Claims (11)
- 광투과 기판과, 기판에 겹쳐진 레이저빔을 흡수하는 광흡수층과, 광합수층에 겹쳐진 광투과층으로 구성되며, 상기 기판은 광흡수층에 의하여 레이저빔의 흡수에 따라 발생되는 에너지에 의해 변형가능한 광흡수층에 인접한 표면층을 가지므로 광학식으로 판독가능한 요공을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광투과성 기판은 4.6㎏/㎤의 하중하에 ASTM D648에 준하여 측정될 때, 85℃로부터 200℃의 범위안에서 열변형 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 광투과성 기판은 ASTM D785에 준하여 측정될 때, M200으로부터 M75의 범위 안의 록크웰 정도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
- 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 사이층은 기판과 광흡수층사이에 배치되고, 상기 사이층은 4.6㎏/㎤의 하중 하에 ASTM D648에 준하여 측정될 때, 50℃로부터 150℃의 범위안에서 열변형 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 사이층은 ASTM D785에 준하여 측정될 때, M100으로부터 M50의 범위안의 록크웰 경도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
- 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 기판보다 더 어렵게 열변형할수 있는 경층은 광흡수층상에 배열되거나, 또는 광흡수층과 광반사층 사이에 배열되며, 상기 경층은 ASTM D785에 준하여 측정될 때 적어도 M100의 록크웰 경도를 가지며, 및/또는 4.6㎏/㎤의 하중하에 ASTM D648에 준하여 측정될때, 적어도 100℃의 열변형 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
- 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 기판은 폴리카르보네이트 수지, 아클릴레이트 수지 또는 에폭시 수지로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
- 제1항 내지 7항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 광흡수층은 시아닌 색소인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
- 제1항 내지 8항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 반사층은 금, 은, 구리, 알루미늄, 또는 그 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
- 제1항 내지 9항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 기판의 병형가능 표면층은 상기 광학식으로 판독가능한 요공이 형성되는 트랙킹 안내홈을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
- 제1항 내지 10항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 보호층은 정부층(top layer)으로서 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
