Claims (9)
- 創傷と接触して位置付けられるように構成された創傷接触層;
スペーサ層であって、該スペーサ層は上部及び下部を備え、前記スペーサ層の前記上部及び前記下部が、流体連通状態にあるように構成された、スペーサ層;
吸収層であって、前記スペーサ層が、前記スペーサ層の前記上部が前記吸収層の上にあり、前記スペーサ層の前記下部が前記吸収層の下にある状態で、前記吸収層の少なくとも1つの端縁を包み込むように構成されている、吸収層;及び
前記創傷接触層、前記スペーサ層、及び前記吸収層を覆うとともに、前記創傷接触層、前記スペーサ層、及び前記吸収層の上にシールを形成するように構成されたカバー層
を備える創傷ドレッシング材を備え、
前記スペーサ層は、前記吸収層の周りにフィットしており、且つスペーサ材料に中断部を有することなく前記吸収層を完全に封入している、負圧創傷治療装置。 - 負圧を前記カバー層の開口部を通じて適用するように構成された負圧源をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の負圧創傷治療装置。
- 前記カバー層の開口部の上に設けられたポートをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の負圧創傷治療装置。
- 前記吸収層を通じて延びる貫通孔をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の負圧創傷治療装置。
- 前記ポートはフィルタを含み、前記貫通孔は前記フィルタの下に位置合わせされていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の負圧創傷治療装置。
- 前記ポートはフィルタを含み、前記貫通孔は前記フィルタからオフセットされていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の負圧創傷治療装置。
- 創傷と接触して位置付けられるように構成された創傷接触層;
吸収層;
前記吸収層の下の第1のスペーサ層であって、該第1のスペーサ層は前記吸収層の周囲より大きな周囲を有する、第1のスペーサ層;
前記吸収層の上の第2のスペーサ層であって、該第2のスペーサ層は前記吸収層の周囲より大きな周囲を有する、第2のスペーサ層;
前記創傷接触層、前記スペーサ層、及び前記吸収層を覆うとともに、前記創傷接触層、前記スペーサ層、及び前記吸収層の上にシールを形成するように構成されたカバー層であって、該カバー層は開口部を備え、前記第2のスペーサ層は前記カバー層の前記開口部の下にある、カバー層;及び
前記カバー層の前記開口部の上に位置付けられた流体コネクタ
を備える創傷ドレッシング材と、
前記カバー層の前記開口部に設けられたフィルタと、
を備え、
前記第2のスペーサ層は、前記吸収層の上で十字形状を形成する、負圧創傷治療装置。 - 負圧を前記カバー層の前記開口部を通じて適用するように構成された負圧源をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の負圧創傷治療装置。
- 前記第1のスペーサ層と前記第2のスペーサ層との間に複数の吸収層を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の負圧創傷治療装置。
