Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.部分的に中和されたモノエチレン性不飽和の、酸基含有モノマー、任意的で ある該モノマーと共重合可能な他のモノマー、及びグラフトベースとして適 する任意的であるポリマーからなる、水性液体吸収性架橋ポリマーであって 、 I. CH2=CHR6-CO-(OCHR3-CHR3)zO-CH2-CHR6=CH2 II. CH2=CHR6-R5-(OCHR3-CHR3)VOR4 III. R1-[O(CHR3-CHR3O)u-CO-R2]x及び/又はジ−もしくはトリアリルアミン及 び/又はビスアクリルアミド (但し、R1:多価の炭素数2〜10のアルキル、 R2:線状又は分岐した炭素数2〜10のアルケニル、 R3:H,CH3,C2H5、 R4:H,線状又は分岐した炭素数1〜10のアルキル、 R5:CO,CH2、 R6:H,CH3、 x:2〜6、 u:0〜15、 v:1〜45、 z:3〜20) の架橋剤の組合せを用いて製造することができることを特徴とする前記ポリマー 。 2.請求項1のポリマーであって、前記成分が、モノマーに対し、 I)0−1.0重量%、好ましくは0.05−1.0重量%、 II)0.1−10重量%、好ましくは0.5−5重量%、そして、 III)0.01−1.0重量%、好ましくは0.05−0.6重量% で使用されることを特徴とする前記ポリマー。 3.請求項1のポリマーであって、前記架橋剤が、モノマーに対し、 I)0.1−0.4重量%、 II)1.0−3.5重量%、そして、 III)0.05−0.3重量%、 で使用されることを特徴とする前記ポリマー。 4.請求項1−3のポリマーであって、Iの架橋剤がアリルポリエチレングリコ ール−(メタ)アクリル酸エステル群から選ばれ、IIのモノマーがメチルポ リエチレングリコール−(メタ)アクリレート群から選ばれ、IIIの架橋剤 がトリメチロールプロパン・オキシエチレート−(メタ)アクリル酸エステ ル、グリセリン・オキシエチレート−(メタ)アクリル酸エステル、ペンタ エリスリト−ル・オキシエチレート−(メタ)アクリル酸エステル、ポリエ チレングリコール−α、ω−ジ(メタ)アクリル酸エステル及びジ−もしく はトリアリルアミン、N,N−メチレンビスアクリルアミド及びビスアクリ ルアミド酢酸の群から選ばれることを特徴とする前記ポリマー。 5.請求項1−4のポリマーであって、前記不飽和で酸基含有のモノマーが、ア クリル酸,メタクリル酸、ビニル酢酸、2−アクリルアミド−2−メチルプロパ ンスルホン酸、ビニルスルホン酸、メタリルスルホン酸からなる群から選ばれる ことを特徴とする前記ポリマー。 6.請求項1−5のポリマーであって、0−40重量%量の、重合により取り込 まれた形で、(メタ)アクリルアミド、(メタ)アクリロニトリル、ビニルピロ リドン、ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート、及びビニルアセトアミドからなる群か ら選ばれるコモノマーを含むことを特徴とする前記ポリマー。 7.請求項1−6のポリマーであって、30重量%以下の水溶性ポリマー、好ま しくは多糖類及び/又はポリビニルアルコール、をグラフトベースとして含むこ とを特徴とする前記ポリマー。 8.請求項1−7のポリマーであって、その表面において再架槁剤により架橋さ れたものであり、この再架橋は場合により数回繰り返されたものであることを特 徴とする前記ポリマー。 9.請求項8のポリマーであって、その表面においてポリオール、ポリエポキシ ド、ポリアミン又はアルキレンカーボネートの群から選ばれる再架橋剤により架 槁されたものであることを特徴とする前記ポリマー。 10.請求項8及び9のポリマーであって、少なくとも30g/gの保持力、少 なくとも20g/gの加圧(63g/cm2)下液体吸収量、少なくとも 18g/gのSDOV後の加圧(63g/cm2)下液体吸収量、最大6 .5%の1時間後可溶分、最大10%の16時間後可溶分、少なくとも1 5g/gの34%吸収面積を減少しての50g/cm2の圧力に抗しての 吸収量(AAP−A34)、そして表面減少なしでの圧力に抗しての吸収量 の初期値の少なくとも50%であることを特徴とする前記ポリマー。 11.請求項8−10のポリマーであって、少なくとも20g/gの、好ましく は少なくとも22g/gのSDOV後の加圧(63g/cm2)下液体吸 収量を示し、少なくとも20g/gのAAP−A34を示すことを特徴とす る前記ポリマー。 12.請求項8−10のポリマーであって、少なくとも600g、好ましくは少 なくとも800g、好ましくは900gを超える膨潤圧(20分)を有すること を特徴とする前記ポリマー。 13.請求項8−10のポリマーであって、最大8%である16時間後可溶分を 特徴とする前記ポリマー。 14.請求項8−10のポリマーであって、23g/gより大きい、好ましくは 25g/gより大きい加圧(63g/cm2)下液体吸収量を特徴とする 前記ポリマー。 15.請求項8−10のポリマーであって、液体吸収速度が40秒未満、好まし くは35秒未満、より好ましくは30秒未満であることを特徴とする前記 ポリマー。 16.請求項1−7の水性液体吸収性架橋ポリマーの製造法であって、不飽和で 酸基含有の部分的に中和されたモノマーと、 I. CH2=CHR6-CO-(OCHR3-CHR3)zO-CH2-CHR6=CH2 II. CH2=CHR6-R5-(OCHR3-CHR3)VOR4 III. R1-[O(CHR3-CHR3O)u-CO-R2]x及び/又はジ−もしくはトリアリルアミン及 び/又はビスアクリルアミド (但し、R1:多価の炭素数2〜10のアルキル、 R2:線状又は分岐した炭素数2〜10のアルケニル、 R3:H,CH3,C2H5、 R4:H,線状又は分岐した炭素数1〜10のアルキル、 R5:CO,CH2、 R6:H,CH3、 x:2〜6、 u:0〜15、 v:1〜45、 z:3〜20) の架橋剤混合物の水溶液が、溶液重合又は懸濁重合の方法により、ラジカル形成 剤の添加の下で、ヒドロゲルに重合され、破砕され、乾燥され、粉砕され、篩別 されることを特徴とする前記製造方法。 17.請求項16の製造方法であって、前記ポリマーが表面架橋剤で処理される こと、及び該表面架槁が高温で行われることを特徴とする前記製造方法。 18.請求項17の製造方法であって、前記表面処理及び架橋が数回実施される ことを特徴とする前記製造方法。 19.請求項1−15のポリマーの、水及び水性液体の吸収剤としての使用。 20.請求項1−13のポリマーの、体液吸収用構造物への使用。 21.請求項1−15のポリマーの、電送ケーブルもしくは光伝送ケーブルに、 食料包装の成分として、土壌調整剤として、及び植物栽培への、水又は水性液体 吸収成分としての使用。 22.請求項1−15のポリマーの、水又は水性液体を吸収する発泡もしくは非 発泡の層への使用。 23.請求項1−15のポリマーの、長期間に渡り環境へ徐放される肥料又は他 の有効物質用の担体としての使用。
