Description
Claims (68)
- 組織部位から除去された流体を溜めるためのシステムであって、前記システムが:
減圧を供給するよう動作し得る減圧源と;
前記減圧を分配するよう構成されたマニホルドと;
前記マニホルドを覆うドレープであって、前記組織部位からの液体が通って移送される開口部を有するドレープと;
前記開口部と液通し、前記ドレープに隣接して配置された柔軟性を有する流体嚢と;
を具えており、前記流体嚢が:
少なくとも1のバッフルと、
前記少なくとも1のバッフルによって少なくとも部分的に規定された流路であって、前記流路を通して前記減圧を適用するときに、前記流路が前記組織部位からの液体を溜めるよう動作し得ることを特徴とするシステム。 - さらに、前記流体嚢が入口を具えており、前記液体が前記入口を介して前記流路に進入することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記流体嚢が出口を具えており、減圧源により気体が前記出口から出て、減圧が前記流路を通って移送されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記流体嚢が、前記組織部位からの前記液体を溜めるための吸収性材料を前記流路に具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸収性材料が、前記組織部位からの前記液体を止めることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記流路は、前記吸収性材料が前記組織部位からの液体で飽和したときに、前記減圧を移送可能な通路を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸収性材料が、前記流路の全ての前記吸収性材料が前記組織部位からの液体で飽和したときに、前記流路を閉塞することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記流路が、前記吸収性材料によって覆われたカバー部を有しており、
前記流路が、前記吸収性材料によって覆われていない非カバー部を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。 - 前記流路の内面全体が、前記吸収性材料によって覆われていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体嚢が、第1のシート及び第2のシートを具えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のシートの周縁部が、前記第2のシートの周縁部に結合されており、
前記第1のシートが前記ドレープに結合されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1のシート及び第2のシートの少なくとも一方が、透明であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のシートの少なくとも一方の内部が、前記第2のシートの少なくとも一方の内部に付けられて前記少なくとも1のバッフルを形成することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸収性材料が、前記第1のシートの少なくとも一部を覆い、
前記第2のシートが、前記吸収性材料によって覆われていないことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1のバッフルが、複数のバッフルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のバッフルが、互いに略平行であり複数の流路部を形成することを特徴とする請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の流路部が、互いに略平行であり複数の列を形成することを特徴とする請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の流路部の第1の流路部及び前記複数の流路部の第2の流路部が、前記複数のバッフルのうちの同じバッフルによって少なくとも部分的に規定されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の流路部の流体の流れ方向が、前記第2の流路部の流体の流れ方向とは反対方向であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のシステム。
- さらに、結合チューブを具えており、
前記ドレープが、前記結合チューブを介して前記流体嚢に結合され、前記結合チューブが、前記ドレープの開口部と前記流体嚢との間の液通を促進することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記流体嚢が、接着層を介して遠くの組織部位に付けられていることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記入口が、中央入口であり、
前記少なくとも1のバッフルが、らせん状バッフルであり、
前記流路が、前記中央入口から出て前記らせん状バッフルによって少なくとも部分的に規定されるらせん状流路を形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記中央入口が、前記組織部位からの液体が前記中央入口から前記流体嚢の中に入るように、前記ドレープの開口部と液通することを特徴とする請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体嚢が、前記組織部位からの液体が前記液体嚢を満たすときに膨張する膨張可能な流体嚢であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記流路が乾燥剤を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記出口に配置されて液体が前記液体嚢から出るのを防止する液体−空気分離部を具えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記液体−空気分離部が、疎水性フィルタ及び疎油性フィルタのうちの一方であることを特徴とする請求項26に記載のシステム。
- 組織部位からの液体を溜めるための装置であって、前記装置が:
開口部を有するドレープと;
前記開口部と液通する膨張可能な流体嚢と;
を具えており、前記流体嚢が:
少なくとも1のバッフルと、
前記少なくとも1のバッフルによって少なくとも部分的に規定された流路であって、減圧が前記流路を通して適用されたときに、前記組織部位からの液体を溜めるよう動作し得る流路と、
を具えることを特徴とする装置。 - さらに、前記流体嚢が入口を具えており、
前記液体が前記入口を介して前記流路に進入することを特徴とする請求項28に記載の装置。 - さらに、前記流体嚢が出口を具えており、減圧源により気体が前記出口から出て、減圧が前記流路を通して移送されることを特徴とする請求項29に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記流体嚢が、前記組織部位からの前記液体を溜めるための吸収性材料を前記流路に具えることを特徴とする請求項28に記載の装置。
- 前記吸収性材料が、前記組織部位からの前記液体を止めることを特徴とする請求項31に記載の装置。
- 前記流路は、前記吸収性材料が前記組織部位からの液体で飽和したときに前記減圧を移送可能な通路を有することを特徴とする請求項31に記載の装置。
- 前記吸収性材料が、前記流路の全ての前記吸収性材料が前記組織部位からの液体で飽和したときに、前記流路を閉塞することを特徴とする請求項31に記載の装置。

- 前記吸収性材料が、前記第1のシートの少なくとも一部を覆い、
前記第2のシートが、前記吸収性材料によって覆われていないことを特徴とする請求項39に記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1のバッフルが、複数のバッフルであることを特徴とする請求項28に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のバッフルが、互いに略平行であり複数の流路部を形成することを特徴とする請求項42に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の流路部が、互いに略平行であり複数の列を形成することを特徴とする請求項43に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の流路部の第1の流路部及び前記複数の流路部の第2の流路部が、前記複数のバッフルのうちの同じバッフルによって少なくとも部分的に規定されることを特徴とする請求項44に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の流路部の流体の流れ方向が、前記第2の流路部の流体の流れ方向とは反対方向であることを特徴とする請求項45に記載の装置。
- さらに、結合チューブを具えており、
前記ドレープが、前記結合チューブを介して前記流体嚢に結合され、前記結合チューブが、前記ドレープの開口部と前記流体嚢との間の液通を促進することを特徴とする請求項28に記載の装置。 - 前記流体嚢が、接着層を介して遠くの組織部位に付けられていることを特徴とする請求項47に記載の装置。

- 前記流体嚢が、前記組織部位からの液体が前記液体嚢を満たすときに膨張する膨張可能な流体嚢であることを特徴とする請求項28に記載の装置。
- 前記流路が乾燥剤を有することを特徴とする請求項28に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記出口に配置されて液体が前記液体嚢から出るのを防止する液体−空気分離部を具えることを特徴とする請求項30に記載の装置。
- 前記液体−空気分離部が、疎水性フィルタ及び疎油性フィルタのうちの一方であることを特徴とする請求項53に記載の装置。
- 組織部位からの液体を溜めるための装置であって、前記装置が:
開口部を有するドレープと;
前記流体嚢が前記開口部と液通するように前記ドレープに結合された流体嚢であって、前記組織部位からの前記液体が前記流体嚢の中に引き出されるように、前記開口部に減圧を移送するよう動作可能であり、前記組織部位から引き出された前記液体を溜める空洞を有する流体嚢と;
を具えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記空洞が、吸収性材料を有することを特徴とする請求項55に記載の装置。
- 前記流体嚢が、前記空洞を少なくとも部分的に囲むエンベロープを具えることを特徴とする請求項56に記載の装置。
- 前記エンベロープが、前記空洞を完全に囲むことを特徴とする請求項57に記載の装置。
- 前記エンベロープが、前記組織部位からの前記液体を分配するよう動作可能なマニホルドエンベロープであることを特徴とする請求項58に記載の装置。
- 前記マニホルドエンベロープが、前記空洞の周縁の少なくとも一部に沿って前記液体を分配することを特徴とする請求項59に記載の装置。
- 前記マニホルドエンベロープが、複数のマニホルド層を具えることを特徴とする請求項60に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記流体嚢の出口に液体−空気分離部を具えており、液体が前記流体嚢から出るのを防止することを特徴とする請求項55に記載の装置。
- 前記液体−空気分離部が、疎水性フィルタ及び疎油性フィルタのうちの一方であることを特徴とする請求項62に記載の装置。
- 組織部位からの液体を溜めるための方法であって、前記方法が:
前記組織部位に開口部を有するドレープ及び流体嚢を適用するステップであって、前記流体嚢が、少なくとも1のバッフルと、前記少なくとも1のバッフルによって少なくとも部分的に規定され、前記組織部位からの液体を溜めるよう動作し得る流路とを具えるステップと;
前記流路嚢に減圧を供給するステップと;
前記流路に前記液体を溜めるステップと;
を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - さらに、前記組織部位にマニホルドを適用するステップを具えており、
前記組織部位に前記ドレープを適用するステップが、前記ドレープで前記マニホルドの少なくとも一部を覆うステップを有しており、
前記液体嚢に前記減圧を供給するステップが、前記マニホルドに前記減圧を供給するステップを有することを特徴とする請求項64に記載の方法。 - 組織部位からの液体を溜めるための装置を製造する方法であって、前記方法が:
柔軟性のある流体嚢を形成するステップを具えており、前記流体嚢が、
少なくとも1のバッフルと、前記少なくとも1のバッフルによって少なくとも部分的に規定され、前記組織部位からの液体を溜めるよう動作し得る流路と、を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - さらに、開口部を有するドレープを提供するステップと;
前記流路嚢が前記開口部に液通するように、前記ドレープに前記流路嚢を結合するステップと;
を具えることを特徴とする請求項66に記載の方法。 - さらに、マニホルドを提供するステップと;
前記ドレープで前記マニホルドの少なくとも一部を覆うステップと;
を具えることを特徴とする請求項67に記載の方法。
