Claims (13)
- 광학적으로 평탄하고 디스크형상으로 된 중합체 즉, 유리기판(12, 22 또는 32)과 그리고 촛점조정되고 변조된 광비임에 의해 나타나는 이산특징형태로 정보를 기록할 수 있는 1 내지 60nm의 두께를 가진 광흡수 층(18, 28 또는 38)을 구비한 광학기록매체(10, 20 또는 30)에 있어서, 상기 광흡수층은 철, 크로뮴 및 이것의 합금으로부터 선택된 금속탄화물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고감도 광학기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학스페이서층(16 또는 26)이 광흡수층(18 또는 28)바로 밑에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고감도 광학기록매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 반사층(16)이 광학스페이서 층(16) 바로 밑에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고감도 광학기록매체.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기층들의 두께가 간섭적으로 비반사상태를 형성하도록 선택되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고감도 광학기록매체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부착보조층(11)이 상기기판에 인접해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고감도 광학기록매체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정보를 표시하는 이산특징이 광흡수층에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고감도 광학기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 이산특징이 피트(40)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고감도 광학기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 이산특징이 버블(42)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고감도 광학기록매체.
- 제 광학적으로 편평한 디스크형상의 중합체, 즉 유리기판과 1 내지 60nm의 두께를 가진 광흡수층상에 융착하는 단계를 구비한 광학기록매체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 광흡수층이 철, 크로뮴 및 이것들의 합금으로부터 선택된 금속탄화물로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고감도 광학기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 광학스페이서층을 기판에 부착하는 단계와, 상기 광흡수층을 광학스페이서층에 부착하는 단계를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 고감도 광학기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 반사층을 기판에 부착하는 단계와, 상기 광학스페이서층을 반사층에 부착하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고감도 광학기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 반사층을 부착하기전에 부착보조층을 기판에 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고감도 광학기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 그것의 축위에서 회전할 동안 변조된 레이저 다이오드 비임을 광흡수층상에 촛점조정하므로서 정보를 표시하는 광흡수층의 이산특징을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 고감도 광학기록매체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
