Description
本発明は、以下のような態様であってもよい。
(1)増速伝達機構が、前記基部台座において前記インペラを回転させるための電気モータの出力軸に取り付けられ、プーリ駆動部及び歯車対伝達機構を含む。
(2)前記ノズル組立体は、不変部分を有する円形又は長円形リングのような全体形状に成形され、前記組立体の内側キャビティにおいて前記気流を受け入れるための整流リングと、外側リングの周囲又は長円形の周囲に配置され空気を吹き込むための細隙ノズルとを含む。
(3)前記整流リングは、次第に狭くなる先細区域を含み、前記空気を吹き込むための細隙ノズルは、前記先細区域の先端に位置する。
(4)空気を吹き込むための前記細隙ノズルの幅を定める2つの対向面の間の距離は、0.2mm−15.0mmであり、前記ノズルの空気供給部品の空気吹き込み方向と前記整流リングの中心軸線との間に形成される角度は、0.2°−20.0°であり、前記空気吹き込み方向の前記空気供給部品の長さは、0.2mm−30.0mmである。
(5)前記空気を吹き込むための細隙ノズルの幅を定める2つの対向面は、前記ノズルに沿って延びる少なくとも1つの仕切り板によって分離され、該仕切り板は、固定部材によって前記2つの対向面に結合されて、前記ノズルに沿って延びる複数列の空気供給出口を形成し、空気供給出口の2つの隣接する列は、整列して又は千鳥配列で配置され、各空気供給出口は、各空気供給出口を定める対向面を含み、各ペアの対向面の間の距離の合計は、0.2mm−15mmであり、前記ノズルの空気供給部品の空気吹き込み方向と前記整流リングの中心軸線との間に形成される角度は、0.2°−20.0°であり、前記空気吹き込み方向の空気供給部品の長さは、0.2mm−30.0mmである。
(6)前記ピボット構成要素は、前記基部台座内に取り付けられるT字形中空パイプを含み、前記T字形中空パイプの水平パイプの2つの端部は、前記ノズル組立体の取り入れ端部と連通状態にあり、前記T字形中空パイプの垂直パイプは、前記基部台座の前記出口端部と連通状態にあり、前記水平パイプの前記2つの端部は、前記水平パイプの周りで回転可能なフランジにはめ込まれ、前記フランジ及び前記ノズル組立体は、前記ノズル組立体及び前記フランジが前記水平パイプの周りを共に回転するように一緒に固定される。
(7)前記ピボット構成要素は、前記ノズル組立体の取り入れ端部に配置される中空パイプを含み、前記中空パイプ及び前記ノズル組立体は一緒に固定され、シール部材が、前記ノズル組立体及び前記中空パイプが一緒に回転するように、前記中空パイプと前記基部台座内のケーシングの空気出口との間に配置される。
(8)シール部材は、前記フランジ又は前記中空パイプと前記基部台座内のケーシングとの間に配置される。
(9)サークリップが、前記フランジ又は前記中空パイプ上に配置されて、前記ノズル組立体が前記基部台座内のケーシングから外れることを防止する。
(10)前記ピボット構成要素は、前記ノズル組立体の滑らかな回転を可能にする組立体に結合され、前記基部台座の前記ケーシングに固定されるバネ及び該バネ上に配置されるローラーボールを含み、円形鋸歯状結合部分が、前記フランジの外周上に配置され、前記ローラーボールは、前記鋸歯状結合部分の各凹形部分に支えられ、結果的に前記水平パイプの周りで前記ノズル組立体の滑らかな回転が可能になる。
(11)前記ピボット構成要素は、前記ノズル組立体の滑らかな回転を可能にするプラスチック部品と結合され、突起部が、前記フランジの円形鋸歯状結合部分に対応する前記プラスチック部品に配置され、前記突起部は、前記鋸歯状結合部分の各凹形部分に支えられ、結果的に前記水平パイプの周りで前記ノズル組立体の滑らかな回転が可能になる。
(12)前記シール部材は、前記フランジと前記水平パイプとの間に配置され、ファスナが、前記フランジと前記ノズル組立体との間に結合される。
(13)前記ノズル組立体のピッチ回転を制御するための第2の電気モータ、及び前記第2の電気モータの出力軸に結合される少なくとも1つの駆動ホイールが、前記基部台座内のケーシングに設けられ、駆動ホイールの前記ピボット構成要素との係合により、前記ノズル組立体が滑らかに回転する。
(14)前記電気モータ及び前記インペラは、空気を吹き込むための装置の空気供給組立体を構成し、前記空気供給組立体は、ケーシングに収容され、前記ケーシングは、減衰機構によって前記基部台座内に固定される。
(15)前記インペラ及び前記電気モータは、ケーシングに収容されて空気供給組立体を構成し、衝撃吸収連結部材が、前記ケーシングと前記空気流通路の取り入れ端部との間に配置される。
(16)前記ノズル組立体を前記水平方向に回転させて方位角を調節するために前記基部台座内に配置される旋回モータを更に含み、前記旋回モータは、伝達アームに結合され、それにより前記伝達アームに結合される回転軸を回転させ、結果的に、前記ノズル組立体を固定する前記基部台座の上部と一緒にノズル組立体を水平平面上で回転させる。
(17)前記基部台座は、所定位置に空気を吹き込むための装置を固定するための連結部材を備える。
(18)前記基部台座のハウジングが、所定位置に空気を吹き込むための装置を固定するための固定部品を備える。
(19)前記基部台座上に配置される標準又はミニUSBポートを含むUSBポートを更に備える。
(20)空気供給組立体を固定する基部台座の上部は、底部の回転中心において摺動可能に回転できる二極同軸スリップリングによって、前記基部台座の下部から電力を受けて前記空気供給組立体を駆動する。

Claims (25)
- ノズル組立体により空気を吹き込むための装置であって、
気流を発生させて空気流を供給するための基部台座と、
前記基部台座によって支持されたノズル組立体と、
を備え、
前記ノズル組立体は、空気を吹き込むための細隙形状の開口を備え、
空気流通路が、前記基部台座と前記ノズル組立体との間に結合され、前記空気流通路の取り入れ端部が、前記基部台座の外面上に開放され、前記空気流通路の出力端部が、ピボット構成要素により前記ノズル組立体に結合され、
前記ノズル組立体の取り入れ端部が、前記ピボット構成要素により前記基部台座の出力端部に結合され、
インペラ及び該インペラを回転させるための電気モータが、前記基部台座内に設けられ、前記ノズル組立体は、前記ピボット構成要素により前記基部台座上に回転可能に固定され、これによって該ノズル組立体は前記基部台座の周囲で横になるように該基部台座に対して回転可能である、空気を吹き込むための装置。 - 前記ノズル組立体は、任意の方向で前記ピボット構成要素により前記基部台座上に回転可能に固定される、請求項1に記載の空気を吹き込むための装置。
- 前記ノズル組立体は、0°−360°の仰角で前記ピボット構成要素により前記基部台座上に回転可能に固定される、請求項1に記載の空気を吹き込むための装置。
- 空気フィルタ組立体が、前記基部台座の表面上の空気流通路の取り入れ端部の開口部に配置される、請求項1に記載の空気を吹き込むための装置。
- 前記インペラ及び前記電気モータは、前記基部台座内のケーシングに同軸に収容され、気流を発生させるための空気供給組立体を構成し、空気フィルタ組立体が、前記ケーシング上の空気流通路の取り入れ端部の開口部に設置される、請求項1に記載の空気を吹き込むための装置。
- 前記空気フィルタ組立体は、前記空気流通路の各々の取り入れ端部の開口部に着脱可能に設置される、請求項4又は請求項5に記載の空気を吹き込むための装置。
- 空気フィルタ組立体は、前記基部台座の表面上の空気流通路の取り入れ端部の開口部と前記空気供給組立体のケーシングとの間に設けられる、請求項5に記載の空気を吹き込むための装置。
- 前記空気フィルタ組立体は、メッシュフィルタ、フィルタ積層体、又は該フィルタ積層体に基づくフィルタカートリッジである、請求項4から請求項7の何れかに記載の空気を吹き込むための装置。
- 増速伝達機構が、前記基部台座において前記インペラを回転させるための電気モータの出力軸に取り付けられ、プーリ駆動部及び歯車対伝達機構を含む、請求項1に記載の空気を吹き込むための装置。
- 前記ノズル組立体は、円形又は長円形リングのような全体形状に成形され、前記組立体の内側キャビティにおいて前記気流を受け入れるための整流リングと、外側リングの周囲又は長円形の周囲に配置され空気を吹き込むための細隙形状ノズルとを含む、請求項1に記載の空気を吹き込むための装置。
- 前記整流リングは、次第に狭くなる先細区域を含み、前記空気を吹き込むための細隙形状ノズルは、前記先細区域の先端に位置する、請求項10に記載の空気を吹き込むための装置。

- 前記ピボット構成要素は、前記基部台座内に配置されるとともに前記ノズル組立体の取り入れ端部と前記基部台座内のケーシングの空気出口との間を連通する中空パイプを含み、前記中空パイプ及び前記ノズル組立体は一緒に固定されて前記ノズル組立体及び前記中空パイプとが一緒に回転するようになっており、シール部材が、前記中空パイプと前記基部台座内の前記ケーシングの前記空気出口との間に配置される、請求項1に記載の空気を吹き込むための装置。
- シール部材は、前記フランジ又は前記中空パイプと前記基部台座内のケーシングとの間に配置される、請求項14又は請求項15に記載の空気を吹き込むための装置。
