Изобретение относитс к медицине в частности к офтальмологии и может быть использовано, например, при диагностике и лечении катаракты.
Известен искуственный хрусталик глаза, содержащий оптическую часть, вьшолненную из полиметилметакрилата а также две группы опорньк элементов , равномерно удаленных друг от , друга, причем одна группа представл ет собой дужки, а втора - антенки Однако данный хрусталик обладает существенным недостатком - травмати- зацией внутриглазных структур.
Наиболее близким по технической сущности к предлагаемому вл етс искусственный хрусталик глаза, содержащий рыполне ные из полимерного материала оптическую и опорную части последн из которых представл ет собой тонкую пленку. Указанньй хрус- тштик 7зыпол ен из ме.дицинского силикона - эластсу-юра с рефракционным индексом, несколько превышающим индекс влаги передней камеры глаза, а его опорип часть выполнена из силиконового материала. Однако указанный хрусталик не исключает травмати- зацию внутриглазных структур.

Цель изобретени - уменьшение травма-ппации тканей глаза, содержащего искусственный хрусталик.
Указг1 П1Я цель достигаетс тем, что 3 искусственном хрусталике, cor держащем пыпо.чиенные из полимерного материала оптическую и опорную части последн 113 которых представл ет собой тонкую пленку, опорна часть срдержит полости, заполн емые газом, объем которьп; составл ет 12-15% от общего обьеь а опорной части, а его оптическа и опорна части выполнены из силиконового материала.

Искуссгвенкьй хрусталик глаза содержит 1и,1полнеиные из полимерного материала оптическую и опорную части 1 и 2, последн из которых представл ет собой тонкую пленку. Опорна часть содержит полости 3, заполненo

ные газом, объем которых составл ет 12-15% от общего объема опорной части.
Искусственный хрусталик глаза выполнен из силиконового материала (герметика или компаунда), так как силикон обладает биологической инертностью , высокой степенью полимеризации , необходимыми эластичностью и упругостью, высокой термостабильностью в широком диапазоне температур (от -60 до +300 С).
Объем пустот составл ет не менее 12% от общего объема опорной части, так как при меньшей величине,возможна травматизаци тканей в нижнем сегменте глазного блока за счет веса искусственного хрусталика. Объем пустот составл ет не более 15% от общего объема опорной части, так как при большей величине возможна травматизаци тканей верхней части глазного блока за счет приобретени хрусталиком способности к всплыванию.
Имплантаци хрусталика осуществл етс следующим образом.
Под местной анестезией производитс - корнеосклеральный разрез или разрез через плоскую часть цилиарного тела длиной 3 мм. Хрусталик удал етс методом факоэмульсификации, лен- сектомии или экстракапсул рно. Задн капсула сохран етс .
Искусственный хрусталик ввод т в капсулу удаленного естественного хрусталика через операционный разрез без предварительного его увеличени до 7-8 мм как при имплантации других искусственных хрусталиков.
В задней камере глаза имплантаци- онный пинцет извлекают из глаза. Искусственный хрусталик заправл ют за верхний листок передней капсулы. После этого искусственный хрусталик фиксируетс в экваториальной зоне хрусталиковой капсулы. На операционный разрез накладывают 3-4 шва в отличие от 6-8 швов, накладываемых при обычных операци х, что, в свою очередь , уменьшает травматичность производимой операции.
Применение предлагаемого изобретени позвол ет уменьшить травматиза- цию тканей глаза в 20-30 раз.

Claims (2)
1. ИСКУССТВЕННЫЙ ХРУСТАЛИК ГЛАЗА, содержащий выполненные из полимерного материала оптическую и опорную части, последняя из которых представляет собой тонкую пленку, отличающийся тем, что, с целью уменьшения травматизации тканей глаза, опорная часть содержит полости, заполненные газом, объем которых составляет 12-15% от общего объема опорной части.
2. Хрусталик по п.1, отличающийся тем, что оптическая и опорная части выполнены из силиконового материала.
