Claims (8)
1. Antitijelo koje sadrži dvije modifikacije u odnosu na divlji tip humane Fc regije, naznačeno time da su navedene modifikacije 428L i 434S, pri čemu navedeno antitijelo ima kod sisavca duži poluživot u odnosu na antitijelo bez navedenih modifikacija, i pri čemu je numeriranje u skladu s EU indeksom u Kabat i sur., za uporabu kao lijek.
2. Antitijelo za uporabu prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time da je navedena Fc regija odabrana iz skupine koja se sastoji od: IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 i IgG4.
3. Antitijelo za uporabu prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačeno time da navedeno antitijelo sadrži IgG1 Fc regiju.
4. Antitijelo za uporabu prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačeno time da navedeno antitijelo sadrži IgG2 Fc regiju.
5. Antitijelo za uporabu prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time da služi za liječenje poremećaja u ljudi.
6. Antitijelo za uporabu prema zahtjevu 2, naznačeno time da navedeno antitijelo ima specifičnost za antigen odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od: vaskularnog endotelnog faktora rasta (VEGF), faktora nekroze tumora α(TNF-α), CD25, receptora epidermalnog faktora rasta (EGFR) i IgE.
7. Antitijelo za uporabu prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da je lijek za tretiranje poremećaja odabranog između autoimunih bolesti, imunoloških bolesti, infektivnih bolesti, upalnih bolesti, neuroloških bolesti i onkoloških bolesti i neoplastičnih bolesti.
