Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリブタジエン又はポリイソプレンを、重合域を有するガス流動重合容器 において重合反応条件下で製造する方法であって、下記: (i)ブタジエン又はイソプレンモノマーを、成長中のポリマー粒子の床を収 容する該重合域中に不活性粒状物質及び随意に少なくとも一種の不活性ガスの存 在において導入し; (ii)セリウム、ランタン、プラセオジム、ガドリニウム、ネオジム又はこ れらの混合物のカルボキシレート、アルコラート、アセチルアセトネート、ハラ イド又はアルキル誘導体を含む希土類金属成分、助触媒及び随意にプロモーター を含有する重合触媒を該重合域中に連続に又は間欠に導入し; (iii)ポリブタジエン又はポリイソプレン生成物を該重合域から連続に又 は間欠に抜き出し;及び (iv)未反応のブタジエン又はイソプレン該重合域から抜き出し、該ブタジ エン又はイソプレン及び存在する場合には該不活性ガスを圧縮し及び冷却し、そ の間該重合域内の温度を該重合域中に存在するモノマーの露点よりも低く保つこ とを含む方法。 2.前記重合域内の条件を、固体粒状物質上に吸着又は固体粒状物質中に吸収 されない液が該重合域中に本質的に存在しないようにする請求項1の方法。 3.重合域内の条件を、モノマーの少なくとも一部が固体粒状物質中に吸収さ れない液になるようにする請求項1の方法。 4.前記不活性粒状物質を、カーボンブラック、シリカ、タルク、クレー及び これらの混合物からなる群より選ぶ請求項1の方法。 5.前記不活性粒状物質が、カーボンブラック、シリカ又はこれらの混合物で ある請求項4の方法。 6.助触媒をトリエチルアルミニウム、トリイソブチルアルミニウム、トリヘ キシルアルミニウム、メチルアルミノキサン、改質メチルアルミノキサン、トリ メチルアルミニウム、ジアルキルアルミニウムヒドリド、ジアルキルアルミニウ ムヒドリドとトリアルキルアルミニウムとの混合物及びこれらの混合物からなる 群より選び;随意にプロモーターが下記式: (式中、XはCl又はBrであり;RはH、アルキル、アリール、アルキルアリ ール、クロロ又はブロモアルキル、アルコキシ又はエポキシであり;R’はアル キル、アリール、H、Cl又はBrであり;R”はアルキル、アリール、クロロ 又はブロモアルキル、クロロ又はブロモアリール、ビニル、Cl又はBrであり ;或はR’+R”は酸素、或は飽和又は不飽和シクロアルキルである)を有する 請求項5の方法。 7.希土類成分がネオジムカルボキシレート、ネオジムアルコラートネオジム ハライド又はネオジムアセチルアセト・ネートである請求項1の方法。 8.希土類成分がネオジムネオデカノエート、ネオジムオクトエート、ネオジ ムバーサテート又はこれらの混合物である請求項7の方法。 9.前記反応装置内の静電気のレベルを制御するための剤又は装置の存在にお いて行う請求項1の方法。 10.前記反応装置内の静電電圧を本質的に中性に保つ請求項1の方法。 11.前記不活性ガスが窒素である請求項1の方法。 12.ブタジエン又はイソプレンを連続に導入する請求項1の方法。 13.不活性粒状物質がカーボンブラック又はシリカであり、触媒が下記: (A)(i)ネオジムカルボキシレート、ネオジムアルコラート及びネオジム アセチルアセトネートからなる群より選ぶネオジム化合物を、モノ−エチルアル ミニウムジクロリド、ジ−エチルアルミニウムクロリド又はモノ−及びジ−エチ ルアルミニウムクロリドの混合物に接触させ、(ii)混合物を溶媒の存在にお いてシリカ担体上に付着させてスラリーを形成し及び(iii)該溶媒を除くこ とによって形成する反応混合物;及び (B)(i)ジアルキルアルミニウムヒドリド、(ii)トリアルキルアルミ ニウム、(iii)ジアルキルアルミニウムヒドリドとトリアルキルアルミニウ ムとの混合物、(iv)メチルアルミノキサン、(v)改質メチルアルミノキサ ン及び(vi)これらの混合物からなる群より選ぶ助触媒 である請求項1の方法。 14.反応混合物を、ネオジムカルボキシレートとジエチルアルミニウムクロ リドとを反応させることによって形成し;助触媒がジイソブチルアルミニウムヒ ドリド又はジイソブチルアルミニウムヒドリド及びトリイソブチルアルミニウム である請求項13の方法。 15.不活性粒状物質がカーボンブラック又はシリカであり、触媒が下記: (A)(i)シリカ担体をモノ−エチルアルミニウムジクロリド、ジ−エチル アルミニウムクロリド又はモノ−及びジ−エチルアルミニウムクロリドの混合物 で溶媒の存在において処理してスラリーを形成し、(ii)ネオジムカルボキシ レート、ネオジムアルコラート及びネオジムアセチルアセトネートからなる群よ り選ぶネオジム化合物を加え、及び(iii)該溶媒を除くことによって形成す る反応混合物;及び (B)(i)ジアルキルアルミニウムヒドリド、(ii)トリアルキルアルミ ニウム、(iii)ジアルキルアルミニウムヒドリドとトリアルキルアルミニウ ムとの混合物、(iv)メチルアルミノキサン、(v)改質メチルアルミノキサ ン及び(vi)これらの混合物からなる群より選ぶ助触媒である請求項1の方法 。 16.反応混合物を、ネオジムカルボキシレート及びジエチルアルミニウムク ロリドを用いることによって形成し;助触媒がジイソブチルアルミニウムヒドリ ド又はジイソブチルアルミニウムヒドリド及びトリイソブチルアルミニウムであ る請求項15の方法。 17.不活性粒状物質がカーボンブラック又はシリカであり、触媒が下記: (A)(i)ネオジムカルボキシレート又はネオジムアルコラートを溶媒中に 溶解し、(ii)シリカを加え、(iii)(i)の該溶媒を除いて乾燥固体を 得、(iv)該乾燥固体を、アルキルアルミニウムクロリド及び溶媒を含有する 溶液に加え、及び(v)(iv)の溶媒を除き、(i)及び(iv)の溶媒は同 じになる又は異なることができることによって形成する反応混合物;及び (B)(i)ジアルキルアルミニウムヒドリド、(ii)トリアルキルアルミ ニウム、(iii)ジアルキルアルミニウムヒドリドとトリアルキルアルミニウ ムとの混合物、(iv)メチルアルミノキサン、(v)改質メチルアルミノキサ ン及び(vi)これらの混合物からなる群より選ぶ助触媒 である請求項1の方法。 18.反応混合物を、ネオジムカルボキシレートとジエチルアルミニウムクロ リドとを接触させることによって形成し;助触媒がジイソブチルアルミニウムヒ ドリド又はジイソブチルアルミニウムヒドリド及びトリイソブチルアルミニウム である請求項17の方法。 19.不活性粒状物質がカーボンブラック又はシリカであり、触媒が下記: (A)ネオジムカルボキシレートネオジムアルコラート及びネオジムアセチル アセトネートからなる群より選ぶネオジム化合物を有機アルミニウムハライド化 合物と溶媒の存在において組み合わせることによって形成する反応混合物;及び (B)(i)ジアルキルアルミニウムヒドリド、(ii)トリアルキルアルミ ニウム、(iii)ジアルキルアルミニウムヒドリドとトリアルキルアルミニウ ムとの混合物、(iv)メチルアルミノキサン、(v)改質メチルアルミノキサ ン及び(vi)これらの混合物からなる群より選ぶ助触媒 である請求項1の方法。 20.反応混合物を、ネオジムカルボキシレートとジエチルアルミニウムクロ リドとをn−ヘキサン又はシクロヘキサン中で組み合わせることによって形成し ;助触媒がジイソブチルアルミニウムヒドリド又はジイソブチルアルミニウムヒ ドリド及びトリイソブチルアルミニウムである請求項19の方法。 21.重合触媒の希土類金属成分をスプレー乾燥させる請求項1の方法。 22.重合触媒の希土類金属成分を、プレポリマー、ニート液、溶液又はスラ リーとして重合域に導入する請求項1の方法。 23.随意に請求項1の方法に従っで調製され、カーボンブラック、シリカ、 クレー、タルク又はこれらの混合物である不活性粒状物質を0.3〜80重量% 含有し、或は有機ポリマー物質を0.1〜50重量%含有するポリブタジエン又 はポリイソプレンの粒状自由流動性粒子。 24.ポリブタジエン又はポリイソプレンの自由流動性粒状粒子から製造され るタイヤであって、該自由流動性粒状粒子は随意に請求項1の方法に従って調製 されるものであり、カーボンブラック、シリカ、クレー、タルク又はこれらの混 合物である不活性粒状物質を0.3〜80重量%含有し、或は有機ポリマー物質 を0.1〜50重量%含有するタイヤ。 25.ポリブタジエン又はポリイソプレンの自由流動性粒状粒子から製造され る成形品であって、該自由流動性粒状粒子は随意に請求項1の方法に従って調製 されるものであり、カーボンブラック、シリカ、クレー、タルク又はこれらの混 合物である不活性粒状物質を0.3〜80重量%含有し、或は有機ポリマー物質 を0.1〜50重量%含有する成形品。 26.ポリブタジエン又はポリイソプレンの自由流動性粒状粒子から製造され る押出品であって、該自由流動性粒状粒子は随意に請求項1の方法に従って調製 されるものであり、カーボンブラック、シリカ、クレー、タルク又はこれらの混 合物である不活性粒状物質を0.3〜80重量%含有し、或は有機ポリマー物質 を0.1〜50重量%含有する押出品。 27.下記: (A)(1)シリカ担体,カーボンブラック担体又はこれらの混合担体をモノ −又はジ−エチルアルミニウムクロリドで処理し、ネオジムカルボキシレートを 溶媒の存在において加えてスラリーを形成し、及び溶媒を除くことによって形成 される反応混合物或は(2)ネオジムカルボキシレートを第一溶媒中に溶解し、 シリカ又はカーボンブラックを加え、及び溶媒を除いて乾燥固体を得、乾燥固体 を、モノ−又はジ−エチルアルミニウムクロリドを第二溶媒中に含有する溶液に 接触させ、及び第二溶媒を除くことによって形成される反応混合物からなる群よ り選ぶ希土類金属成分;及び (B)ジイソブチルアルミニウムヒドリド、トリイソブチルアルミニウムヒド リド、及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選ぶ助触媒 を含む重合触媒。 28.希土類成分が、下記の逐次工程: (i)シリカ担体、カーボンブラック担体、又はこれらの混合担体を溶媒中の ジエチルアルミニウムクロリドで処理してスラリーを形成し; (ii)ネオジムカルボキシレートをスラリーに加え;及び (iii)溶媒を除く によって調製される請求項27の重合触媒。 29.希土類成分が、下記の逐次工程: (i)シリカ担体又はカーボンブラック担体に第一溶媒中のネオジムカルボキ シレートを含浸させてスラリーを形成し; (ii)(i)の第一溶媒を除いて乾燥固体を得; (iii)乾燥固体に第二溶媒中のジエチルアルミニウムクロリドを接触させ てスラリーを形成し;及び (iv)(iii)の第二溶媒溶媒を除き、 (i)の第一溶媒と(iii)の第二溶媒溶媒とは同じでも又は異なってもよい によって調製される請求項27の重合触媒。 30.ネオジムカルボキシレートがネオジムネオデカノエート又はネオジムバ ーサテートであり、有機アルキルアルミニウム化合物がジエチルアルミニウムク ロリドであり、溶媒がn−ヘキサン又はシクロヘキサンである請求項27の重合 触媒。
