Claims (18)
- 방사영역을 포함하는 유기발광장치에 있어서,상기 방사영역은 호스트 물질과 복수의 방사 도펀트를 포함하고,상기 방사영역은 복수의 밴드로 이루어지며, 각각의 밴드는 상기 복수의 방사 도펀트 중 하나 이상으로 도핑되고,상기 복수의 방사 도펀트 중 하나 이상은 인광에 의해 방사하고,상기 복수의 방사 도펀트의 혼합된 방사는 백색 방사를 제공하도록 가시 스펙트럼에 걸쳐 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합된 방사는 80 이상의 연색지수를 갖는 유기발광장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 방사 도펀트는 인광에 의해 방사하는 유기발광장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방사 도펀트는 인광성 유기금속화합물인 유기발광장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방사 도펀트는 최고 삼중체 에너지, 중간 삼중체 에너지, 최저 삼중체 에너지의 순서로 배열되는 유기발광장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방사성 도펀트는 최고 삼중체 에너지, 최저 삼중체 에너지, 중간 삼중체 에너지의 순서로 배열되는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방사영역을 포함하는 두 개 이상의 밴드가 여기자 차단층에 의해 분리되는 유기발광장치.
- 애노드, 정공수송층, 방사영역, 전자수송층 및 캐소드를 포함하는 유기발광장치에 있어서,상기 방사영역은 호스트 물질과 복수의 방사 도펀트를 포함하고,상기 방사영역은 복수의 밴드로 이루어지며, 각각의 밴드는 상기 복수의 방사 도펀트 중 하나 이상으로 도핑되고,상기 복수의 방사 도펀트 중 하나 이상은 인광에 의해 방사하고,상기 복수의 방사 도펀트의 혼합된 방사는 백색 방사를 제공하도록 가시 스펙트럼에 걸쳐 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광장치.
