Description
Claims (11)
- 複数の柱状微小突起部を具備し、当該柱状微小突起部において細胞を保持できる突起部材と、当該突起部材を内部に備え、液体培地を保持できる基体と、
前記基体内の前記突起部材に対して液流を供給する突出口を有する液流発生手段と、を備え、
前記突出口から前記突起部材に向かう前記液流の進路上に、拡散部材を備えることを特徴とする細胞分離装置。 - 前記液流方向で前記突起部材より下流位置に配置され、前記細胞を回収する回収部をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞分離装置。
- 前記基体は、熱可塑性の有機ポリマーから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞分離装置。
- 前記基体は、前記突起部材を囲う様に構成され、当該基体の端部の高さが前記柱状微小突起部よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞分離装置。
- 前記拡散部材は、前記突出口と前記突起部材との間に、前記突起部材に対して0度よりも大きい角度をもって配置された第1板状部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞分離装置。
- 前記拡散部材は、前記突出口と前記突起部材との間に配置された円錐部であり、
前記突起部材は、当該円錐部を囲むように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞分離装置。 - 前記突起部材と前記回収部との間に、前記突起部材に対して0度よりも大きい角度をもって配置される第2板状部材をさらに有する請求項2に記載の細胞分離装置。
- 前記液流発生手段は、前記液流を発生させる制御部と、駆動部とポンプを備え、
前記ポンプからチューブを介して前記突出口より前記液流が突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞分離装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記突起部材に前記液流を均一に与えるように制御をすることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の細胞分離装置。
- 前記突起部材と前記回収部との間に配置される、液流路を設置しうる仕切りをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の細胞分離装置。
- 前記基体と前記突起部材と、前記回収部と前記拡散部材とを内部に配置できる容器を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の細胞分離装置。
