を備えている多焦点眼用レンズ。 - 前記回折ゾーンが、前記光学軸からの増加する距離の関数として増加する面積を示す請求項1記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- 前記調整パラメータaが、約0.1λ〜約0.3λの範囲にある請求項4記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- 前記調整パラメータbが、約1.5λ〜約2.5λの範囲にある請求項5記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- 前記オプティックが、入射光エネルギーの少なくとも約25%を前記近焦点及び遠焦点のそれぞれに向けて方向付ける請求項1記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- 前記オプティックが、入射光エネルギーの少なくとも約10%を前記中焦点に向けて方向付ける請求項7記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- 前記オプティックが、入射光エネルギーの少なくとも約28%を前記近焦点及び遠焦点のそれぞれに向けて方向付ける請求項7記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- 前記光学表面が、前記遠焦点に対応する屈折能力を作り出すベース曲面によって特徴付けられる請求項1記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- 前記近焦点が、前記遠焦点と比較して、約3〜約9ジオプタの範囲にある追加能力によって特徴付けられる請求項1記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- ベース参照曲面によって特徴付けられる表面を有するオプティックと、
前記ベース参照曲面の一部分の上で前記オプティックの光学軸の周りに重ね合わされた複数の環状の回折構造と、
を備えており、
複数の前記回折構造は様々な幅を示して、近視力、中視力及び遠視力をまとめて提供する多焦点眼用レンズ。 - 前記回折構造は、前記光学軸からの増加する距離の関数として増加する幅を示す請求項12記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- 前記ベース参照曲面は、前記遠視力に対応する屈折能力を提供する請求項12記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- 2つの環状の回折構造の幅の間の最大差の百分率は、約75%〜約200%の範囲にある請求項12記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- 前記遠視力及び中視力は約20/20視力を提供し、前記中視力は約20/30視力を提供する請求項12記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- 前記近視力が、約3〜約9ジオプタの範囲にある追加能力を提供する請求項12記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- 前記中視力が、約1.5〜約4.5ジオプタの範囲にある追加能力を提供する請求項12記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- 前記幅が、前記光学軸からの距離の関数として線形に増加する請求項13記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- 前記幅が、前記光学軸からの距離の関数として非線形に増加する請求項13記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
- 前記ベース参照曲面が非球面である請求項13記載の多焦点眼用レンズ。
