Claims (116)

  1. 少なくとも3つの細胞型の細胞混合物から第1の細胞型が濃縮された集団を生成する方法であって、
    (a)少なくとも第1、第2、および第3の細胞型を含む細胞混合物を提供する段階と;
    (b)該第2の細胞型と比較して該第1の細胞型が濃縮された第1の細胞集団を生成するために、該第1の細胞型の通過を選択的に可能にする第1の微小流路(microfluidic channel)と該混合物を接触させる段階;ならびに
    (c)該第2および第3の細胞型と比較して該第1の細胞型が濃縮された第2の細胞集団を生成するために、該第1の細胞型の通過を選択的に可能にする第2の微小流路と該第1細胞集団を接触させ、それにより第1の細胞型が濃縮された集団を生成する段階
    を含む方法。
  2. 段階(b)が、第2の細胞型と比較して第1の細胞型の相対的集団を少なくとも100倍、1000倍、10,000倍、100,000倍、または1,000,000倍増加させる、請求項1記載の方法。
  3. 段階(c)が、第3の細胞型と比較して第1の細胞型の相対的集団を少なくとも100倍、1000倍、10,000倍、100,000倍、または1,000,000倍増加させる、請求項1記載の方法。
