Claims (10)
- 서로 적층되고, 양면이 절연 피막에 의해 피복된 복수의 전자 강판과,
적층 방향에 인접하는 상기 전자 강판끼리의 사이에 마련되고, 상기 전자 강판끼리를 각각 접착하는 접착부를 구비하고,
상기 접착부를 형성하는 접착제가, 제1 상과 제2 상을 포함하고,
상기 접착부는, 바다 구조부인 상기 제1 상과, 섬 구조부인 상기 제2 상의 해도 구조를 갖고,
상기 제1 상은, 에폭시 수지와 아크릴 수지와 경화제를 포함하고,
상기 제1 상은, SP값이 8.5 내지 10.7(㎈/㎤)1/2이며,
상기 제2 상은, 엘라스토머를 포함하고,
상기 제2 상은, SP값이 7.5 내지 8.4(㎈/㎤)1/2이며,
상기 제1 상의 함유량이, 상기 접착부의 총 체적에 대하여, 50체적% 이상이고,
상기 에폭시 수지의 함유량이, 상기 제1 상의 총 체적에 대하여, 50체적% 이상인, 적층 코어. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 상의 SP값과, 상기 제2 상의 SP값의 차가, 0.1 내지 3.0(㎈/㎤)1/2인, 적층 코어. - 삭제

스테이터용인, 적층 코어. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 적층 코어의 제조 방법이며,
에폭시 수지와 아크릴 수지와 경화제를 포함하는 제1 상과, 엘라스토머를 포함하는 제2 상을 포함하는 접착제를 전자 강판의 표면에 도포하고, 복수의 상기 전자 강판을 겹쳐서 상기 접착제를 경화시키고, 접착부를 형성하는, 적층 코어의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 적층 코어를 구비하는 회전 전기 기기.
