Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种无叶片式电风扇,包括环形喷嘴、基座、机壳体以及无刷电机,所基座顶端安装带有大面积区域中心通孔的环形喷嘴,所述环形喷嘴内环设置排风口;所述基座内部设有直流无刷电机,机壳体外侧开设空气进口,扩散器出口、叶轮入口与位于基座内的中空通道部分连通;所述排风口为圆环式转动的切口,环形喷嘴内部为连通状环形管道。本实用新型有益效果为:通过使空气强制从细小圆圈切口里吹出,进而增强空气量可达十五倍;可传递来自覆盖区小于现有风扇并具有凉爽效果;空气流动比普通风扇更平稳,其通过持续的空气流与现有多数台式风扇相同,可转动并由变光开关控制;具有较高的能源效益。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种台式风扇,尤其涉及一种无叶片式电风扇。
背景技术
电风扇是一种用于散热的电器,其结构一般由转子、定子、轴承及控制电路组成,由IC感应磁铁经由电路控制其线圈导通而产生内部激磁使转子旋转;其种类按电动机的结构形式分为单相电容式、单相罩极式、三相感应式、直流及交直流激整流子式电风扇,按用途可为家用电风扇和工业用排风扇。很多类型的室内风扇其组成一般包括单独的一套安装成绕轴线旋转的叶片以及旋转驱动装置,此类装置缺点是因通过叶片表面或风扇外端表面的变化,使风扇的旋转叶片产生的空气前流会让使用者感到不均匀。此外,凉爽效果随着与使用者距离的增大而减弱,即风扇必须紧密靠近使用者放置才能让使用者得到风扇的益处。还有一些同类装置,当风扇置于或接近工作台时,其体积较大并占用使用者大量的工作区域;通常多个设备必须安放于同一区域,靠近电源提供点,且靠近其它设备,以方便连接和减少运行成本;此外,在制造成本、安装维护、使用寿命方面也存在着较大的弊端。
实用新型内容
针对以上缺陷,本实用新型提供一种能够从风扇的发射输出面以均匀的速度产生气流,能源效益较高、可节约运行成本的无叶片式电风扇,以实现在房间、办公室或其它室内环境中广泛使用。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种无叶片式电风扇,包括环形喷嘴、基座、机壳体以及无刷电机,机壳体上部设置带有驱动机构的基座,该基座可转动或倾斜以利于使用者调整和挪动喷嘴的位置,基座顶端安装带有大面积区域中心通孔的环形喷嘴,所述环形喷嘴内环设置排风口;所述基座内部设有直流无刷电机,无刷电机通过橡胶密封件紧固于固定座上,机壳体外侧开设空气进口,叶轮连接于从无刷电机向外延伸出的旋转轴上,扩散器出口、叶轮入口与位于基座内的中空通道部分连通;所述排风口为圆环式转动的切口,环形喷嘴内部为连通状环形管道。
本实用新型所述的无叶片式电风扇的有益效果为:通过使空气强制从细小圆圈切口里吹出,进而增强空气量可达十五倍;可传递来自覆盖区小于现有风扇并具有凉爽效果;空气流动比普通风扇更平稳,不会感到冲击和刺激;其通过持续的空气流与现有多数台式风扇相同,可转动并由变光开关控制;由于没有叶片而不会覆盖尘土,更不会对使用者造成一定的伤害;具有较高的能源效益。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本实用新型实施例所述的无叶片式电风扇,包括环形喷嘴1、基座4、机壳体5以及无刷电机7,所述机壳体5上部设置带有驱动机构的基座4,该基座4的顶端安装中部为大面积中心通孔2的环形喷嘴1,所述环形喷嘴1内环设置排风口3,该排风口3为1.3毫米宽并且圆环式转动的切口,空气被强制从此切口内吹出,通过的空气量可达十五倍,其时速可增至三十五公里;所述环形喷嘴1连接带有外置机壳体5的圆柱形基座4并由该基座支撑,于该基座4设置若干可操控风扇装置的开关按钮6;所述基座4内部设有直流无刷电机7并且其外部安装电机壳8,所述机壳体5外侧开设空气进口12。所述无刷电机7通过橡胶密封件10紧固于固定座14上并保持处于牢固位置,叶轮9连接于从无刷电机7向外延伸出的旋转轴上,扩散器出口13、叶轮入口11与位于基座4内的中空通道部分连通以产生从叶轮9到环形喷嘴1的内部通道的气流;所述无刷电机7与电连接及动力供应件连接且由控制器控制,控制器和多个开关按钮6之间的连通可操控风扇装置。
以上本实用新型实施例所述的无叶片式电风扇,所述环形喷嘴1内部通道为环形并形成为喷嘴内的连续环道或管道,所述扩散器部分包括扩散器表面以进一步增大从风扇装置输送或输出空气流的流量;扩散器部分的延伸距离约为当使用者从按钮作出合适的选择以操作或启动风扇时,传送信号或其它讯息以驱动无刷电机7,然后空气经由空气进口12被抽入到风扇装置中,从扩散器出口13离开的气流和叶轮9的排气被分为两股气流并以相反方向穿过内部通道,气流进入排风口3时被压缩,并且在排气口12的出口44处被进一步压缩。压缩在系统中产生压力;无刷电机7产生的气流压力至少为400kPa,并且气流作为主气流通过出口排出。

Claims (4)

1.一种无叶片式电风扇,包括环形喷嘴(1)、基座(4)、机壳体(5)以及无刷电机(7),机壳体(5)上部设置带有可转动或倾斜的基座(4),其特征在于:所基座(4)顶端安装带有大面积区域中心通孔(2)的环形喷嘴(1),所述环形喷嘴(1)内环设置排风口(3);所述基座(4)内部设有直流无刷电机(7),机壳体(5)外侧开设空气进口(12),叶轮(9)连接于从无刷电机(7)向外延伸出的旋转轴上,扩散器出口(13)、叶轮入口(11)与位于基座(4)内的中空通道部分连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无叶片式电风扇,其特征在于:所述排风口(3)为圆环式转动的切口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无叶片式电风扇,其特征在于:所述无刷电机(7)通过橡胶密封件(10)紧固于固定座(14)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无叶片式电风扇,其特征在于:所述环形喷嘴(1)内部为连通状环形管道。
