Abstract
1. Лист материала, предназначенный для формирования трехмерной конструкционной структуры, содержащий множество структур, образующих полоски изгиба, сформированных в нем, и расположенных так, что образуется множество линий изгиба, причем каждая линия изгиба имеет расположенные рядом друг с другом структуры, образующие полоски, которые представляют собой полоски изгиба, имеющие продольную ось полоски, ориентированную и расположенную так, что она продолжается через линию изгиба, и структуры, образующие полоски, выполненные и расположенные так, что формируется изгиб листа материала вдоль линий изгиба, в котором изгиб листа вдоль линий изгиба формирует, по меньшей мере, два непараллельных структурных элемента. ! 2. Лист материала по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере одна линия изгиба представляет собой кривую изгиба, имеющую нелинейный участок. ! 3. Лист материала по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере участок внешней кромки листа является изогнутым. ! 4. Лист материала по п.1, в котором структуры, образующие полоски, представляют собой прорези, сформированные так, что они проходят через лист материала. ! 5. Лист материала по п.4, в котором прорези имеют ширину выреза и длину промежутка, обеспечивающие соединение кромки с поверхностью листа материала на противоположных сторонах прорезей во время изгиба листа материала. ! 6. Лист материала по п.1, в котором структуры, образующие полоски, представляют собой канавки, сформированные так, что они не проходят насквозь через лист материала. ! 7. Лист материала по п.1, в котором множество линий изгиба выполнено так и имеет такие размеры, что формируется экзоскелетная структура после изгиба лис�
Claims (59)
1. Лист материала, предназначенный для формирования трехмерной конструкционной структуры, содержащий множество структур, образующих полоски изгиба, сформированных в нем, и расположенных так, что образуется множество линий изгиба, причем каждая линия изгиба имеет расположенные рядом друг с другом структуры, образующие полоски, которые представляют собой полоски изгиба, имеющие продольную ось полоски, ориентированную и расположенную так, что она продолжается через линию изгиба, и структуры, образующие полоски, выполненные и расположенные так, что формируется изгиб листа материала вдоль линий изгиба, в котором изгиб листа вдоль линий изгиба формирует, по меньшей мере, два непараллельных структурных элемента.
2. Лист материала по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере одна линия изгиба представляет собой кривую изгиба, имеющую нелинейный участок.
3. Лист материала по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере участок внешней кромки листа является изогнутым.
4. Лист материала по п.1, в котором структуры, образующие полоски, представляют собой прорези, сформированные так, что они проходят через лист материала.
5. Лист материала по п.4, в котором прорези имеют ширину выреза и длину промежутка, обеспечивающие соединение кромки с поверхностью листа материала на противоположных сторонах прорезей во время изгиба листа материала.
6. Лист материала по п.1, в котором структуры, образующие полоски, представляют собой канавки, сформированные так, что они не проходят насквозь через лист материала.
7. Лист материала по п.1, в котором множество линий изгиба выполнено так и имеет такие размеры, что формируется экзоскелетная структура после изгиба листа материала вдоль линий изгиба.
8. Лист материала по п.7, в котором экзоскелетная структура представляет собой каркас.
9. Лист материала по п.1. в котором множество линий изгиба расположено так, что конструктивные элементы выполнены так и имеют такие размеры, что после изгиба листа материала формируется изогнутый канал.
10. Лист материала по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере одна линия изгиба выполнена так и имеет такие размеры, что формируется открытая структура после изгиба листа материала.
11. Лист материала по п.10, в котором открытая структура, сформированная после изгиба листа материала, имеет L-образное поперечное сечение в результате изгиба вдоль одной линии изгиба.
12. Лист материала по п.10, в котором открытая структура, сформированная после изгиба листа материала вдоль двух линий изгиба, имеет поперечное сечение в форме канала.
13. Лист материала по п.10, в котором лист содержит четыре линии изгиба и открытая структура, сформированная после изгиба листа материала вдоль четырех линий изгиба, имеет поперечное сечение в виде "шляпы-цилиндра".
14. Лист материала по п.10, в котором множество линий изгиба выполнено так и имеет такие размеры, что формируется изогнутый канал после изгиба листа материала.
15. Лист материала по п.1, в котором множество линий изгиба выполнено так и имеет такие размеры, что после изгиба листа материала формируется полая закрытая структура.
16. Лист материала по п.1, в котором множество линий изгиба выполнено так и имеет такие размеры, что после изгиба листа материала формируется полая изогнутая балка.
17. Лист материала по п.1, в котором дополнительно сформировано множество соединительных петелек вдоль множества линий изгиба.
18. Лист материала по п.16, в котором соединительные петельки содержат отверстия для установки креплений.
19. Лист материала по п.16, в котором соединительные петельки сформированы так, что они проходят через соединительные пазы, предусмотренные на втором листе материала для закрепления второго листа материала на первом листе материала.
20. Лист материала по п.16, в котором трехмерная структура представляет собой скелетную конструкцию.
21. Лист материала по п.20, в котором скелетная конструкция представляет собой каркас.
22. Лист материала по п.1, в котором множество линий изгиба расположено, по существу, параллельно, и на равном расстоянии друг от друга, и лист материала изогнут для получения зигзагообразного поперечного сечения, и два, по существу, плоских листа материала закреплены с противоположных сторон листа материала для получения гофрированного узла из листов.
23. Полая балка, содержащая первый лист материала, сформированный для изгиба вдоль множества первых линий изгиба листа, причем первый лист материала сформирован с множеством структур, образующих полоски изгиба, расположенные рядом с каждой из линий изгиба первого листа, причем структуры, образующие полоски изгиба, выполнены для получения изгиба, и первый лист материала изгибают вдоль первых линий изгиба листа, а второй лист материала закрепляют на первом листе материала для формирования изогнутой полой балки, имеющей непрерывные боковые стенки.
24. Полая балка по п.23, в которой линии изгиба представляют собой кривые изгиба с нелинейным участком, и первый лист материала изогнут вдоль первых кривых изгиба листа для получения открытого изогнутого канала.
25. Полая балка по п.24, в которой первый лист материала изогнут вдоль первых кривых изгиба листа для получения открытого изогнутого канала с участками фланца.
26. Полая балка по п.24, в которой площадь поперечного сечения канала сужается.
27. Полая балка по п.24, в которой площадь поперечного сечения канала сужается и расширяется.
28. Полая балка по п.23, в которой множество структур, определяющих полоски изгиба, представляют собой множество сквозных прорезей; и второй лист сформирован для изгиба вдоль множества линий изгиба второго листа, причем второй лист материала сформирован с множеством сквозных прорезей, расположенных рядом с каждой линией изгиба второго листа, и прорези выполнены так, чтобы сформировать изгиб, и второй лист материала изогнут вдоль вторых линий изгиба листа.
29. Полая балка по п.28, в которой прорези в первом листе материала и прорези во втором листе материала выполнены так, чтобы сформировалось соединение кромки с поверхностью материала на противоположных сторонах прорезей во время изгиба.
30. Полая балка по п.29, в которой прорези в первом листе материала и прорези во втором листе материала выполнены дугообразными.
31. Полая балка по п.23, в которой первый лист материала и второй лист материала выполнены и скреплены вместе для формирования изогнутой полой балки.
32. Полая балка по п.28, в которой в первом листе материала сформированы прорези, расположенные так, что они проходят вдоль противоположных сторон пары, по существу, параллельных линий изгиба первого листа; во втором листе материала сформированы прорези, расположенные так, что они проходят вдоль противоположных сторон пары, по существу, параллельных линий изгиба второго листа.
33. Полая балка по п.32, в которой первый лист материала содержит множество разрезов, продолжающихся внутрь от противоположных кромок первого листа материала в положениях, расположенных рядом с парой линий изгиба первого листа; и второй лист материала содержит множество разрезов, продолжающихся внутрь от противоположных кромок второго листа материала до положений, расположенных рядом с парой линий изгиба второго листа.
34. Полая балка по п.33, в которой каждый из первого листа материала и второго листа материала изогнуты так, что они имеют U-образное поперечное сечение и скреплены вместе для формирования четырехсторонней полой коробчатой балки.
35. Полая балка по п.32, в которой первый лист материала и второй лист материала изогнуты так, что они изгибаются продольно вдоль линий изгиба и скреплены вместе с формированием изогнутой четырехсторонней полой коробчатой балки.
36. Полая балка по п.35, в которой разрезы в первом листе материала и втором листе материала имеют форму сектора, и первый лист материала и второй лист материала скреплены вместе с помощью множества креплений.
37. Экзоскелетная конструкция, содержащая одинарный лист материала, сформированный с возможностью изгиба вдоль множества линий изгиба, причем в листе материала сформировано множество структур, образующих полоски изгиба, расположенных рядом с каждой из линий изгиба, причем структуры, образующие полоски изгиба, выполнены так, что они формируют изгиб, и лист материала, согнутый вдоль линий изгиба, формирует конструкцию из конструктивных элементов.
38. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.37, в которой лист материала изогнут вдоль линий изгиба для получения переходной, пригодной для укладки друг на друга формы.
39. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.37, в которой конструкция представляет собой закрытую конструкцию из конструктивных элементов.
40. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.39, в которой конструктивные элементы представляют собой линейные конструктивные элементы.
41. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.37, в которой лист материала содержит штампованные зоны.
42. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.37, в которой конструкция представляет собой каркас, имеющий ступенчатое поперечное сечение.
43. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.37, в которой конструкция представляет собой каркас и структуры, образующие полоски изгиба, представляют собой прорези, причем каркас дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, один компонент, закрепленный на листе; и один лист, изогнутый вдоль линий изгиба так, что он, по меньшей мере, частично окружает лист.
44. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.37, в которой лист материала содержит множество соединительных петелек вдоль множества линий изгиба.
45. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.44, в которой соединительные петельки содержат, по меньшей мере, одно отверстие для установки крепления.
46. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.45, в которой соединительные петельки сформированы для чередования так, что, по меньшей мере, два отверстия для установки крепления совмещаются друг с другом.
47. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.44, в которой соединительные петельки содержат штампованную зону.
48. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.37, в которой конструкция содержит конструктивные элементы, имеющие различную жесткость изгиба и скручивания.
49. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.37, в которой конструктивные элементы имеют поперечные сечения из группы поперечных сечений, состоящих из: L-образной формы, формы открытого прямоугольного канала и закрытой прямоугольной формы.
50. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.37, в которой линии изгиба представляют собой кривые изгиба, а конструктивные элементы имеют, по меньшей мере, одну общую область связывания листа.
51. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.50, в которой лист материала изогнут так, что конструктивные элементы изогнуты и продолжаются за пределы исходной плоскости листа, когда лист материала изгибают вдоль кривых изгиба.
52. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.50, в которой одинарный лист содержит, по меньшей мере, одно ребро жесткости, расположенное рядом с кривой изгиба и выровненное с ней.
53. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.52, в которой, по меньшей мере, одно ребро жесткости сформировано путем штамповки листа для изменения локального поперечного сечения листа.
54. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.50, в которой одинарный лист содержит множество выступающих петелек, расположенных вдоль, по меньшей мере, одной кривой изгиба для обеспечения возможности деформации листа.
55. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.54, в которой, по меньшей мере, одна выступающая петелька содержит сквозное отверстие.
56. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.54, в которой, по меньшей мере, одна выступающая петелька содержит изогнутый участок.
57. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.56, в которой изогнутый участок расположен на дальнем конце выступающей петельки.
58. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.55, в которой, по меньшей мере, одна выступающая петелька содержит пару ребер жесткости, причем ребра жесткости ориентированы так, что их соответствующие продольные оси взаимно пересекаются.
59. Экзоскелетная конструкция по п.54, в которой, по меньшей мере, одна выступающая петелька содержит пару ребер жесткости, причем ребра жесткости ориентированы так, что их соответствующие продольные оси взаимно пересекаются.
