Abstract

본 발명의 광학 기록 매체는 제1정보면을 갖는 제1기판과; 이 제1기판의 제1정보면에 형성되는 반투명한 반사막과; 제2정보면을 갖는 제2기판과; 이 제2기판의 제2정보면에 형성된 반사막과; 제1정보면과 제2정보면이 서로 면하도록 상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판을 접착시키는 접착층을 구비하는데, 상기 제1기판의 두께는 0.56㎜ 이상이고, 접착층의 두께는 30㎛ 이상이며, 제1기판과 접착층의 전체 두께는 0.68㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (13)

  1. 광학 기록 매체에 있어서, 제1정보면을 갖는 제1기판과; 이 제1기판의 제1정보면에 형성되는 반투명성의 반사막과; 제2정보면을 갖는 제2기판과; 이 제2기판의 제2정보면에 형성되는 반사막 및; 상기 제1정보면과 제2정보면이 서로 면하도록 상기 제1기판과 제2기판을 접착시키는 접착층을 구비하는데, 상기 제1기판의 두께는 0.56㎜ 이상이고, 상기 접착층의 두께는 30㎛ 이상이며, 상기 제1 및 제2접착층의 전체 두께는 0.68㎜ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1기판의 두께는 0.56㎜ 내지 0.6㎜의 범위에 있고, 접착층의 두께는 40㎛ 내지 60㎛의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 기록 재료막은 정보의 기록 및 재생을 위한 반사막에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기록 재료막은 위상 변화형 기록재료로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 라벨은 제2기판의 표면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 나선모양의 트랙은 제1 및 제2기판 각각에 형성되고, 제1기판상의 나선모양의 트랙의 형성 방향은 나선모양의 트랙이 제1정보면과 대향하는 제1기판의 표면의 측면으로부터 볼 때 제2기판의 나선모양의 트랙의 형성방향과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.

  8. 제1정보면을 갖는 제1기판과; 이 제1기판의 제1정보면에 형성되는 반투명성의 반사막과; 제2정보면을 갖는 제2기판과; 상기 제2기판의 제2정보면에 형성되는 반사막 및; 상기 제1기판의 제1정보면이 제2정보면에 대향하는 제2기판의 표면과 면하도록 상기 제1기판과 제2기판을 접착시키는 접착층을 구비하는데, 제1기판의 두께는 제2기판의 두께와 실질적으로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 기록 재료막은 제2기판과 반사막의 정보면 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 기록 재료막은 위상 변화형 기록재료로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
  11. 제1정보면을 갖는 제1기판과; 이 제1기판의 제1정보면에 형성되는 반투명성의 반사막과; 제2정보면을 갖는 제2기판과; 이 제2기판의 제2정보면에 형성되는 반사막과; 상기 제1기판의 제1정보면과 상기 제2정보면에 대향하는 제2기판의 표면이 면하도록 상기 제1기판과 제2기판을 접착시키는 접착층 및; 제2기판을 위해 반사막에 형성되는 라벨을 구비하는데, 상기 제1기판의 두께는 상기 제2기판의 두께와 실질적으로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 기록 재료막은 상기 제2기판의 제2정보면과 상기 반사막 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 기록 재료막은 위상 변화형 기록 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
