- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載のCD123特異的キメラ抗原受容体(CD123 CAR)をコードするポリヌクレオチドを含む、TCR KOであるまたはTCRおよびdCK KOである操作された免疫細胞。
- 細胞表面に自殺ドメインをさらに発現する、請求項4記載のCARを含むTCR KOであるまたはTCR KOおよびdCK KOである操作されたCD123 CAR発現免疫細胞。

- リンパ増殖性障害、より好ましくは白血病もしくはリンパ腫の治療において使用するための医薬、または急性骨髄性白血病、慢性骨髄性白血病、骨髄異形成症候群、急性リンパ性白血病、慢性リンパ性白血病、および骨髄異形成症候群、およびBPDCNからなる群より選択される疾患もしくは障害の治療において使用するための医薬の製造における、請求項11〜14のいずれか一項記載のTCR KOであるまたはTCR KOおよびdCK KOである操作されたCD123 CAR発現免疫細胞の使用。
