Abstract
método para produzir elementos de parede retangulares ou quadrados a partir de chapa de metal plana, e, elemento de parede a invenção se refere a um método para produzir elementos de parade retangulares ou quadrados a partir de chapa de metal plana, compreendendo as seguintes etapas: - determinar um comprimento e largura de um elemento de parede, - prover uma peça de chapa de metal plana a partir de material de chapa de metal plana tendo uma espessura de material, peça esta que tem duas bordas longitudinais do comprimento determinado e duas bordas transversais da largura predeterminada e se projeta por sua extensão predeterminada ao longo de cada borda longitudinal e borda transversal a fim de formar duas porções de borda longitudinal e duas porções de borda transversal, mutuamente opostas, tendo uma largura de borda predeterminada, em que as bordas laterais curtas das porções de borda longitudinal e das porções de borda transversal têm as dimensão da largura de borda, - incisar as duas porções de borda longitudinal em paralelo à borda transversal perto de cada borda lateral cuta a fim de formas duas incisões tendo um comprimento de incisão que é inferior à largura de borda de maneira a formar duas abas para cada porção de borda longidutinal que são separadas por uma respectiva incisão a partir da porção de borda longitudinal restante e têm uma dimensão transversal, - dobrar em ângulo reto uma respectiva tira, formada pelas incisões, da porção de borda longitudinal restante em paralelo à borda longitudinal, em que a tira tem uma largura que corresponde no máximo ao comprimento de incisão menos a espessura de material, - dobrar em ângulo reto as abas em paralelo à borda longitudinal no nível da base da incisão associada, - dobrar em ângulo reto as porções de borda longitudinal ao longo da borda longitudinal, - dobrar em ângulo reto as porções de borda transversal em paralelo à borda transversal para formar uma tira tendo uma largura que corresponde à dimensão transversal das abas, e - dobrar novamente em ângulo reto as porções de borda transversal ao longo da borda transversal.
