- 前記第1の有機層と前記アノードとの間に少なくとも第3の有機層があり、前記第1の有機層と前記アノードとの間のすべての有機層が、正孔移動度が電子移動度の少なくとも10倍大きいような正孔移動度および電子移動度を有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の有機層と前記アノードとの間に少なくとも第3の有機層があり、前記第1の有機層と前記アノードとの間のすべての有機層が、正孔移動度が電子移動度の少なくとも100倍大きいような正孔移動度および電子移動度を有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の有機層中の前記第2のリン光発光材料の濃度が、前記第1の有機層中の前記第1のリン光発光材料の濃度より少なくとも5重量%低い、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の有機層中の前記第2のリン光発光材料の濃度が、前記第1の有機層中の前記第1のリン光発光材料の濃度より少なくとも10重量%低い、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の有機層が前記第1のリン光発光材料および前記第1の非発光材料から本質的になり、前記第2の有機層が前記第1の有機層の前記第2のリン光発光材料および前記第2の非発光材料から本質的になる、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の有機層および前記第2の有機層の全厚が少なくとも400Åであり、前記第1の有機層の厚さが少なくとも50Åであり、前記第2の有機層の厚さが少なくとも50Åである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1のリン光発光材料が前記第1の非発光材料の最高被占分子軌道より少なくとも0.3eV高い最高被占分子軌道を有し、前記第2のリン光発光材料が前記第1の非発光材料の第2の被占分子軌道より少なくとも0.3eV高い最高被占分子軌道を有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の有機層と前記アノードとの間に配置された第3の有機層をさらに備え、前記第3の有機層は、前記第1のリン光発光材料から本質的になり、前記第3の有機層は、前記第1の有機層および前記アノードと直接接触する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の有機層と前記カソードとの間に配置された第4の有機層をさらに備え、前記第4の有機層は、前記第2の非発光材料から本質的になり、前記第4の有機層は、前記第2の有機層と直接接触する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第2の有機層と前記カソードとの間に配置された第4の有機層をさらに備え、前記第4の有機層は、前記第2のリン光発光材料の三重項エネルギーより少なくとも0.1eV高い三重項エネルギーを有する材料から本質的になり、前記第4の有機層は、前記第2の有機層と直接接触する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の非発光材料が、トリフェニレン、カルバゾール、ジベンゾチオフェン、およびカルバゾールと結合したジベンゾチオフェンからなる群から選択された基を含む材料から選択される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 3つ以下の異なる有機材料を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 4つ以下の異なる有機材料を含み、前記有機材料の1つは、前記発光層と前記カソードとの間のみの前記デバイス内に存在する電子輸送材料である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
