Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a células imunes modificadas ko tcr ou ko tcr e ko dck, expressando um receptor quimérico de antígeno (car) específico para cd123, o qual é uma proteína quimérica recombinante capaz de redirecionar a especificidade e reatividade de células imunes para células que expressam cd123 e, mais especificamente, na qual a ligação ao ligante extracelular é um scfv derivado de um anticorpo monoclonal contra cd123, conferindo imunidade específica contra células positivas para cd123. as células imunes modificadas dotadas de tais cd123 cars são particularmente adequadas para tratar leucemia mieloide aguda (lma) recorrente e refratária e neoplasia blástica de células dendríticas plasmacitoides e para uso como tratamento antes do transplante de medula óssea.
