзовый материал.
30. Способ по п.29, также включающий удаление, по меньшей мере, части, по меньшей мере, одного опорного элемента после вливания линзового материала.
31. Способ изготовления интраокулярного имплантанта, включающий:
соединение непрозрачной маски, содержащей апертуру с поверхностью формы, и
перетекание материала линзы в форму камеры для получения оптического средства, соединенного с маской.
32. Способ изготовления интраокулярного имплантанта, включающий:
удаление части поверхности оптического средства для образования полости вокруг области апертуры;
по меньшей мере, частичное заполнение полости непрозрачным материалом;
удаление, по меньшей мере, части области апертуры и центральной области оптического средства для снижения толщины апертурной области оптического средства; и
где, по меньшей мере, часть непрозрачного материала остается на поверхности оптического средства для образования непрозрачной маски.
33. Способ изготовления интраокулярного имплантанта, включающий:
обеспечение оптического средства с кольцевой полостью вокруг апертурной области;
по меньшей мере, частичное наполнение полости непрозрачным материалом;
удаление, по меньшей мере, части области апертуры и центральной области оптического средства для снижения толщины апертурной области оптического средства; и
где, по меньшей мере, часть непрозрачного материала остается на поверхности оптического средства для образования непрозрачной маски.
34. Способ изготовления интраокулярного имплантанта, включающий:
размещение непрозрачной маски с апертурой внутри полости формы так, что маска не находится в физическом контакте с полостью формы;
вливание материала основы имплантанта в полость формы для образования основы имплантанта вокруг маски.
35. Способ по п.34, где маска расположена с магнитными полями.
36. Способ по п.34, где маска расположена с проводами, простирающимися от маски к рамке за пределами полости формы.
37. Интраокулярный имплантант, включающий:
основу имплантанта, содержащего материал основы;
маску с отверстием, расположенным внутри основы имплантанта, маска содержит множество отверстий, которые простираются между задней поверхностью и передней поверхностью маски; и
где материал основы простирается через множество отверстий маски, и также где множество отверстий характеризуется тем, что, по меньшей мере, одна из характеристик - размер отверстия, форма, ориентация и расстояние множества отверстий - меняется для снижения склонности отверстий создавать видимые дифракционные картины.
38. Интраокулярный имплантант по п.37, где множество отверстий расположены несимметричным образом.
39. Интраокулярный имплантант по п.37, где какое-то множество отверстий имеет первый размер отверстия, форму и расстояние и, по меньшей мере, другое множество отверстий имеет второй размер отверстия, форму или расстояние, отличное от первого размера отверстия, формы и расстояния.
40. Интраокулярный имплантант по п.37, где первое множество отверстий имеет первый размер отверстия, второе множество отверстий имеет второй размер отверстия, отличный от третьего размера отверстия, и третье множество отверстий имеет третий размер отверстий, отличный от первого и второго размера отверстия.
41. Интраокулярный имплантант, включающий:
основу имплантанту, имеющую конфигурацию для введения в бороздку глаза пациента, основа имплантанта включает:
апертуру, по меньшей мере, частично окруженную непрозрачным участком, формирующим маску, и
область внешнего отверстия, по существу за пределами внешнего периметра маски, и эта область внешнего отверстия содержит, по меньшей мере, одно внешнее отверстие и, по меньшей мере, одну соединительную часть, область внешнего отверстия имеет коэффициент пропускания падающего видимого света, по меньшей мере, 90%; и
внешнюю область, присоединенную к маске с помощью, по меньшей мере, одной соединительной части.
42. Способ изготовления интраокулярного имплантанта, включающий:
обеспечение основы имплантанта, имеющего конфигурацию для введения в бороздку глаза пациента;
формирование апертуры основы имплантанта удалением части основы имплантанта; и
формирование, по меньшей мере, одного отверстия между внешней кромкой структуры и непрозрачной маской, которая находится рядом с апертурой.
