- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Pyrimidinylbenzimidazol- und Triazinylbenzimidazol-Derivate und Fungizide für Landwirtschaft/Gartenbau, die diese Derivate als wirksame Bestandteile enthalten.
- STAND DER TECHNIK
- Als mit den erfindungsgemäßen Pyrimidinylbenzimidazol-Derivaten verwandte Verbindungen sind zu erwähnen 4-Aminopyrimidin-Derivate, beschrieben im US-Patent 5 525 604 und europäischen Patent Nr. 640 599 als Pharmazeutika, und Pyrimidin-Derivate, beschrieben in der internationalen Veröffentlichung Nr. WO 94/17059 als Herbizide, aber Fungizide für Landwirtschaft/Gartenbau wurden nicht beschrieben. Das französische Patent Nr. 1 476 529 beschreibt Benzimidazolylsulfonamid-Derivate mit insektiziden und fungiziden Wirkungen, aber im Hinblick auf die vorliegenden Verbindungen wurde nichts beschrieben. EP 1 020 462 beschreiben heterocyclische Antitumor-Verbindungen, in denen s-Triazin oder Pyrimidin mit Benzimidazol substituiert ist.US 4 698 091 beschreibt 2-Phenylpyrimidine für den Pflanzenschutz gegen durch Herbizide verursachte phytotoxische Schädigung. Bulletin of the Chemical Society of Japan (1972) 45, 3140–3147, beschreibt substituierte N-Triazin-Aniline als Zwischenprodukte in einer Untersuchung, die den Mechanismus einer Umlagerungsreaktion betrifft. - Als mit den erfindungsgemäßen Triazinylbenzimidazol-Derivaten verwandte Verbindungen können Triazin-Derivate erwähnt werden, die in JP-A-47-36837, JP-A-49-17677 und Kogyo Kagaku Zassi (Journal of Industrial Chemistry), Bd. 72, Nr. 5, S. 1000 (1970), als Farbmittel für Textilien beschrieben sind, aber hinsichtlich Fungiziden für Landwirtschaft/Gartenbau wurde nichts beschrieben.
- Außerdem waren Anilinpyrimidin-Derivate als Zwischenprodukte dafür nicht bekannt.
- Erfindungsgemäß werden neue Pyrimidinylbenzimidazol- und Triazinylbenzimidazol-Derivate und Fungizide für Landwirtschaft/Gartenbau, die diese als wirksame Bestandteile enthalten, bereitgestellt.
- Die Erfinder der vorliegenden Anmeldung haben ausgedehnte Untersuchungen durchgeführt, um neue Fungizide für Landwirtschaft/Gartenbau zu schaffen, und als Ergebnis wurde festgestellt, dass die Pyrimidinylbenzimidazol- und Triazinylbenzimidazol-Derivate der vorliegenden Erfindung (nachstehend als erfindungsgemäße Verbindungen bezeichnet) neue Verbindungen sind, die in der Literatur nicht beschrieben sind, und hervorragende Wirkungen als Fungizide für Landwirtschaft/Gartenbau besitzen, wodurch die vorliegende Erfindung erzielt wurde.
- BESCHREIBUNG DER ERFINDUNG
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Pyrimidinylbenzimidazol- und Triazinylbenzimidazol-Derivate der allgemeinen Formel [I]: wie in den Ansprüche 1 bis 6 definiert, und ein Anilinopyrimidin- oder Anilinotriazin-Derivat als Zwischenprodukt dafür, wie in den Ansprüchen 7 und 8 definiert, und ein Fungizid für Landwirschaft/Gartenbau, das die Pyrimidinylbenzimidazol- oder Triazinylbenzimidazol-Derivate als wirksamen Bestandteil enthält.
- Nachstehend werden nun die in der vorliegenden Anmeldung verwendeten Symbole und Bezeichnungen erläutert.
- Das Halogenatom ist ein Floratom, ein Chloratom, ein Bromatom oder ein Iodatom.
- Eine Bezeichnung, wie z.B. (C1-C6) zeigt an, dass die Kohlenstoffzahl eines Substituenten, der dieser Bezeichnung folgt, in diesem Fall 1 bis 6 ist.
- Die (C1-C6)-Alkylgruppe ist eine lineare oder verzweigte Alkylgruppe und kann z.B. sein Methyl, Ethyl, n-Propyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl, Isobutyl, sec-Butyl, tert-Butyl, n-Pentyl, Isopentyl, Neopentyl, n-Hexyl oder 3,3-Dimethylbutyl.
- Das (C3-C6)-Cycloalkyl kann z.B. Cyclopropyl, Cyclopentyl oder Cyclohexyl sein.
- Die (C1-C4)-Halogenalkylgruppe ist eine durch ein Halogenatom substituierte lineare oder verzweigte Alkylgruppe und kann z.B. eine Fluormethyl, Chlormeethyl, Difluormethyl, Dichlormethyl, Trifluormethyl oder Pentafluormethyl sein.
- Die (C2-C6)-Alkenylgruppe ist eine lineare oder verzweigte Alkenylgruppe und kann z.B. Vinyl, 1-Propenyl, 2-Propenyl, Isopropenyl, 1-Butenyl oder 2-Butenyl sein.
- Die (C2-C6)-Alkinylgruppe ist eine lineare oder verzweigte Alkinylgruppe und kann z.B. Ethinyl, 1-Propinyl, 2-Propinyl, 1-Butinyl, 2-Butinyl, 3-Butinyl, 4-Methyl-1-pentinyl oder 3-Methyl-1-pentinyl sein.
- Die (C1-C6)-Alkoxygruppe ist eine Alkyloxygruppe, worin die Alkyl-Einheit die vorstehend angegebene Bedeutung besitzt, und kann z.B. sein Methoxy, Ethoxy, n-Propoxy, Isopropoxy, n-Butoxy, Isobutoxy, sec-Butoxy, tert-Butoxy, n-Pentyloxy, Isopentyloxy oder n-Hexyloxy.
- Die (C2-C6)-Alkenyloxygruppe ist eine Alkenyloxygruppe, worin die Alkenyl-Einheit die vorstehend angegebene Bedeutung besitzt, und kann z.B. sein Allyloxy, Isopropenyloxy oder 2-Butenyloxy.
- Die (C2-C6)-Alkinyloxygruppe ist eine Alkinyloxygruppe, worin die Alkinyl-Einheit die vorstehend angegebene Bedeutung besitzt, und kann z.B. 2-Propinyloxy, 2-Butinyloxy oder 3-Butinyloxy sein.
- Die (C3-C6)-Cycloalkoxygruppe ist eine Cycloalkyloxygruppe, worin die Cycloalkyl-Einheit die vorstehend angegebene Bedeutung besitzt, und kann z.B. Cyclopropyloxy, Cyclopentyloxy oder Cyclohexyloxy sein. Die (C1-C4)-Halogenalkoxygruppe ist eine Halogenalkyloxygruppe, worin die Halogenalkyl-Einheit die vorstehend angegebene Bedeutung besitzt, und kann z.B. Fluormethoxy, Difluormetoxy, Trifluormethoxy oder Pentafluormethoxy sein.
- Die (C1-C6)-Alkylthiogruppe ist eine Alkylthiogruppe, worin die Alkyl-Einheit die vorstehend angegebene Bedeutung besitzt, und kann z.B. sein Methylthio, Ethylthio, n-Propylthio, Isopropylthio, n-Butylthio, Isobutylthio, sec-Butylthio, tert-Butylthio oder n-Hexylthio.
- Die (C3-C6)-Cycloalkyl-(C1-C4)-alkoxygruppe kann z.B. Cyclopropylmethyloxy, Cyclopentylmethyloxy oder Cyclohexylmethyloxy sein.
- Die (C1-C4)-Alkoxy-(C1-C4)-alkylgruppe ist eine Gruppe, worin die Alkyl-Einheit und die Alkoxy-Einheit die vorstehend angegebenen Bedeutungen besitzen, und kann z.B. Methoxymethyl, Ethoxymethyl, Isopropoxymethyl, Pentyloxymethyl, Methoxyethyl oder Butoxyethyl sein.
- Die (C1-C4)-Alkoxy-(C1-C4)-alkyloxygruppe ist eine Gruppe, worin die Alkyl-Einheit und die Alkoxy-Einheit die vorstehend angegebenen Bedeutungen besitzen, und kann z.B. eine Gruppe sein, wie z.B. Methoxymethyloxy, Ethoxymethyloxy, Isopropoxymethyloxy, Pentyloxymethyloxy, Methoxyethyloxy oder Butoxyethyloxy.
- Die Cyano-(C1-C4)-alkyloxygruppe ist eine Gruppe, worin die Alkyl-Einheit die vorstehend angegebene Bedeutung besitzt, und kann z.B. eine Gruppe sein, wie z.B. Cyanomethyloxy, Cyanoethyloxy oder Cyanopropyloxy.
- Die (C1-C4)-Alkylcarbonylgruppe ist eine Alkylcarbonylgruppe, worin die Alkyl-Einheit die vorstehend angegebene Bedeutung besitzt, und kann z.B. eine Gruppe sein, wie Acetyl, Propionyl, Butyryl, Isobutyryl, Pivaloyl oder Hexanoyl.
- Die (C1-C4)-Alkoxycarbonylgruppe ist eine Alkoxycarbonylgruppe, worin die Alkoxy-Einheit die vorstehend angegebene Bedeutung besitzt, und kann z.B. sein Methoxycarbonyl, Ethoxycarbonyl, n-Propoxycarbonyl, Isopropoxycarbonyl, n-Butoxycarbonyl, Isobutoxycarbonyl, sec-Butoxycarbonyl, tert-Butoxycarbonyl, n-Pentyloxycarbonyl oder n-Hexyloxycarbonyl.
- Die Mono-(C1-C4)-alkylaminogruppe ist eine Monoalkylgruppe, worin die Alkyl-Einheit die vorstehend angegebene Bedeutung besitzt, und kann z.B. sein Methylamino, Ethylamino, n-Propylamino, Isopropylamino, n-Butylamino, Isobutylamino, sec-Butylamino, tert-Butylamino oder Hexylamino.
- Die Di-(C1-C4)-alkylaminogruppe kann z.B. Dimethylamino, Diethylamino, Dipropylamino oder Dibutylamino sein.
- Die (C1-C6)-Alkylsulfonylgruppe ist eine Alkylsulfonylgruppe, worin die Alkyl-Einheit die vorstehend angegebene Bedeutung besitzt, und kann z.B. sein Methylsulfonyl, Ethylsulfonyl, n-Propylsulfonyl, Isopropylsulfonyl, n-Butylsulfonyl, Isobutylsulfonyl, sec-Butylsulfonyl, tert-Butylsulfonyl oder n-Hexylsulfonyl.
- In den Tabellen 1 bis 35 werden nun spezifische Beispiele der durch die allgemeine Formel [I] repräsentierten erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen beschrieben. Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen sind jedoch nicht auf solche Verbindungen beschränkt. Auf die Verbindungsnummern wird in der danach folgenden Beschreibung Bezug genommen.
- Die Symbole in den Tabellen haben die folgenden Bedeutungen. Me bedeutet Methyl, Et bedeutet Ethyl, Pr bedeutet n-Propyl, Pr-i bedeutet Isopropyl, Bu bedeutet n-Butyl, Pr-c bedeutet Cyclopropyl, Pn-c bedeutet Cyclopentyl, Ph bedeutet Phenyl und Bn bedeutet Benzyl. - Typische Verfahren zur Herstellung von durch die allgemeine Formel [I] repräsentierte erfindungsgemäße Pyrimidinylbenzimidazol- und Triazinylbenzimidazol-Derivate werden nachstehend veranschaulicht. Verfahren 1 (worin X, Y, R1, R2, A und n die wie vorstehend angegebenen Bedeutungen besitzen, und L eine austretende Gruppe ist, wie z.B. ein Halogenatom, eine (C1-C6)-Alkylsulfonylgruppe oder eine Benzylsulfonylgruppe).
- Die durch die allgemeine Formel [I] repräsentierten erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen können hergestellt werden durch Umsetzen eines durch die allgemeine Formel [Π] repräsentierten Benzimidazol-Derivats und eines durch die allgemeine Formel [III] repräsentierten Pyrimidin- oder Triazin-Derivats in Gegenwart einer Base in einem Lösungsmittel. Als Base kann z.B. ein Carbonat, Hydrogencarbonat, Acetat, Alkoholat, Hydroxid, Hydrid oder Oxid eines Alkalimetalls oder Erdalkalimetalls, insbesondere von Natrium, Kalium, Magnesium oder Calcium, verwendet werden. Das Lösungsmittel, das in der vorliegenden Umsetzung verwendet werden kann, kann ein solches sein, das den Verlauf der vorliegenden Umsetzung nicht Inhibiert, und es können z.B. verwendet werden ein Ether, wie z.B. Diethylether, Diisopropylether, Tetrahydrofuran, Dioxan, Monoglym oder Diglym, ein halogenierter Kohlenwasserstoff, wie z.B. Dichlorethan, Chlioroform, Kohlenstofftetrachlorid oder Tetrachlorethan, ein aromatischer Kohlenwasserstoff, wie z.B. Benzol, Chlorbenzol, Nitrobenzol oder Toluol, oder N,N-Dimethylformamid, N,N-Dimethylacetoamid, 1,3-Dimethyl-2-imidazolinon oder Dimethylsulfoxid. Diese inerten Lösungsmittel können allein oder in Mischung verwendet werden. Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines Bereiches von –20°C bis zum Siedepunkt des verwendeten inerten Lösungsmittels gewählt werden, und vorzugsweise innerhalb eines Bereichs von 0 bis 80°C. Die Reaktionszeit variiert abhängig von z.B. der Reaktionstemperatur und der Reaktionsmenge, kann im allgemeinen aber in einem Bereich von 1 Stunde bis 48 Stunden gewählt werden. Nach Vervollständigung der Umsetzung wird das gewünschte Produkt aus dem Reaktionssystem nach einer üblichen Methode isoliert und kann z.B. durch Säulenchromatographie oder Umkristallisation, so wie dies der Fall erfordert, gereinigt werden.
- Das durch die allgemeine Formel [II] repräsentierte Benzimidazol-Derivat kann ein im Handel erhältliches Produkt sein oder kann nach einem bekannten Verfahren hergestellt werden [z.B. einer Methode, wie beschrieben in Angewandte Chemie, Bd. 85, S. 866 (1973); Journal of the American Chemical Society, Bd. 69, S. 2459 (1947); Journal of the American Chemical Society, Bd. 82, S. 3138 (1960); Organic Syntheses, Bd. 2, S. 65 (1943) oder Organic Syntheses, Bd. 4, S. 569 (1963)]. Verfahren 2 (worin X, Y, R1, R2, A und n die vorstehend angegebenen Bedeutungen besitzen).
- Das durch die allgemeine Formel [V] repräsentierte Anilid-Derivat kann hergestellt werden durch Umsetzen eines Anilinopyrimidin-Derivats oder Anilinotriazin-Derivats der allgemeinen Formel [IV] mit einem Acylierungsmittel in einem inerten Lösungsmittel. Die Umsetzung wird vorzugsweise in Gegenwart einer Base durchgeführt. Als Acylierungsmittel können genannt werden ein Säurehalogenid, wie z.B. Acetylchlorid, Propionylchlorid oder Benzoylchlorid, oder ein Säureanhydrid, wie z.B. Trifluoressigsäureanhyrid, Propionsäureanhydrid oder Benzoesäureanhydrid. Das inerte Lösungsmittel, das in der vorliegenden Umsetzung verwendet werden kann, kann ein solches sein, das den Verlauf der vorliegenden Umsetzung nicht inhibiert und ist z.B. ein Keton, wie z.B. Aceton, Methylethylketon oder Cyclohexanon, ein Ether, wie z.B. Diethylether, Diisopropylether, Tetrahydrofuran, Dioxan, Monoglym oder Diglym, ein Ester, wie z.B. Ethylacetat oder Methylacetat, ein halogenierter Kohlenwasserstoff, wie z.B. Dichlorethan, Chloroform, Kohlenstofftetrachlorid oder Tetrachlorethan, ein aromatischer Kohlenstoff, wie z.B. Benzol, Chlorbenzol, Nitrobenzol oder Toluol, ein Nitril, wie z.B. Acetonitril oder N,N-Dimethylformamid, N,N-Dimethylacetoamid, 1,3-Dimethyl-2-imidazolinon, Dimethylsulfoxid, Pyridin oder Wasser. Diese inerten Lösungsmittel können allein oder in Mischung verwendet werden. Als Base kann in der vorliegenden Umsetzung eine anorganische Base oder eine organische Base verwendet werden. Als anorganische Base kann z.B. ein Carbonat oder Hydroxid eines Alkalimetalls oder Erdalkalimetalls, wie z.B. Natriumcarbonat, Kaliumcarbonat, Calciumcarbonat, Natriumhydrogencarbonat, Natriumhydroxid, Kaliumhydroxid oder Calciumhydroxid, oder ein Hydrid eines Alkalimetalls, wie z.B. Lithiumhydrid oder Natriumhydrid, verwendet werden, und als anorganische Base kann z.B. Triethylamin, Diisopropylethylamin oder Pyridin verwendet werden. Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines Bereiches von –20°C bis zum Siedepunkt des verwendeten inerten Lösungsmittels gewählt werden, und vorzugsweise innerhalb eines Bereichs von 0 bis 50°C. Die Reaktionszeit variiert abhängig von z.B. der Reaktionstemperatur und der Reaktionsmenge, kann im allgemeinen aber innerhalb eines Bereiches von einigen Minuten bis 48 Stunden gewählt werden.
- Das durch die allgemeine Formel [V] repräsentierte Anilid-Derivat wird dann ohne Lösungsmittel oder in einem Lösungsmittel, in Gegenwart eines Katalysators, so wie dies der Fall erfordert, einer Cyclisierungsreaktion unterworfen, um die durch die allgemeine Formel [I] repräsentierte erfindungsgemäße Verbindung herzustellen. Als hier verwendeter Katalysator kann eine anorganische Säure, wie z.B. Schwefelsäure und Chlorwasserstoffsäure, oder eine organische Säure, wie z.B. para-Toluolsulfonsäure, verwendet werden. Als Lösungsmittel für die vorliegende Umsetzung kann das in Verfahren 1 veranschaulichte Lösungsmittel verwendet werden; die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines Bereiches von 0°C bis zum Siedepunkt des verwendete Lösungsmittels gewählt werden, und vorzugsweise innerhalb eines Bereichs von Raumtemperatur bis zum Siedepunkt des Lösungsmittels. Die Reaktionszeit variiert abhängig von z.B. der Reaktionstemperatur und der Reaktionsmenge, kann aber im allgemeinen innerhalb eines Bereiches von 1 Stunde bis 48 Stunden liegen. Nach Vervollständigung der Umsetzung wird das gewünschte Produkt aus dem Reaktionssystem durch eine übliche Methode isoliert und kann z.B. durch Säulenchromatographie oder Umkristallisation, wie dies der Fall erfordert, gereinigt werden. Verfahren 3 (worin X, Y, R1, R2, A und n die vorstehend angegebenen Bedeutungen besitzen).
- Die durch die allgemeine Formel [I] repräsentierte erfindungsgemäße Verbindung kann direkt durch Erhitzen eines Anilinopyrimidin-Derivats oder Anilinotriazin-Derivats der allgemeinen Formel [IV] in einer durch die allgemeine Formel [VI] repräsentierten Carbonsäure, in Gegenwart eines Säureanhydrids, wie dies der Fall erfordert, hergestellt werden. Die Reaktionstemperatur kann ausgewählt werden innerhalb eines Bereichs von 0°C bis zum Siedepunkt der verwendete Carbonsäure, vorzugsweise innerhalb eines Bereichs von Raumtemperatur bis zum Siedepunkt der Carbonsäure. Die Reaktionszeit kann im allgemeinen ausgewählt werden innerhalb eines Bereiches von 1 Stunde bis 48 Stunden. Nach Vervollständigung der Umsetzung wird das gewünschte Produkt aus dem Reaktionssystem durch eine übliche Methode isoliert und kann z.B. durch Säulenchromatographie oder Umkristallisation, wie dies der Fall erfordert, gereinigt werden. Verfahren 4 (worin Y, R1, R2, A und n die vorstehend angegebenen Bedeutungen besitzen).
- Die durch die allgemeine Formel [I-a] repräsentierte Verbindung kann hergestellt werden durch Umsetzen eines Anilinopyrimidin-Derivats oder Anilinotriazin-Derivats der allgemeinen Formel [IV] und eines Reagens [VII], wie z.B. BrCN oder H2NCN, durch eine aus der Literatur bekannte Methode [z.B. eine Methode, beschrieben in Journal of the American Chemical Society, Bd. 69, S. 2459 (1947); oder Angewandte Chemie, Bd. 85, S. 866 (1973)] in einem Lösungsmittel. Als Lösungsmittel, das in der vorliegenden Umsetzung verwendet werden kann, kann ein Verfahren 1 veranschaulichtes Lösungsmittel verwendet werden. Die Reaktionstemperatur kann ausgewählt werden innerhalb eines Bereiches von –20°C bis zum Siedepunkt der verwendeten Reaktionsmischung, vorzugsweise innerhalb eines Bereiches von 0°C bis zum Siedepunkt der Reaktionsmischung. Die Reaktionszeit variiert abhängig von z.B. der Reaktionstemperatur oder der Reaktionsmenge und kann im allgemeinen ausgewählt werden innerhalb eines Bereiches von 1 Stunde bis 48 Stunden. Nach Vervollständigung der Umsetzung wird das gewünschte Produkt aus dem Reaktionssystem durch eine übliche Methode isoliert und kann z.B. durch Säulenchromatographie oder Umkristallisation, wie dies der Fall erfordert, gereinigt werden. Verfahren 5 (worin X' ein Halogenatom ist, und Y, R1, R2, A und n die vorstehend angegebenen Bedeutungen besitzen).
- Die durch die allgemeine Formel [I-d] repräsentierte Verbindung kann hergestellt werden durch Diazotieren eines 2-Aminobenzimidazol-Derivats der allgemeinen Formel [I-a] durch eine bekannte Methode [z.B. Sandmeyer-Methode, Schwechten-Methode oder Gattermann-Methode] in einem Lösungsmittel bei einer Reaktionstemperatur, wie sie üblicherweise verwendet wird, und der nachstehenden Halogenierung. Nach Vervollständigung der Reaktion wird das gewünschte Produkt aus dem Reaktionssystem mittels einer üblichen Methode isoliert, z.B. durch eine herkömmliche Methode, und kann gereinigt werden, z.B. durch Säulenchromatographie oder Umkristallisation, wie es der Fall erfordert. Verfahren 6 (worin Y, R1, R2, A und n die vorstehend angegebenen Bedeutungen besitzen und R4 eine C1-C6-Alkylgruppe ist).
- Die durch die allgemeine Formel [I-e] repräsentierte Verbindung kann hergestellt werden durch Oxidieren eines Pyrimidinylbenzimidazol-Derivats oder Triazinylbenzimidazol-Derivats der allgemeinen Formel [I-b] nach einer bekannten Methode. Nach der Vervollständigung der Umsetzung wird das gewünschte Produkt aus dem Reaktionssystem nach einer üblichen Methode isoliert und kann z.B. durch Säulenchromatographie oder Umkristallisation, wie der Fall erfordert, gereinigt werden. Das in der vorliegenden Umsetzung zu verwendende Lösungsmittel kann z.B. ein Wasserstoffperoxid oder eine organische Persäure sein, wie z.B. m-Chlorperbenzoesäure. Als verwendetes Lösungsmittel kann das im Verfahren 1 veranschaulichte Lösungsmittel verwendet werden. Die Reaktionstemperatur kann ausgewählt werden innerhalb eines Bereiches von –20°C bis zum Siedepunkt der verwendeten Reaktionsmischung, vorzugsweise innerhalb eines Bereiches von 5°C bis zum Siedepunkt der Reaktionsmischung. Nach Vervollständigung der Umsetzung wird das gewünschte Produkt aus dem Reaktionssystem nach einer üblichen Methode isoliert und kann z.B. durch Säulenchromatographie oder Umkristallisation, wie dies der Fall erfordert, gereinigt werden. Verfahren 7 (worin Y, R1, R2, A, L und n die vorstehend angegebenen Bedeutungen besitzen, und X'' eine (C1-C6-Alkoxy-, (C2-C6)-Alkinyloxy-, (C1-C6)-Alkylthio- oder (C1-C6)-alkylaminogruppe ist).
- Die durch die allgemeine Formel [I-f] repräsentierte erfindungsgemäße Verbindung kann hergestellt werden durch Umsetzen eines Pyrimidinylbenzimidazol-Derivats oder Triazinylbenzimidazol-Derivats der allgemeinen Formel [I-c] und einem Alkohol, Mercaptan oder Amin, repräsentiert durch die allgemeine Formel [XVI], in Gegenwart einer Base ohne Lösungsmittel oder in einem Lösungsmittel. Als Base und Lösungsmittel, die/das in der vorliegenden Umsetzung verwendet werden kann, kann eines/ein in Verfahren 1 veranschaulichte/veranschaulichtes Base und Lösungsmittel verwendet werden. Die Reaktionstemperatur kann ausgewählt werden innerhalb eines Bereichs von –20°C bis zum Siedepunkt der verwendeten Reaktionsmischung und vorzugsweise innerhalb eines Bereichs von Raumtemperatur bis zum Siedepunkt der Reaktionsmischung. Nach Vervollständigung der Reaktion wird das gewünschte Produkt aus dem Reaktionssystem nach einer üblichen Methode isoliert und kann durch z.B. Säulenchromatographie oder Umkristallisation, wie dies der Fall erfordert, gereinigt werden. Verfahren 8 (worin X, Y, A, L und n die vorstehend angegebenen Bedeutungen besitzen, und Z eine (C1-C6)-Alkoxy-, (C2-C6)-Alkenyloxy, (C2-C6)-Alkinyloxy-, (C1-C6)-Alkylthio- oder Di-(C1-C6)-Alkylaminogruppe ist).
- Die durch die allgemeine Formel [I-h] repräsentierte erfindungsgemäße Verbindung kann hergestellt werden durch Umsetzen eines Pyrimidinylbenzimidazol-Derivats oder Triazinylbenzimidazol-Derivats der allgemeinen Formel [I-g] und eines Alkohols, Mercaptan oder Amin, repräsentiert durch die allgemeine Formel [VIII], in Gegenwart einer Base ohne Lösungsmittel oder in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel. Als Base und Lösungsmittel, die/das in der vorliegenden Umsetzung verwendet werden kann, kann eines/ein in Verfahren 1 veranschaulichte/veranschaulichtes Base und Lösungsmittel verwendet werden. Die Reaktionstemperatur kann ausgewählt werden innerhalb eines Bereichs von –20°C bis zum Siedepunkt der verwendeten Reaktionsmischung und vorzugsweise innerhalb eines Bereichs von Raumtemperatur bis zum Siedepunkt der Reaktionsmischung. Nach Vervollständigung der Reaktion wird das gewünschte Produkt aus dem Reaktionssystem nach einer üblichen Methode isoliert und kann durch z.B. Säulenchromatographie oder Umkristallisation, wie dies der Fall erfordert, gereinigt werden. Verfahren 9 (worin X, R1, R2, A und n die vorstehend angegebenen Bedeutungen besitzen).
- Die durch die allgemeine Formel [I-i] repräsentierte erfindungsgemäße Verbindung kann hergestellt werden durch Reduzieren eines Anilinotriazin-Derivats der allgemeinen Formel [IX] mit Eisenpulver in Essigsäure oder in einem Lösungsmittelgemisch von Essigsäureanhydrid und Essigsäure. Die Reaktionstemperatur kann ausgewählt werden innerhalb eines Bereichs von –20°C bis zum Siedepunkt der verwendeten Reaktionsmischung und vorzugsweise innerhalb eines Bereichs von Raumtemperatur bis zum Siedepunkt der Reaktionsmischung. Nach Vervollständigung der Reaktion wird das gewünschte Produkt aus dem Reaktionssystem nach einer üblichen Methode isoliert und kann durch z.B. Säulenchromatographie oder Umkristallisation, wie dies der Fall erfordert, gereinigt werden.
- Nachfolgend werden nun Verfahren zur Synthese der Zwischenprodukte für die Erfindungen der vorliegenden Erfindung näher erläutert.
- Verfahren 10
- Synthese des durch die allgemeine Formel [IV] repräsentierten Zwischenprodukts

- Ein durch die allgemeine Formel [X] repräsentiertes Formanilid-Derivat und ein Pyrimidin-Derivat oder Triazin-Derivat der allgemeinen Formel [III] werden umgesetzt in Gegenwart einer Base in einem inerten Lösungsmittel bei einer Reaktionstemperatur innerhalb eines Bereichs von –20°C bis zum Siedepunkt des Lösungsmittels, vorzugsweise innerhalb eines Bereichs von Raumtemperatur bis 80°C, gefolgt von einer Hydrolyse mit z.B. einer Säure, wie z.B. Chlorwasserstoffsäure, Bromwasserstoff oder Schwefelsäure, oder einem Alkalimetallhydroxid, wie z.B. Natriumhydroxid oder Kaliumhydroxid, nach einer allgemein bekannten Methode, um [XI] zu erhalten. Dann wurde das erhaltene [XI] mit einem Reduktionsmittel, wie z.B. Eisen, Zinnchlorid oder mit einem weiteren Katalysator, wie z.B. Palladium-Kohle oder Raney-Nickel, be gleitetem Wasserstoffatom durch eine allgemein bekannte Methode reduziert, um ein Anilinopyrimidin-Derivat oder Anilinotriazin-Derivat herzustellen, repräsentiert durch die allgemeine Formel [IV].

- Synthese des durch die allgemeine Formel [XI-b] repräsentierten Zwischenprodukts

- Ein durch die allgemeine Formel [XII] repräsentiertes Nitroanilin-Derivat und durch [XIII] repräsentiertes Cyanurchlorid werden in Gegenwart einer Base ohne Lösungsmittel und in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel umgesetzt, um ein Anilinotriazin-Derivat der allgemeinen Formel [XI-a] herzustellen, das dann mit einem Alkohol, Mercaptan oder Amin, der allgemeinen Formel [VIII] in Gegenwart einer Base ohne Lösungsmittel oder in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel umgesetzt wird, um ein Anilinotriazin-Derivat der allgemeinen Formel [XI-b] herzustellen. Als Base und Lösungsmittel, die/das in der vorliegenden Umsetzung verwendet werden kann, kann eines/ein in Verfahren 1 veranschaulichte/veranschaulichtes Base und Lösungsmittel verwendet werden. Die Reaktionstemperatur kann ausgewählt werden innerhalb eines Bereichs von –20°C bis zum Siedepunkt der verwendeten Reaktionsmischung und vorzugsweise innerhalb eines Bereichs von Raumtemperatur bis zum Siedepunkt der Reaktionsmischung. Nach Vervollständigung der Reaktion wird das gewünschte Produkt aus dem Reaktionssystem nach einer üblichen Methode isoliert und kann durch z.B. Säulenchromatographie oder Umkristallisation, wie dies der Fall erfordert, gereinigt werden.

- Synthese der durch die allgemeinen Formel [XI-c] und [XI-d] repräsentierten Zwischenprodukte

- Ein durch die allgemeine Formel [X] repräsentiertes Formanilid-Derivat und durch [XIV] repräsentiertes Triazin-Derivat werden in Gegenwart einer Base ohne Lösungsmittel oder in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel umgesetzt, gefolgt von einer Hydrolyse mit z.B. einer Säure, mit z.B. einer Säure, wie z.B. Chlorwasserstoffsäure, Bromwasserstoff oder Schwefelsäure, oder einem Alkalimetallhydroxid, wie z.B. Natriumhydroxid oder Kaliumhydroxid, nach einer allgemein bekannten Methode, um ein Anilinotriazin-Derivat der allgemeinen Formel [XI-c] herzustellen, das dann mit einem Alkohol, Mercaptan oder Amin, der allgemeinen Formel [VIII] in Gegenwart einer Base ohne Lösungsmittel oder in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel umgesetzt wird, um ein Anilinotriazin-Derivat der allgemeinen Formel [XI-d] herzustellen. Als Base und Lösungsmittel, die/das in der vorliegenden Umsetzung verwendet werden kann, kann eines/ein in Verfahren 1 veranschaulichte/veranschaulichtes Base und Lösungsmittel verwendet werden. Die Reaktionstemperatur kann ausgewählt werden innerhalb eines Bereichs von –20°C bis zum Siedepunkt der verwendeten Reaktionsmischung und vorzugsweise innerhalb eines Bereichs von Raumtemperatur bis zum Siedepunkt der Reaktionsmischung. Nach Vervollständigung der Reaktion wird das gewünschte Produkt aus dem Reaktionssystem nach einer üblichen Methode isoliert und kann durch z.B. Säulenchromatographie oder Umkristallisation, wie dies der Fall erfordert, gereinigt werden.

- Die Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen, Formulierungsmethoden und Anwendungen werden unter Bezugnahme auf Beispiele nun näher beschrieben.
- Herstellungsbeispiel 1
- 1-(4-Methoxypyrimidin-2-yl)benzimidazol (Verbindung Nr. I-667)
- Benzimidazol (0,50 g) wurde in Dimethylformamid (10 ml) gelöst und Natriumhydrid (60% Reinheit, ölig) (0,18 g) bei Raumtemperatur zugegeben. Nach Rühren während 1 Stunde wurde 2-Chlor-4-methoxypyrimidin (0,62 g) bei Raumtemperatur zugegeben und dann 3 Stunden lang gerührt. Eiswasser wurde zugegeben und danach mit Ethylacetat extrahiert, mit einer gesättigten wässerigen Natriumchlorid-Lösung gewaschen und über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abgedampft und der Rückstand mittels Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie gereinigt und 0,40 g des gewünschten Produkts als weißes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. 114–116°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 2
- 1-(4,6-Dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-2-methylthiobenzimidazol (Verbindung Nr. I-4)
- 2-Methylthiobenzimidazol (0,50 g) wurde in Dimethylformamid (10 ml) gelöst und Natriumhydrid (60% Reinheit, ölig) (0,13 g) bei Raumtemperatur zugegeben. Nach Rühren während 1 Stunde wurde 2-Methylsulfonyl-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin (0,67 g) bei Raumtemperatur zugegeben und dann 8 Stunden lang gerührt. Eiswasser wurde zugegeben, gefolgt von einer Extraktion mit Ethylacetat, waschen mit einer gesättigten wässerigen Natriumchlorid-Lösung und Trocknen über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert und der Rückstand mittels Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie gereinigt und 0,80 g des gewünschten Produkts als weißes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. 135–137°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 3
- 1-(4,6-Dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-2-methylsulfonylbenzimidazol (Verbindung Nr. I-5)
- 1-(4,6-Dimethoxybenzimidazol (0,70 g) und m-Chlorperbenzoesäure (1,30 g) wurden in Chloroform (30 ml) gelöst und dann bei Raumtemperatur 3 Stunden lang gerührt. Die Reaktionsflüssigkeit wurde mit einer 5% wässerigen Kaliumcarbonat-Lösung und Wasser gewaschen, und die organische Phase über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert und der Rückstand mittels Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie gereinigt und 0,50 g des gewünschten Produkts als weißes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. 114–117°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 4
- 1-(4,6-Dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-2-methylsulfonylbenzimidazol (Verbindung Nr. I-18)
- 1-(4,6-Dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-2-methylsulfonylbenzimidazol (0,40 g) wurde in Tetrahydrofuran (20 ml) gelöst und Natriummethylat (0,50 g) unter Eiskühlung zugegeben und dann 1 Stunde lang gerührt. Eiswasser wurde zugegeben, gefolgt von einer Extraktion mit Ethylacetat, Waschen mit einer gesättigten wässerigen Natriumchlorid-Lösung und Trocknen über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert und die Mischung mittels Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie gereinigt und 0,40 g des gewünschten Produkts als weißes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. 121–122°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 5
- 1-(4,6-Dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-2,5-dimethylbenzimidazol (Verbindung Nr. I-186)
- N'-(4,6-Dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-4-methylbenzol-1,2-diamin (2,50 g) wurde in Essigsäure (20 ml) und Essigsäureanhydrid (10 ml) gelöst und dann 4 Stunden lang am Rückfluss erhitzt. Wasser wurde zugegeben und die Kristalle wurden durch Filtration gewonnen, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet. Es wurde eine Umkristallisation aus Ethanol durchgeführt und 1,90 g des gewünschten Produktes als weiße federartige Kristalle erhalten (Schmp. 163–166°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 6
- 2-Amino-1-(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-5-methylbenzimidazol (Verbindung Nr. I-362)
- N'-(4,6-Dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-4-methylbenzol-1,2-diamin (2,00 g) wurde in Ethanol gelöst und Bromcyan (1,00 g) bei Raumtemperatur zugegeben und dann bei 60°C 1 Stunde lang gerührt. Es wurde Wasser wurde zugegeben und die Kristalle wurden durch Filtration gewonnen, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet und 2,0 g des gewünschten Produktes als weißes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. mind. 300°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 7
- 2-Chlor-1-(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-5-methylbenzimidazol (Verbindung Nr. I-258)
- 2-Amino-1-(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-5-methylbenzimidazol (1,67 g) und Kupfer(II)-chlorid (0,94 g) wurden in Acetonitril (30 ml) suspendiert und dazu bei Raumtemperatur tert-Butylnitrit (0,90 g) zugegeben und dann 30 Minuten lang am Rückfluss erhitzt. Es wurde Wasser zugegeben, gefolgt von einer Extraktion mit Ethylacetat, Waschen mit einer gesättigten wässerigen Natriumchlorid-Lösung und Trocknen über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert und der Rückstand wurde mittels Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie gereinigt und 1,48 g des gewünschten Produktes als weiße federartige Kristalle erhalten (Schmp. 145–148°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 8
- 1-(4,6-Dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-5-methyl-2-trifluormethylbenzimidazol (Verbindung Nr. I-298)
- 2-(4,6-Dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)amino-5-methyltrifluoressigsäureanhydrid (0,60 g) und para-Toluolsulfonsäure (0,05 g) wurden in Toluol (30 ml) gelöst und dann 5 Stunden lang unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Wasser und Ethylacetat wurden zugegeben, und die organische Schicht mit einer wässerigen Natriumhydrogencarbonat-Lösung und einer gesättigten wässerigen Natriumchlorid-Lösung gewaschen und über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert und der Rückstand wurde mittels Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie gereinigt und 0,56 g des gewünschten Produkts als weißes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. 93–96°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 9
- 1-(4,6-Dichlor-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)-2-methylbenzimidazol (Verbindung Nr. I-1066)
- 2-Methylbenzimidazol (5,0 g) wurde in Tetrahydrofuran (50 ml) gelöst und Natriumhydrid (60% Reinheit, ölig) (1,6 g) bei Raumtemperatur zugegeben. Nach Rühren während 1 Stunde wurde Chlorcyan (7,0 g) bei Raumtemperatur zugegeben und dann 3 Stunden lang gerührt. Eiswasser wurde zugegeben und danach mit Ethylacetat extrahiert, mit einer gesättigten wässerigen Natriumchlorid-Lösung gewaschen und über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abgedampft und der Rückstand mittels Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie gereinigt und 2,6 g des gewünschten Produkts als weißes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. mind. 300°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 10
- 1-(4,6-Dimethylthio-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)-2-methylbenzimidazol (Verbindung Nr. I-1042)
- 1-(4,6-Dichlor-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)-2-methylbenzimidazol (0,5 g) wurde in Methanol (10 ml) gelöst und eine 15% wässerige Methylmercaptannatriumsalz-Lösung (0,25 g) bei Raumtemperatur zugegeben und dann 1 Stunde lang gerührt. Nach Vervollständigung der Umsetzung wurde die Reaktionsflüssigkeit in Eiswasser gegossen, und die so abgeschiedenen Kristalle wurden mittels Filtration gewonnen, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet und 0,46 g des gewünschten Produkts als weißes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. 176–179°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 11
- 5-Chlor-1-(4,6-dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)-2-methylbenzimidazol (Verbindung Nr. I-215)
- 4-Chlor-N'-(4,6-dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)benzol-1,2-diamin (0,5 g) wurde in Essigsäure (10 ml) und Essigsäureanhydrid (10 ml) gelöst und dann 4 Stunden lang am Rückfluss erhitzt. Wasser wurde zugegeben und die Kristalle wurden durch Filtration gewonnen, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet. Es wurde eine Umkristallisation aus Ethanol durchgeführt und 0,47 g des gewünschten Produktes als weiße federartige Kristalle erhalten (Schmp. 173–176°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 12
- 5-Chlor-1-(4,6-dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)-2-methylbenzimidazol (Verbindung Nr. I-215)
- 2-Nitro-4-chlor-N-(4,6-dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)anilin (0,5 g) und Eisenpulver (0,3 g) wurden in Essigsäure (10 ml) und Essigsäureanhydrid (5 ml) gelöst und dann 4 Stunden lang am Rückfluss erhitzt. Die Reaktionsmischung wurde auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt und dann filtriert. Das Filtrat wurde unter vermindertem Druck eingedampft, zum Rückstand Wasser zugegeben und die Kristalle durch Filtration gewonnen, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet. Es wurde eine Umkristallisation aus Ethanol durchgeführt und 0,39 g des gewünschten Produktes als weiße federartige Kristalle erhalten (Schmp. 173–176°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 13
- 2-Amino-5-chlor-1-(4,6-dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)benzimidazol (Verbindung Nr. I-368)
- 4-Chlor-N'-(4,6-dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)benzol-1,2-diamin (1,5 g) wurde in Ethanol (50 ml) gelöst und Bromcyan (0,6 g) wurden bei Raumtemperatur zugegeben und dann 1 Stunde lang bei 60°C gerührt. Es wurde Wasser zugegeben und die Kristalle wurden durch Filtration gewonnen, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet und 1,2 g des gewünschten Produktes als rosafarbenes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. 293–296°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 14
- 2,5-Dichlor-1-(4,6-dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)benzimidazol (Verbindung Nr. I-277)
- 2-Amino-5-chlor-1-(4,6-dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)benzimidazol (1,1 g) und Kupfer(II)-chlorid (0,6 g) wurden in Acetonitril (50 ml) suspendiert und dazu bei Raumtemperatur tert-Butylnitrit (0,5 g) zugegeben und dann 30 Minuten lang am Rückfluss erhitzt. Es wurde Wasser zugegeben, gefolgt von einer Extraktion mit Ethylacetat, Waschen mit einer gesättigten wässerigen Natriumchlorid-Lösung und Trocknen über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert und der Rückstand wurde mittels Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie gereinigt und 0,5 g des gewünschten Produktes als weiße federartige Kristalle erhalten (Schmp. 146–149°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 15
- 1-(4,6-Dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)-5-methyl-2-trifluormethylbenzimidazol (Verbindung Nr. I-312)
- 2-(4,6-Dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)amino-5-methyltrifluoressigsäureanilid (1,0 g) und para-Toluolsulfonsäure (0,05 g) wurden in Chlorbenzol (30 ml) gelöst und dann 5 Stunden lang am unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Es wurden Wasser und Ethylacetat zugegeben und eine organische Schicht mit einer gesättigten Natriumhydrogencarbonat-Lösung in einer gesättigten wässerigen Natriumchlorid-Lösung gewaschen und über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert und der Rückstand mittels Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie gereinigt und 0,23 g des gewünschten Produkts als weißes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. 137–140°C).
- Nachfolgend werden nun 1H-NMR (CDCl3/TMS, δ (ppm))-Daten einiger Beispiele der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen angegeben.
- Nachstehend werden nun Herstellungsbeispiele für Zwischenprodukte zur Synthese der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen angegeben.
- Herstellungsbeispiel 16
- N-(4,6-Dimethoxy-2-yl)-4-methyl-2-nitroanilin (Verbindung Nr. 2–6)
- N-Formyl-4-methyl-2-nitroanilin (25,00 g) wurde in Dimethylformamid (400 ml) gelöst und Natriumhydrid (60% Reinheit, ölig) (6,11 g) bei Raumtemperatur zugegeben. Nach Rühren während 10 Minuten wurde 2-Methylsulfonyl-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin (30,28 g) bei Raumtemperatur zugegeben und dann 3 Stunden lang gerührt. Dazu wurde eine wässerige 10% NaOH-Lösung gegeben und die Kristalle durch Filtration gewonnen, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet und 37,50 g des gewünschten Produkts als gelbes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. 158–161°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 17
- N'-(4,6-Dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-4-methylbenzol-1,2-diamin (Verbindung Nr. 3–6)
- N-(4,6-Dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-4-methyl-2-nitroanilin (37,50 g) wurde in Ethylacetat (600 ml) gelöst und 10% Palladium-Kohle (3,75 g) dazugegeben. Es wurde 4 Stunden lang bei Raumtemperatur unter Normaldruck in einer Wasserstoffatmosphäreg gerührt und dann filtriert. Das Lösungsmittel des Filtrats wurde abdestilliert und 32,70 g des gewünschten Produkts als weißes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. 128–129°C).

- 2-(4,6-Dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)amino-5-methyltrifluoressigsäureanilid (Verbindung Nr. 1–196)
- N'-(4,6-Dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)-4-methylbenzol-1,2-diamin (0,80 g) wurde in Pyridin (10 ml) gelöst und Trifluoressigsäureanhydrid (0,97 g) unter Kühlen mit einer Eis-Salz-Mischung zugegeben. Nach Rühren während 1 Stunde wurde dazu verdünnte Chlorwasserstoffsäure zugegeben, gefolgt von einer Filtration mit Ethylacetat, Waschen mit verdünnter Chlorwasserstoffsäure und gesättigter wässeriger Natriumchlorid-Lösung und Trocknen über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert und der Rückstand wurde durch Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie gereinigt und 0,88 g des gewünschten Produkts als weißes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. 144–147°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 19
- N-(4,6-Dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)-4-methyl-2-nitroanilin (Verbindung Nr. 2–56)
- N-Formyl-4-methyl-2-nitroanilin (7,2 g) wurde in Tetrahydrofuran (50 ml) gelöst und Natriumhydrid (60% Reinheit, ölig) (2,0 g) bei Raumtemperatur zugegeben. Nach Rühren während 10 Minuten wurde 2-Chlor-4,6-dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin (7,0 g) bei Raumtemperatur zugegeben und dann 3 Stunden lang gerührt. Dazu wurde eine wässerige 10%-Natriumhydroxid-Lösung gegeben und die Kristalle durch Filtration gewonnen, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet und 10,0 g des gewünschten Produkts als gelbes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. 189–191°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 20
- N'-(4,6-Dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)-4-methylbenzol-1,2-diamin (Verbindung Nr. 3–56)
- N-(4,6-Dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)-4-methyl-2-nitroanilin (10 g) wurde in Ethylacetat (50 ml) und Wasser (50 ml) gelöst und 10 g Eisenpulver und Essigsäure (2 ml) dazugegeben und dann 2 Stunden lang unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Unlösliche Stoffe wurden durch Filtration entfernt, und die Ethylacetat-Schicht mit einer gesättigten wässerigen Natriumchlorid-Lösung gewaschen und über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert und 8,8 g des gewünschten Produkts als weißes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. 180–183°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 21
- 2-(4,6-dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)amino-5-methyltrifluoressigsäureanilid (Verbindung Nr. I–210)
- N'-(4,6-dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)triazin-2-yl)-4-methylbenzol-1,2-diamin (1,0 g) wurde in Pyridin (50 ml) gelöst und Trifluoressigsäureanhydrid (0,8 g) unter Kühlen mit einer Eis-Salz-Mischung zugegeben. Nach Rühren während 1 Stunde wurde verdünnte Chlorwasserstoffsäure zugegeben, gefolgt von einer Extraktion mit Ethylacetat, Waschen mit verdünnter Chlorwasserstoffsäure und gesättigter wässeriger Natriumchlorid-Lösung und Trocknen über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert und der Rückstand wurde durch Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie gereinigt und 1,3 g des gewünschten Produkts als weißes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. 195–198°C).
- Herstellungsbeispiel 22
- 4-Chlor-N-(4,6-dimethoxy-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl)-2-nitroanilin (Verbindung Nr. 2–53)
- 4-Chlor-2-nitroanilin (5,0 g) und Natriumhydrogencarbonat (3,6 g) wurden in Tetrahydrofuran (50 ml) gelöst, und Chlorcyan (8,0 g) zugegeben und danach 8 Stunden lang gerührt. Zur Reaktionslösung wurden 28% Natriummethylat (11,2 g) zugegeben und dann 1 Stunde lang unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Es wurde Wasser zugegeben, gefolgt von einer Extraktion mit Ethylacetat, Waschen mit gesättigter wässeriger Natriumchlorid-Lösung und Trocknen über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abdestilliert und der Rückstand wurde einer Umkristallisation aus Ethanol unterworfen und 6,3 g des gewünschten Produktes als gelbes Pulver erhalten (Schmp. 206–208°C).
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Fungizide für Landwirtschaft/Gartenbau enthalten Triazinylbenzimidazol-Derivate der allgemeinen Formel [I] als wirksame Bestandteile. Wenn die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen für Fungizide für Landwirtschaft/Gartenbau verwendet werden, kann der wirksame Bestandteil, abhängig vom Verwendungszweck, in geeigneten Formulierungen verwendet werden. Der wirksame Bestandteil wird üblicherweise mit einem inerten flüssigen oder festen Träger verdünnt und wird in einer geeigneten Dosierungsform, wie z.B, als Stäubemittel, benetzbares Pulver, emulgierbares Konzentrat oder als Granulat durch Vermischen mit einem oberflächenaktiven Mittel und anderen Bestandteilen, abhängig von seiner Verwendung, verwendet.
- Bevorzugte Beispiele für Trägersubstanzen umfassen feste Träger, wie z.B. Talk, Bentonit, Ton, Kaolin, Diatomeenerde, Weißruß, Vermiculit, gelöschten Kalk, Silikasand, Ammoniumsulfat und Harnstoff und flüssige Träger, wie z.B. Isopropylalkohol, Xylol, Cyclohexanon und Methylnaphthalin. Beispiele für oberflächenaktive Mittel und Dispersionsmittel umfassen Dinaphthylmethansulfonate, Alkohol-Schwefelsäurestersalze, Alkylarylsulfonate, Ligninsulfonat, Polyoxyethylenglykolether, Polyoxyethylenalkylarylether und Polyoxyethylensorbitanmonoalkylat. Beispiele für Adjuvansien umfassen Carboxymethylcellulose und dergleichen. Diese Formulierungen werden nach Verdünnung auf geeignete Konzentrationen oder direkt appliziert.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Fungizide für Landwirtschaft/Gartenbau können zur Blattbehandlung, Bodenbehandlung oder Tauchbehandlung verwendet werden. Der Mischanteil des wirksamen Bestandteils wird abhängig vom Fall geeignet ausgewählt. Der bevorzugte Anteil beträgt jedoch 0,1 bis 20% (Gewicht) im Falle von Stäubemitteln oder Granulaten und 5 bis 80% (Gewicht) im Falle eines emulgierbaren Konzentrats oder benetzbaren Pulvers.
- Die Dosis der erfindungsgemäßen Fungizide für Landwirtschaft/Gartenbau hängt von der Art der verwendeten Verbindung, der zu bekämpfenden Krankheit, der Tendenz der Krankheitsentwicklung, dem Grad der Schädigung, den Umgebungsbedingungen und der Art der verwendeten Formulierung ab. Für eine direkte Verwendung als Stäubemittel oder Granulat wird die Dosis des wirksamen Bestandteils geeigneterweise in einem Bereich von 0,8 g bis 5 kg, vorzugsweise von 1 g bis 1 kg, pro 10 Ar, gewählt. Zur Verwendung im flüssigen Zustand als emulgierbares Konzentrat oder als benetzbares Pulver wird die Dosis geeigneterweise innerhalb eines Bereiches von 0,1 bis 10.000 ppm, vorzugsweise von 1 bis 3.000 ppm, gewählt.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen in den vorstehenden Formulierungen können Pflanzenkrankheiten bekämpfen, die verursacht werden durch Oomycetes, Ascomycetes, Deuteromycetes und Basidiomycetes. Spezifische, aber nicht beschränkende Beispiele von Mikroorganismen sind nachstehend angegeben. Pseudoperonospora genus, wie z.B. Pseudoperonospora cubensis, Erysiphe genus, wie z.B. Erysiphe graminis, Venturia genus, wie z.B. Venturia inaequalis, Pyricularia genus, wie z.B. Pyricularia Oryzae, Botrytis genus, wie z.B. Botrytis cinerea, Rhizoctonia genus, wie z.B. Rhizoctonia solani, und Puccinia genus, wie z.B. Puccinia recondita.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen können in Kombination mit Insektiziden, anderen Fungiziden, Herbiziden, Pflanzenwachstumsregulatoren oder Düngemitteln, so wie dies der Fall erfordert, verwendet werden. Es werden nun typische Formulierungen für erfindungsgemäße Fungizide für Landwirtschaft/Gartenbau unter Bezugnahme auf Formulierungsbeispiele beschrieben. Nachstehend bedeutet "%" "Gew.-%".
- FORMULIERUNGSBEISPIEL 1 Stäubemittel
- 2% der Verbindung (I-45), 5% Diatomeenerde und 93% Ton wurden gleichmäßig gemischt und pulverisiert, um ein Stäubemittel zu erhalten.
- FORMULIERUNGSBEISPIEL 2 Benetzbares Pulver
- 50% der Verbindung (I-170), 45% Diatomeenrede, 2% Natriumdinaphthylmethandisulfonat und 3% Natriumligninsulfonat wurden gleichmäßig gemischt und pulverisiert, um ein benetzbares Pulver zu erhalten.
- FORMULIERUNGSBEISPIEL 3 Emulgierbares Konzentrat
- 30% der Verbindung (I-309), 20% Cyclohexanon, 11% Polyoxyethylenalkylarylether, 4% Calciumalkylbenzolsulfonat und 35% Methylnaphthalin wurden gleichmäßg gelöst, um ein emulgierbares Konzentrat zu erhalten.
- FORMULIERUNGSBEISPIEL 4 Granulat
- 4% der Verbindung (I-121), 3% des Natriumsalzes von Laurylalkoholschwefelsäureester, 5% Natriumligninsulfonat, 2% Carboxymethylcellulose und 86% Ton wurden gleichmäßig gemischt und pulverisiert.
- Die resultierende Mischung wurde mit 20% Wasser geknetet, auf 14 bis 32 mesh mittels eines Extrusionsgranulators granuliert und getrocknet, um ein Granulat zu erhalten.
- Es werden nun die Wirkungen der erfindungsgemäßen Fungizide für Landwirtschaft/Gartenbau unter Bezugnahme auf ein spezifisches Testbeispiel beschrieben.
- TESTBEISPIEL 1 Test zur präventiven Wirkung auf pulverigen Weizenmehltau
- 9 Weizensamen (Sorte: Norin-61-go) wurden in je einen 9 cm × 9 cm-Polyvinylchlorid-Topf gesät, in einem Gewächshaus 8 Tage lang wachsen gelassen und dann mit 10 ml pro Topf einer wässerigen Lösung von benetzbaren Pulvern, hergestellt gemäß Formulierungsbeispiel 2, bei einer Konzentration von 500 ppm, bezogen auf die wirksamen Bestandteile, behandelt und an der Luft getrocknet. Die Sämlinge wurden dann mit Erysiphe graminis-Sporen durch Besprühen über die Pflanze inokuliert und in ein Gewächshaus von 20 bis 25°C gegeben. 10 Tage nach der Inokulierung wurde die gesamte erkrankte Fläche der ersten Blätter in jedem Topf begutachtet und auf der Basis der in Tabelle 67 angegebenen Standards bewertet. Die Ergebnisse sind in den Tabellen 68 und 69 angegeben.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Fungizide für Landwirtschaft/Gartenbau besitzen ein breites Krankheitskontrollspektrum und eine hervorragende Wirkung, insbesondere bei Weizen-Pulvermehltau. Sie besitzen außerdem eine hohe Kontrollwirkung bei feinstflaumigem Gurkenmehltau, Apfelschorf, Reisbrand, Gurkengrau schimmel, Reisscheidenkrankheit und braunem Weizenblattbrand und hervorragende restliche Wirksamkeit und Regenbeständigkeit ohne Beschädigung der Feldfrüchte, und sie sind deshalb als Fungizide für Landwirtschaft/Gartenbau geeignet.

- Pyrimidinylbenzimidazol- oder Triazinylbenzimidazol-Derivat der allgemeinen Formel [I], ausgewählt aus der folgenden Gruppe von Derivaten, worin bedeuten: – X Methyl, Y Wasserstoff, A CH ist, und R1 und R2 Chlor; – X Methyl, Y Wasserstoff, A N ist, und R1 und R2 Chlor;
