この被験体によって保持または着用される寸法の携帯可能な大気圧より低い圧力の機構であって、前記携帯可能な大気圧より低い圧力の機構は、
ハウジングと、
このハウジング内に配置され、そしてこの創傷包帯と流体連通し、この創傷包帯に大気圧より低い圧力を供給する、大気圧より低い圧力の供給源と
を含む、携帯可能な大気圧より低い圧力の機構と、
前記創傷包帯と前記携帯可能な大気圧より低い圧力の機構との間に並んで配置された複数のチャネルであって、ここで、前記複数のチャネルは、前記創傷包帯から除去された滲出液を受容するための入口ポートと連通しており、そして、前記大気圧より低い圧力の供給源と連通している出口ポートと連通しており、前記複数のチャネルは、前記複数のチャネルのそれぞれの長さの主要部分に沿ってほぼ平行な関係で配列されており、前記複数のチャネルは、互いに流体連通している、複数のチャネルと
