제1도는 본 발명의 광정보 기록 매체의 구조의 한 구현예를 도식적으로 묘사한 부분 단면 사시도이다.
제2도는 광기록 이전에 제1도의 광정보 기록 매체의 트랙을 따라 절취한 부분 확대 단면도이다.
제3도는 광기록 이후에 제1도의 광정보 기록 매체의 트랙을 따라 절취한 부분 확대 단면도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 광투과 기판, 기판 위에 겹쳐져 레이저빔을 흡수하는 광흡수층, 및 광흡수층 위에 겹쳐진 광반사층으로 구성되어 있으며, ρ=nabsdabs/λ로 표시되는 광계수(식중에서, nabs는 광흡수층의 복굴절율의 실수부이며, dabs는 광흡수층의 두께이며, 및 λ는 판독 레이저빔의 파장임.)가이고 광흡수층의 복굴절율이 허수비인 Kabs가 최대한 0.3임을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 광흡수층은 시아닌 색소로 구성되어 있으며, 광반사층은 금속 필름으로 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 시아닌 색소는 인도카르보시아닌임을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
  4. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 광흡수층은 광흡수층에 의한 레이저빔의 흡수 시에 온도 상승이 일어나고, 100~600℃의 온도에서 기체의 발생과 함께 발열 반응을 이행함을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
  5. 제1∼4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, nabs이며, kabs임을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
  6. 제1∼5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광반사 층의 복굴절율의 실수부 nref및 광반사층의 복굴절율의 허수부 kref의 상관 관계를 충족시킴을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
  7. 제1∼6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 판독 레이저빔의 파장에 투명성인 향상층을 광흡수층 및 광반사층 사이에 배치시킴을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 하기식으로 표현되는 광계수 ρ가임을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
    (식중에서, nabs, dabs및 λ는 상기 정의된 바이며, nenh는 향상층의 복굴절율의 실수부이며, denh는 향상층의 두께이다.)
  9. 제1∼8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판에 내용매성층을 설치하여 광흡수층의 형성에 사용되는 용매로부터 기판을 보호함을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록 매체.
