Claims (19)

1. Крышка с индикацией целостности упаковки, содержащая по меньшей мере, двухслойный материал, содержащий первый пленочный слой, адгезивно соединенный со вторым пленочным слоем; первую линию отрыва, образованную в указанном первом пленочном слое, образующую первую панель для обеспечения отверстия доступа через указанный первый пленочный слой при отделении от указанного первого пленочного слоя по указанной первой линии отрыва, и вторую линию отрыва, образованную в указанном первом пленочном слое и оканчивающуюся на указанной первой линии отрыва, с образованием таким образом второй панели для указания первого открывания крышки, когда вторая панель отделяется от указанной первой панели по указанной первой линии отрыва; при этом указанный второй пленочный слой имеет линию отрыва, образующую закрывающую панель, которая полностью покрывает первую панель и покрывает вторую панель первого пленочного слоя; причем указанный второй пленочный слой включает слой отделяемого адгезива для освобождаемого приклеивания указанной закрывающей панели к указанному первому пленочному слою, так что после первого отделения указанной закрывающей панели от указанного первого пленочного слоя указанная закрывающая панель отделяется от указанного первого пленочного слоя и указанной второй панели для открывания отверстия доступа и обеспечения визуальной индикации того, что крышка была открыта.
2. Крышка по п.1, в которой указанная закрывающая панель содержит смотровое окно, позволяющее видеть указанную вторую панелью указанного первого пленочного слоя.
3. Крышка по п.2, в которой указанное смотровое окно закрывающей панели лежит над указанной второй панелью указанного первого пленочного слоя до первого открывания указанной крышки.
4. Крышка по п.1, в которой указанная вторая панель выполнена так, чтобы выпадать из плоскости, образованной указанным первым пленочным слоем, после первого отслаивания второго пленочного слоя от указанного первого пленочного слоя.
5. Обеспечивающая индикацию целостности крышка для емкости, содержащая по меньшей мере двухслойный материал, содержащий внутренний слой, адгезивно соединенный с наружным слоем и образующий верх емкости, причем указанный внутренний слой содержит первую панель и вторую панель, причем указанный наружный слой содержит образованную в нем закрывающую панель, которая полностью покрывает первую панель и покрывает вторую панель внутреннего слоя, причем указанная первая панель и указанная закрывающая панель постоянно соединены друг с другом для обеспечения отверстия доступа в емкость; и отделяемый адгезив, обеспеченный по периметру указанной закрывающей панели для приклеивания указанной закрывающей панели к указанному внутреннему слою и указанной второй панели, причем указанная закрывающая панель способна освобождаться от указанного внутреннего слоя и отделяться от второй панели посредством оттягивания закрывающей панели в направлении открывания и повторно закрываться на указанном верху для уплотнения указанного отверстия, когда указанную закрывающую панель возвращают на указанный верх, причем после закрывания вторая панель является отделенной от закрывающей панели.
6. Крышка по п.5, в которой указанная вторая панель образована интегрально с указанным внутренним слоем.
7. Крышка по п.5, в которой указанная вторая панель расположена на расстоянии от противоположных сторон указанного отверстия.
8. Крышка по п.5, в которой указанная вторая панель выполнена таким образом, чтобы падать в указанную емкость, когда указанная закрывающая панель отслаивается впервые.
9. Крышка по п.5, в которой указанная закрывающая панель содержит материал, позволяющий видеть указанную вторую панель указанного внутреннего слоя.
10. Крышка по п.5, в которой указанная закрывающая панель содержит смотровое окно, лежащее над указанной второй панелью указанного внутреннего слоя до первого открывания указанной крышки.
11. Крышка по п.5, в которой указанная вторая панель выпадает из плоскости указанного отверстия после первого отслаивания закрывающей панели от указанного внутреннего слоя.
12. Емкость для пищевого продукта, снабженная индикацией целостности, содержащая лоток; по меньшей мере, двухслойный материал, содержащий внутренний слой, адгезивно соединенный с наружным слоем для образования верха над лотком, причем указанный верх выполнен для обеспечения отверстия доступа к пищевым продуктам в лотке; причем указанный внутренний слой содержит первую панель и вторую панель, а указанный наружный слой содержит образованную в нем закрывающую панель, которая полностью покрывает первую панель и покрывает вторую панель внутреннего слоя, причем указанная первая панель и указанная закрывающая панель постоянно соединены друг с другом для образования отверстия доступа в емкость; и отделяемый адгезив, обеспеченный на внутреннем слое по периметру снаружи первой панели, либо на указанной закрывающей панели, которая лежит над ней, либо на них обоих, для приклеивания указанной закрывающей панели к указанному внутреннему слою и указанной второй панели, причем указанная закрывающая панель способна освобождаться от указанного внутреннего слоя и отделяться от второй панели посредством оттягивания закрывающей панели в направлении открывания и повторно закрываться на указанном верху для уплотнения указанного отверстия, когда указанную закрывающую панель возвращают на указанный верх, причем после закрывания вторая панель является отделенной от наружного слоя.
13. Емкость по п.12, в которой указанные пищевые продукты выбраны из группы, состоящей из печенья, крекеров, арахиса, сыра, нарезанного мяса и полутвердых пищевых продуктов.
14. Емкость по п.12, в которой указанная вторая панель образована интегрально с указанным внутренним слоем.
15. Емкость по п.12, в которой указанная вторая панель расположена на расстоянии от противоположных сторон указанного отверстия.
16. Емкость по п.12, в которой указанная вторая панель падает в указанную емкость, когда указанный наружный слой отслаивается впервые.
17. Емкость по п.12, в которой указанная закрывающая панель содержит материал, позволяющий видеть указанную вторую панель указанного внутреннего слоя.
18. Емкость по п.12, в которой указанная закрывающая панель содержит смотровое окно, лежащее над указанной второй панелью указанного внутреннего слоя до первого открывания указанной крышки.
