(1.技術分野)

Claims (18)
- 外科的創傷を治癒することと組み合わせた、大気圧より低い圧力での処置のための携帯可能なシステムであって:
被験体の創傷床に対して位置決めするための寸法である創傷包帯;
該被験体によって保持または着用される寸法の携帯可能な大気圧より低い圧力の機構であって;
ハウジングと;
該ハウジング内に配置され、そして該創傷包帯と流体連通し、該創傷包帯に大気圧より低い圧力を供給する、大気圧より低い圧力の供給源と;
該大気圧より低い圧力の供給源を作動するための電力を供給するために該ハウジングに、または該ハウジング内に取り付けられた電源とを備える、携帯可能な大気圧より低い圧力の機構;および
該大気圧より低い圧力の供給源によって供給される該大気圧より低い圧力下で該創傷床から除去された滲出液を収集するためのコンテナ、を備える、携帯可能なシステム。 - 前記大気圧より低い圧力の供給源が、ポンプ部材および該ポンプ部材を作動するためのアクチュエーターを含む、請求項1に記載の携帯可能なシステム。
- 前記ポンプ部材が、ダイヤフラムポンプ、二重ダイヤフラムポンプ、ベローポンプおよび蠕動ポンプからなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の携帯可能なシステム。
- 前記アクチュエーターが、前記ハウジングに取り付けられる、請求項2に記載の携帯可能なシステム。
- 前記アクチュエーターが、ACモーター、DCモーター、ボイスコイルアクチュエーターおよびソレノイドからなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の携帯可能なシステム。
- 前記コンテナが、前記ハウジングにまたは前記ハウジング内に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の外科用の携帯可能なシステム。
- 前記コンテナが、比較的可撓性である、請求項1に記載の外科用の携帯可能なシステム。
- 前記可撓性のコンテナが、前記患者によって着用される寸法である、請求項7に記載の外科用の携帯可能なシステム。
- 前記可撓性のコンテナが、前記滲出液を含めるために、その中に規定される少なくとも1つの収集経路を含む、請求項8に記載の外科用の携帯可能なシステム。

- 前記創傷包帯が、前記創傷床に対して位置決めするための創傷接触部材、創傷パッキング部材および該創傷床の周りを囲うための創傷被覆を含む、請求項1に記載の外科用の携帯可能なシステム。
- 前記創傷接触部材が、多孔性セクションを含み、滲出液の通過を可能にする、請求項14に記載の外科用の携帯可能なシステム。
