Abstract
정보가 반사막이 피착된 측으로부터 반사막을 가지는 정보 기록 층에 광선을 조사함으로써 광학 기록 매체로부터 재생되거나 광학 기록 매체에 기록되어질 때, 잡음이 줄어들 수 있다. 광학 기록 매체는 그것의 표면위에 형성된 미세 요철부를 가지는 기판, 기판의 미세 요철부위에 이온 빔 스퍼터링에 의해 형성된 반사막 및 반사막 위에 피착되어 형성된 광 투과 층과 같은 투명막을 포함한다.

Claims (7)
- 한 표면 위에 미세 요철부가 형성된 기판; 상기 기판의 상기 미세 요철부 상에 이온 빔 스퍼터링에 의해 형성된 반사막; 및 상기 반사막 위에 피착되어 형성된 광투과층으로서의 투명막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사막은 주성분으로서 A1을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, A1으로 만들어진 상기 반사막은, A1막의 배향이 A1막이 피착된 상기 미세 요철부의 표면에 평행이 되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, A1로 만들어진 상기 반사막은 Ti 및 Si를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
- 미세 요철부가 위에 형성되어 있는 제1 및 제2기판들; 상기 2개의 기판들중 하나의 미세 요철부 상에 이온 빔 스퍼터링함에 의해 형성된 반사막; 및 상기한 기판 위에 피착되어 형성된 광 투과층으로서의 투명막을 포함하고, 다른 기판은 상기 투명막 상에 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 반사막은 주성분으로 A1을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.
- 제6항에 있어서, A1으로 만들어진 상기 반사막은, A1막의 A1막이 피착된 상기 미세 요철부의 표면에 평행이 되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록 매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
