Abstract
一种光学元件成型装置,用于将一预形件成型为一光学元件。该光学元件成型装置包括一第一模仁、一第二模仁、一脱模件及一弹性元件。该第一模仁与该第二模仁相配合可定义该光学元件形状。该脱模件用于承载该预形件。该弹性元件位于该脱模件与该第二模仁之间,以弹性承载该脱模件于该第二模仁上。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种光学元件成型装置,尤其涉及一种透镜成型装置。
【背景技术】
由于光盘播放器、数码相机及摄影机的快速发展,光学元件的应用越来越广泛。如何提高光学元件的制造技术已成为业内人士关注的问题。
目前,光学元件的制造方法主要有注射成型法及压模成型法等。注射成型法主要适用于制造塑料材质的光学元件,压模成型法主要适用于制造玻璃材质的光学元件。其中,压模成型法主要采用一压模成型装置对胚料进行加压,以制成所需形状的透镜。
图1所示为现有技术揭示的透镜成型装置100,其采用压模成型法将一预形件210加工成透镜。该透镜成型装置100包括:一套筒110、一第一模仁120、一第二模仁130及一脱模件140。第一模仁120、第二模仁130及脱模件140位于套筒110中,且脱模件140位于第一模仁120及第二模仁130之间。第一模仁120具有一第一成型面122。第二模仁130具有一突起132。突起132具有一第二成型面134。该第二成型面134与第一模仁120之第一成型面122一同构成透镜之轮廓。脱模件140位于第二模仁130上,用于支撑预形件210,其具有一安装孔142以供突起132穿过。
压模时,第一模仁120沿套筒110向第二模仁130的方向运动,第一成型面122与第二成型面134由两侧对预形件210加压,使预形件210变形以形成所需要的透镜形状。
然而,由于预形件210有时会倾斜地放置于突起132及脱模件140上,故压模操作会造成预形件210的偏心现象。而且上述压模过程在高温高压环境中进行,在透镜成型操作完成后进行的退模操作中,预形件210与第二成型面134之间常常发生粘模现象,即预形件210难于由第二成型面134上脱模。
【发明内容】
有鉴于此,有必要提供一易于脱模的透镜成型装置。
一种光学元件成型装置,用于将一预形件成型为一光学元件。该光学元件成型装置包括一第一模仁、一第二模仁、一脱模件及一弹性元件。该第一模仁与该第二模仁相配合可定义该光学元件形状。该第一模仁面对第二模仁的表面上具有一凹槽,该凹槽用于收容该预形件。该脱模件具有一定位槽,该定位槽用于承载并部分收容该预形件以对其进行定位。该弹性元件位于该脱模件与该第二模仁之间,以弹性承载该脱模件于该第二模仁上。
与现有技术相比,由于上述光学元件成型装置采用一具有定位槽的脱模件来承载预形件并对其进行定位,弹性元件支撑脱模件。当该光学元件成型装置对该预形件进行压模成型操作时,该弹性元件被压缩。压模成型操作完成后,该弹性元件释放弹力,将脱模件弹出,使位于该脱模件上的预形件与第二模仁脱离开。因此,该光学元件成型装置的脱模操作较为简便。

【具体实施方式】
如图2所示,其为本发明一较佳实施方式所揭示的透镜成型装置999。该透镜成型装置999用于对一预形件410进行透镜成型操作,其包括:一套筒310、一第一模仁320、一第二模仁330、一脱模件340及一弹性件350。套筒310将第一模仁320、第二模仁330、脱模件340及一弹性件350收容于其内,并且导引第一模仁320相对于第二模仁330作开模/合模运动。第一模仁320与第二模仁330相配合可定义出预形件410所需成型之透镜形状。脱模件340放置于弹性件350上,以承载预形件410。弹性件350放置于第二模仁330上,以弹性承载脱模件340。
如图3所示,第一模仁320在与第二模仁330相对的端部具有一凹槽322及一第一成型面324。第一成型面324位于凹槽322的底部,用于对预形件410进行挤压以形成所需曲面。
脱模件340具有一定位槽342及一安装孔344。定位槽342位于脱模件340与第一模仁320相对的以部分收容预形件410于其中,从而可稳定预形件410的位置,防止透镜成型装置999进行压模成型操作时预形件410发生偏移。安装孔344位于脱模件340的中间位置。
第二模仁330具有一与第一模仁320相对的表面332。该表面332中部向上延伸形成一凸台334。该凸台334呈圆柱体结构,其由表面332的中间位置向第一模仁320方向垂直延伸而出。凸台334中部进一步向上延伸形成一突起336。突起336具有一第二成型面338。第二成型面338用于对预形件410进行挤压以形成所需曲面。
弹性件350设置于第二模仁330的表面332上,且套设于第二模仁330的凸台334及突起336外。脱模件340放置于弹性件350上,且第二模仁330的突起336部分伸入脱模件340的安装孔344中。其中,弹性件350可以采用弹簧、橡胶垫等材料制成,在本实施例中,其为弹簧。
值得注意的是,上述透镜成型装置999亦可为其它光学元件的成型装置,如棱镜等。
如图4所示,当需要使用该透镜成型装置999对预形件进行压模成型操作时,首先将一预形件410置入透镜成型装置999中的第一模仁320与脱模件340之间,且该预形件410部分收容于脱模件340的定位槽342中,从而有效防止了预形件410偏心现象的发生。然后使第一模仁320向第二模仁330方向挤压上述预形件410,使第一成型面324在上述预形件410上形成对应的曲面。此时,脱模件340抵至第二模仁330的凸台334上,并将弹性件350压缩在脱模件340与第二模仁330的表面332之间。第二模仁330的突起336穿过脱模件340的安装孔344,使第二成型面338在上述预形件410上形成对应的曲面。因此,预形件410被压模成为所需的透镜420。进行脱模操作时,只需将第一模仁320向背离第二模仁330的方向移出套筒310。弹性件350释放弹力,将脱模件340向第一模仁320的方向弹出,从而使透镜420与第二模仁330的第二成型面338分离开。本发明采用弹性件350弹性支撑脱模件340,使该透镜成型装置999的脱模操作较为简便。
Claims (8)
1.一种光学元件成型装置,其用于将一预形件成型为一光学元件,该光学元件成型装置包括:一第一模仁及一第二模仁,该第一模仁与该第二模仁相配合可定义该光学元件形状,其特征在于:该光学元件成型装置进一步包括一脱模件及一弹性元件,该脱模件具有一定位槽,该定位槽用于承载并部分收容该预形件以对其进行定位,该弹性元件位于该脱模件与该第二模仁之间,以弹性承载该脱模件于该第二模仁上,该第一模仁面对第二模仁的表面上具有一凹槽,该凹槽用于在该光学元件成型过程中与该定位槽相配合以对该预形件进行收容定位。
2.如权利要求1所述的光学元件成型装置,其特征在于:该第一模仁具有一第一成型面,该第一成型面位于该凹槽的底部。
3.如权利要求1所述的光学元件成型装置,其特征在于:该第二模仁面对该第一模仁的表面上具有一凸台。
4.如权利要求3所述的光学元件成型装置,其特征在于:该弹性元件为一弹簧,该弹簧套设于该凸台外。
5.如权利要求3所述的光学元件成型装置,其特征在于:该凸台上具有一突起,该突起上具有一第二成型面。
6.如权利要求5所述的光学元件成型装置,其特征在于:该脱模件的中间位置具有一安装孔。
7.如权利要求6所述的光学元件成型装置,其特征在于:该第二模仁的该突起部分伸入该安装孔中。
8.如权利要求1所述的光学元件成型装置,其特征在于:该光学元件成型装置进一步包括一套筒,该套筒用于收容该第一模仁、该第二模仁、该脱模件及该弹性元件。
