Description
Claims (18)
- 배면기판과,상기 배면기판의 일면에 형성되고, 제1전극, 유기막 및 제2전극이 순차적으로 적층되어 이루어진 유기 전계 발광부와,상기 배면기판과 결합하여 상기 유기 전계 발광부가 수용된 내부 공간을 밀봉하며, 그 내면에 수분 및 산소를 흡착하기 위한 알루미나를 포함하는 다공성 산화물층이 형성된 전면기판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나가 수화 비정질 알루미나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 산화물층이,a) 수화 비정질 알루미나,b) 수화 비정질 알루미나와 실리카의 혼합물,c) i) 수화 비정질 알루미나와, ii) 알칼리 금속 산화물, 알칼리토류 금속 산화물, 금속 할로겐화물, 금속 황산염 및 금속 과염소산염중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 2성분 이상의 혼합물, 또는d) i) 수화 비정질 알루미나와, ii) 실리카와, iii) 알칼리 금속 산화물, 알칼리토류 금속 산화물, 금속 할로겐화물, 금속 황산염 및 금속 과염소산염중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 3성분 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 산화물, 알칼리토류 금속 산화물, 금속 할로겐화물, 금속 황산염 및 금속 과염소산염중에서 선택된 하나 이상이,수화 비정질 알루미나의 네트워크내에 포획된 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 산화물이 산화리튬(Li2O), 산화나트륨(Na2O) 또는 산화칼륨(K2O)이고,상기 알칼리토류 금속 산화물이 산화바륨(BaO), 산화칼슘(CaO), 또는 산화마그네슘(MgO)이고,상기 금속 황산염이 황산리튬(Li2SO4), 황산나트륨(Na2SO4), 황산칼슘(CaSO4), 황산마그네슘(MgSO4), 황산코발트(CoSO4), 황산갈륨(Ga2(SO4)3), 황산티탄(Ti(SO4)2),또는 황산니켈(NiSO4)이고,상기 금속 할로겐화물이 염화칼슘(CaCl2), 염화마그네슘(MgCl2), 염화스토론튬(SrCl2), 염화이트륨(YCl2), 염화구리(CuCl2), 불화세슘(CsF), 불화탄탈륨(TaF5), 불화니오븀(NbF5), 브롬화리튬(LiBr), 브롬화칼슘(CaBr3), 브롬화세륨(CeBr4), 브롬화셀레늄(SeBr2), 브롬화바나듐(VBr2), 브롬화마그네슘(MgBr2), 요오드화 바륨(BaI2) 또는 요오드화마그네슘(MgI2)이고,상기 금속 과염소산염이 과염소산바륨(Ba(ClO4)2) 또는 과염소산 마그네슘(Mg(ClO4)2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나가 뵈마이트(bohemite) 또는 바이어라이트(bayerite)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 산화물층의 두께가 0.1 내지 12μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1전극은 투명 전극이고, 제2전극은 반사형 전극이거나 또는 상기 제1전극은 반사형 전극이고 제2전극은 투명한 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제1전극, 유기막 및 제2전극이 순차적으로 적층되어 이루어진 유기 전계 발광부가 형성된 배면기판을 준비하는 제1단계;전면 기판의 내면에, 알루미늄 알콕사이드 및 극성 용매를 포함하는 알루미나 형성용 조성물을 코팅 및 열처리하여 수분 및 산소를 흡착하기 위한 알루미나를 포함하는 다공성 산화물층을 형성하는 제2단계;상기 배면기판과 전면기판의 적어도 일측의 유기 전계 발광부의 외곽에 해당하는 부분에 밀봉재를 도포하는 제3단계; 및상기 배면기판과 전면기판을 합착하는 제4단계를 포함하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나는 수화 비정질 알루미나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계의 알루미나 형성용 조성물에 알루미늄 알콕사이드 1몰을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 0.9몰의 가수분해 촉매가 더 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계에서 열처리온도가 100 내지 550℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나 형성용 조성물에,실리콘 알콕사이드 및 극성 용매를 포함하는 실리카 형성용 조성물을 부가하거나 또는 실리콘 알콕사이드 및 극성 용매를 포함하는 실리카 형성용 조성물의 가수분해물을 부가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 형성용 조성물에 실리콘 알콕사이드 1몰을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 0.9몰의 가수분해 촉매가 더 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 알콕사이드가 테트라에틸오르토실리케이트 또는 테트라메틸오르토실리케이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나 형성용 조성물에 알칼리 금속염, 알칼리토류 금속염, 금속 할로겐화물, 금속 황산염 및 금속 과염소산염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 더 부가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속염이 아세트산나트륨, 질산나트륨, 아세트산칼륨, 또는 질산칼륨이고,상기 알칼리토류 금속염이 아세트산칼슘, 질산칼슘, 아세트산바륨 또는 질산바륨이고,상기 금속 황산염이 황산리튬(Li2SO4), 황산나트륨(Na2SO4), 황산칼슘(CaSO4), 황산마그네슘(MgSO4), 황산코발트(CoSO4), 황산갈륨(Ga2(SO4)3), 황산티탄(Ti(SO4)2),또는 황산니켈(NiSO4)이고,상기 금속 할로겐화물이 염화칼슘(CaCl2), 염화마그네슘(MgCl2), 염화스토론튬(SrCl2), 염화이트륨(YCl2), 염화구리(CuCl2), 불화세슘(CsF), 불화탄탈륨(TaF5), 불화니오븀(NbF5), 브롬화리튬(LiBr), 브롬화칼슘(CaBr3), 브롬화세륨(CeBr4), 브롬화셀레늄(SeBr2), 브롬화바나듐(VBr2), 브롬화마그네슘(MgBr2), 요오드화 바륨(BaI2) 또는 요오드화마그네슘(MgI2)이고,상기 금속 과염소산염이 과염소산바륨(Ba(ClO4)2) 또는 과염소산 마그네슘(Mg(ClO4)2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계의 알루미나 형성용 조성물에서 알루미늄 알콕사이드는 알루미늄 트리이소프록사이드, 알루미늄 트리부톡사이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전면 발광형 유기 전계 발광 소자의 제조방법.
