Definitions
- the invention relates to a packaging container, in particular a bag packaging, containing at least two wall foils separated by the filling material when ready for sale, at least one peelable or peelable near the edge connecting two wall foils Connecting seam, a packaging edge running along the connecting seam, and a recess penetrating the connecting seam vertically.
- a packaging container in particular a bag packaging, containing at least two wall foils separated by the filling material when ready for sale, at least one peelable or peelable near the edge connecting two wall foils Connecting seam, a packaging edge running along the connecting seam, and a recess penetrating the connecting seam vertically.
- a packaging film and a method for producing packaging containers are also a method for producing packaging containers.
- Known pouch packaging such as flat or tubular bags, are usually included so-called form-fill-seal machines. Process these machines Packaging with a low level of prefabrication or packaging materials directly to complete packs. These are, for example, vertical or horizontal working form-fill-seal machines.
- a cover that is open on one side, which is already in a preliminary stage from individual foils was prefabricated from the roll or by folding a film against itself with Provide the filling and then to a pack ready for sale, for example by means of Sealing, closed.
- Such packaging such as for packaging potato chips and other snacks or sweets, such as candy, are usually not seen as special Opening means.
- connection seam means the generally elongated surface section which two sides of the film separable or peelable or inseparable.
- the packaging manufacturer states that the upper seam close to the edge can be peeled off is.
- Such a package is opened by the front and back packaging films or wall foils in their area close to the connection by one hand with the thumb and index finger grasped and pulled apart with force until the The peelable seam close to the edge begins to open or peel along the length and separating the front and rear wall foils in the area of the connecting seam go. This is by far the most common way to open such packages, since no tools are required and the time required to open it is less, and since there are no cut-off small parts as packaging waste.
- Packs of the type described must be in the shops either on rack boards are stored or they are in special tools, such as brackets, in hung on the shelves and racks. So on such additional tools for hanging the bag packs can be dispensed with, the packs are usually in the Area of the upper, near-edge, peelable connecting seam with a parallel to this Seamless recess or slot, for example with the so-called Euro slot Mistake. This allows the packaging to be hung on bars on shelves, for example.
- the slot is often punched out of the finished package at the end of the packaging process and possibly reinforced in its edge areas.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a packaging container at the outset mentioned type with a peelable seam and with a piercing this seam To create recess for hanging the pack, which is in the area of peelable connection seam with even force can be opened by hand, and in which the packaging or wall foils are not uncontrolled during the opening process tear into the packing space.
- the object is achieved in that at least in a wall film Packaging container in the area of the peelable connection seam from the pack filling space Seen here at least in front of the recess, preferably along the connecting seam extending, weakening or dividing line is arranged so that after peeling the connection seam seen from the pack filling space above the weakening or dividing line a surface area surrounding the recess which or dividing line containing wall film is not peeled off, the weakening or dividing line seen from the pack filling space at least one lower border forms this area.
- the packaging container according to the invention is preferably a bag packaging, for example a flat, bottom or tubular bag.
- the packaging container can also only partially, preferably in its upper area, designed as a bag packaging be and in certain parts consist of a rigid or semi-rigid container. This can be achieved by, for example, the wall foils of a bag packaging sealed, welded or with on the edge of a rigid or semi-rigid container be glued to this.
- the packaging container can also have several sides or wall foils and one assume any geometric shape, for example the shape of a cuboid or Tetrahedron.
- the packaging container preferably has a front and rear wall film, which are characterized by the fact that they are separated from one another by the product in between are separated.
- the front and back wall film can be separated by packaging or be formed by folding a packaging film against itself.
- the packaging is usually labeled and / or provided with graphic elements.
- the terms “bottom”, “top” and “side” refer to the packaging focus on the orientation of the packaging in such a way that the writing and picture elements be presented in a readable view.
- the front wall film also the front of the packaging or called the front packaging film, is usually on the store shelf packaging side facing the buyer and usually contains image and text elements and serves to identify the product and should draw the buyer's attention to the product do.
- the back wall film, also packaging back or packaging film on the back is usually the side facing away from the buyer on the store shelves and serving for example the more precise product information, such as the composition of the content, prices, etc.
- the wall foils of the packaging container are preferably on their sides near the edges Sealed or welded in sections or circumferentially, glued or in another way closed, at least one, advantageously near the edge, a peelable seam Connecting seam is.
- the packaging container according to the invention preferably contains only one peelable seam, preferably the upper seam close to the edge of the packaging container.
- a peelable connection or connecting seam is the connection of two film surfaces, or two wall foils to understand, which only with the use of increased tension and / or Thrust forces can be separated again without one of the two or both film surfaces significantly damaged, i.e. be torn.
- the separation takes place for example by tearing apart the two wall films with your hands.
- peeling such foil connections can be, for example, one between the foil surfaces lying sealing layer or a sealing tape can be broken or by adhesive generated adhesion between the film surfaces can be solved.
- the separation can the peelable seam also by destroying one between the foils lying connection layer, i.e. by breaking cohesion.
- the peelable connection seam can be welded, for example, by mutual welding two film surfaces are produced under the influence of heat and / or pressure, e.g. Hot gas welding, hot wedge welding, butt welding, thermal contact welding, High-frequency welding, ultrasonic welding, induction welding or friction welding, the welding temperature in particular must be specifically regulated so that a Peelable connection is created.
- Another type of connection is the so-called sealing, such as hot or cold sealing, the separability of the connection in particular by the choice of a removable or breakable sealing wax or a removable or breakable one Sealing layer or fabric is determined.
- the peelable seam can for example also via a coextrusion process or by means of adhesive tape or simply be made by gluing.
- the packaging and in particular the peelable connecting seam is preferred sealed or produced by mutually sealing or welding the wall foils.
- the Packaging container perpendicular to the seam surface a continuous recess, for example a slit or a round hole, which allows the packaging for example hanging on a pole on the shelf.
- a recess a cut can also be provided in an equivalent manner. It is preferably the Exception by a so-called "Euro slot”.
- the recess is preferably in an upper, peelable connection seam, in the so-called upper transverse seam, punched or cut, so that the text or image elements the packages hung on the sales shelf are aligned to read.
- the recess is placed and dimensioned such that below the recess, i.e. between the bottom of the recess and the packing space is still sufficiently sealed, welded or sealed.
