Description
光学本体(1)、支持部(2)及びシリコン連結部品(3)を備える可変多焦点眼内レンズであり、前記シリコン連結部品(3)は、前記光学本体(1)と前記支持部(2)との間に位置し、凹条及び凸条を介した嵌合によって光学本体(1)と支持部(2)とを結合している。
本発明に使用されるシリコン連結部品は、比較的柔軟で弾性の優れた材料であり、眼内の筋肉が緩んだり圧縮されたりする際に、眼内の光学ゾーンを効果的に前後に移動させることができる。
図1〜7を参照すると、可変3焦点眼内レンズは、組立式眼内レンズであり、3つの焦点はそれぞれ13.5D、20D及び23.5Dである。製造方法は以下の通りである。

Claims (8)
- 光学本体(1)、支持部(2)及びシリコン連結部品(3)を含み、前記シリコン連結部品(3)は、前記光学本体(1)と前記支持部(2)との間に位置し、凹条及び凸条を介した嵌合によって前記光学本体(1)と前記支持部(2)とを結合しており、
前記光学本体(1)の両端には凹条(4)が設けられ、前記支持部(2)の前記シリコン連結部品(3)と嵌合した側には凹条(5)が設けられ、
前記光学本体(1)の光学ゾーンは、2焦点、3焦点、焦点深度拡張帯または累進多焦点を有する光学ゾーンであり、
前記光学本体(1)と前記支持部(2)とを結ぶ方向である前記シリコン連結部品(3)の幅方向の両端には、それぞれ凸条(6)及び凸条(7)という凸条が設けられており、前記シリコン連結部品(3)は、眼内において前記光学本体(1)の光学ゾーンの前後移動を可能にするような弾性を有していることを特徴とする可変多焦点眼内レンズ。 - 前記凹条及び前記凸条は長方形又は燕尾形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変多焦点眼内レンズ。
- 前記眼内レンズの直径は11.5〜13.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変多焦点眼内レンズ。
- 前記光学本体(1)は、屈折率が1.48〜1.56の疎水性ポリアクリル酸エステル光学透明材料で作製され、前記光学本体(1)の有効光学ゾーンの直径は5.5〜6.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変多焦点眼内レンズ。
- 前記支持部(2)は、疎水性ポリアクリル酸エステル材料又はシリコン強化材料で作製され、前記支持部(2)の厚さは0.18〜0.65mmであり、前記シリコン連結部品(3)の最も厚い部分の厚さは0.18〜0.65mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変多焦点眼内レンズ。
- 前記凹条(4)、(5)の深さはいずれも0.1〜0.15mmであり、前記凸条(6)、(7)の高さはいずれも0.1〜0.15mmであり、前記凹条(4)、(5)の深さと前記凸条(6)、(7)の高さとが一致していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変多焦点眼内レンズ。
- 前記凸条(6)、(7)の幅と凹条(4)、(5)の幅とが一致していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変多焦点眼内レンズ。
- 光学本体(1)、支持部(2)及びシリコン連結部品(3)を含み、前記シリコン連結部品(3)は、前記光学本体(1)と前記支持部(2)との間に位置し、凹条及び凸条を介した嵌合によって前記光学本体(1)と前記前記支持部(2)とを結合しており、
前記光学本体(1)の両端の厚さ方向の断面には凸条(8)が設けられ、前記支持部(2)の前記シリコン連結部品(3)と嵌合した側の厚さ方向の断面には凸条(9)が設けられ、
前記光学本体(1)の光学ゾーンは、2焦点、3焦点、焦点深度拡張帯または累進多焦点を有する光学ゾーンであり、
前記光学本体(1)と前記支持部(2)とを結ぶ方向である前記シリコン連結部品(3)の幅方向の両端の厚さ方向の断面には、凹条(10)が設けられており、前記シリコン連結部品(3)は、眼内において前記光学本体(1)の光学ゾーンの前後移動を可能にするような弾性を有していることを特徴とする可変多焦点眼内レンズ。
