광정보 기록 매체

제1도는 본 발명의 광정보 기록 매체의 구조물의 한 구현예를 도식적으로 나타낸 부분 사시 단면도이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 기록된 데이타를 레이저빔으로 스캐닝함으로써 재생시킬 수 있는 유형으로, 경우에 따라 판독가능한 요공이 이미 형성되어 있는 ROM 영역 및 경우에 따라 판독가능한 요공을 쓰기 레이저빔으로 조사시킴으로써 형성시킬 수 있는 정보 기록가능 영역으로 구성되어 있으며, 여기서 정보 기록가능 영역은 변형성 표면을 갖는 광투과 기판, 변형성 표면 위에 겹쳐져서 쓰기 레이저빔을 흡수하는 광흡수층, 및 광흡수층 위에 겹쳐져 있는 광반사층으로 구성되어 있으며, 전술한 변형성 표면은 광흡수층에 의해 쓰기 레이저빔의 흡수로 인해 발생한 에너지에 의해 변형가능하여 광학식으로 판독 가능한 요공을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
  2. 제2항에 있어서, 광투과 기판이 4.6㎏/㎤의 하중 하에 ASTM D648에 준하여 측정된 바의 열변형 온도가 85~200℃의 범위 이내임을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 광 투과 기판이 ASTM D785에 준하여 측정된 바의 록웰(Rockwell) 경도가 M200~M75의 범위 이내임을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
  4. 제1∼3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 폴리카르보네이트 수지, 아크릴레이트 수지 또는 또는 에폭시 수지임을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
  5. 제1~4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광흡수층 시아닌 색소로 됨을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
  6. 제1~5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반사층이 금, 은, 구리, 알루미늄 또는 이들의 합금으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
  7. 제1∼6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판의 변형성 표면층이 전술한 경우에 따라 판독가능한 요공을 형성시킬 트랙킹 가이드 홈을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
  8. 제1~7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보호층이 최상층으로서 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
