Abstract
1. Фторированное поверхностно-активное вещество, имеющее общую формулу: CRr (OVCHF-(CF2VCOO), Х1+ (1), где R1 представлена частично или полностью фторированную алифатическую группу с одним или более факультативно замещаемыми атомами кислорода, t обозначает 0 или 1, n равно 0 или 1, Х1+ является катионом с валентностью i, при этом i=1, 2 или 3. ! 2. Фторированное поверхностно-активное вещество по п.1, отличающееся тем, что R1 представляет фторированную алифатическую группу с одним или более факультативно замещаемыми атомами кислорода. ! 3. Фторированное поверхностно-активное вещество по любому из предыдущих пп., отличающееся тем, что t представлено 1 и где R1 отбирается из группы, состоящей из перфорированных алифатических групп с от 1 до 6 атомами углерода, соответствующих формуле Rf 1-[ORf 2]р-[ORf 3]q, где Rf 1 представлена перфторированной алифатической группой с 1-6 атомами углерода, Rf 2 и Rf 3 по отдельности представляют собой линейные или разветвленные перфорированные алкилены с 1, 2, 3 или 4 атомами углерода; p и q по отдельности имеют значение от 0 до 4, при этом сумма p и q равна как минимум 1. ! 4. Фторированное поверхностно-активное вещество по любому из пп.1 и 2, отличающееся тем, что t=0 и где R1 отбирается из группы, состоящей из перфорированных алифатических групп с от 1 до 6 атомами углерода, соответствующих формуле Rf 4-[ORf 5]k-[ORf 6]m-OCF2, где Rf 4 представлена перфорированной алифатической группой с 1-6 атомами углерода, Rf 5 и Rf 6 по отдельности представляют собой линейные или разветвленные перфорированные алкилены с 1, 2, 3 или 4 атомами углерода; k и m по отдельности имеют значение от 0 до 4. ! 5. Claims (14)
1. Фторированное поверхностно-активное вещество, имеющее общую формулу: CRr (OVCHF-(CF2VCOO), Х1+ (1), где R1 представлена частично или полностью фторированную алифатическую группу с одним или более факультативно замещаемыми атомами кислорода, t обозначает 0 или 1, n равно 0 или 1, Х1+ является катионом с валентностью i, при этом i=1, 2 или 3.
2. Фторированное поверхностно-активное вещество по п.1, отличающееся тем, что R1 представляет фторированную алифатическую группу с одним или более факультативно замещаемыми атомами кислорода.
3. Фторированное поверхностно-активное вещество по любому из предыдущих пп., отличающееся тем, что t представлено 1 и где R1 отбирается из группы, состоящей из перфорированных алифатических групп с от 1 до 6 атомами углерода, соответствующих формуле Rf 1-[ORf 2]р-[ORf 3]q, где Rf 1 представлена перфторированной алифатической группой с 1-6 атомами углерода, Rf 2 и Rf 3 по отдельности представляют собой линейные или разветвленные перфорированные алкилены с 1, 2, 3 или 4 атомами углерода; p и q по отдельности имеют значение от 0 до 4, при этом сумма p и q равна как минимум 1.
4. Фторированное поверхностно-активное вещество по любому из пп.1 и 2, отличающееся тем, что t=0 и где R1 отбирается из группы, состоящей из перфорированных алифатических групп с от 1 до 6 атомами углерода, соответствующих формуле Rf 4-[ORf 5]k-[ORf 6]m-OCF2, где Rf 4 представлена перфорированной алифатической группой с 1-6 атомами углерода, Rf 5 и Rf 6 по отдельности представляют собой линейные или разветвленные перфорированные алкилены с 1, 2, 3 или 4 атомами углерода; k и m по отдельности имеют значение от 0 до 4.
5. Способ получения фторполимера, включающий полимеризацию водного раствора одного или более фторированных мономеров, где полимеризация указанной водной эмульсии производится в присутствии одного или двух поверхностно-активных веществ, как указано в каждом пп.1-4.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что количество указанных одного или нескольких фторированных поверхностно-активных веществ составляет около 0,001 и 5% от веса, основанного на количестве воды в водной фазе полимеризованной водной эмульсии.
7. Способ по п.5 или 6, отличающийся тем, что полимеризация водной эмульсии в дальнейшем включает одно или более фторированных поверхностно-активных веществ вместо поверхностно-активных веществ, указанных в пп.1-4.
8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно поверхностно-активные вещества включают поверхностно-активные перфорированные полиэфиры.
9. Водное соединение, включающее одно или более поверхностно-активных перфорированных полиэфиров, как указано в любом из пп.1-4.
10. Водное соединение по п.9, отличающееся тем, что включает частицы фторполимера.
11. Водное соединение по п.10, отличающееся тем, что частицы фторполимера в водном соединении имеют средний диаметр от 40 до 400 нм.
12. Водное соединение по п.10, отличающееся тем, что количество частиц фторполимера от 15 до 70%, по весу.
13. Водное соединение по п.10, отличающееся тем, что включает неионные нефторированные поверхностно-активные вещества.
14. Способ нанесения водного соединения на субстрат, как описано в любом из пп.10 - 13.
