表1または表2に記載の化合物(IV)のメタンスルホン酸塩を用い、D-マンニトール、沈降炭酸カルシウム、低置換度ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、結晶セルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、タルク等を用いて、4mgカプセル及び10mgカプセルのカプセル剤を製造した。なお、「4mgカプセル」とは、1つのカプセル剤中、4mgの化合物(IV)を含有するカプセル剤を意味する。カプセル剤中の内容物の顆粒の質量は、1カプセルあたり100mgである。カプセル剤製造時における、カプセル剤全質量に対する化合物(I)の含量(質量%)(「初期含量」ともいう。)を表11に示す。
