제3도는 본 발명에 의한 구성의 일실시예를 나타낸 도면.
Claims (12)
- 레이저빔으로 정보를 기입 및 판독하는 소거가능 광학디스크 매체에서, (1) 위상전이형 정보기록막, (2) 광학 인터퍼런스막, (3) 광학 반사막을 포함하되, 이 막들이 상기 매체의 반사율이 정보 기록전에 더 크고, 상기 매체의 기록부위의 반사율이 기록후에 더 작아지게끔 투명기판위에 상기 나열순으로 형성되는 것이 특징인 소거 가능 광학 디스크매체.
- 제1항에서, 정보기록막이 위상전이형 박막층이고, 이의 결정상태가 레이저 조사에 의해 변화되는 것이 특징인 광학 디스크매체.
- 제1항에서, 정보 기록막의 주성분이 결정-결정 위상전이형 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학디스크매체.
- 제1항에서, 정보기록막이 5~20nm의 막두께를 갖는 박막으로 구성되는 것이 특징인 광학디스크매체.
- 제1항에서, 정보기록막의 주성분이 In-Sb, Te-Ge 또는 In-Sb, Te-Ge을 주성분으로 하는 합금인 것이 특징인 광학디스크매체.
- 제1항에서, 광학 인터퍼런스막은 그 사용값 막두께에서 투명한 무기박막 또는 유기 박막인 것이 특징인 광학 디스크 매체.
- 제1항에서, 광학반사막의 반사율이 70%이상이며, 정보기록전, 후의 기록부위의 반사율의 차가 20%이하인 것이 특징인 광학디스크매체.
- 제1항에서, 광학 인터퍼런스막의 두께 d(nm)가(상기식에서,은 광학 인터퍼런스막 재료의 굴절률, N은 0 또는 양의 정수)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학디스크 매체.
- 제1항에서, 광학 인터퍼런스막의 주성분이 ZnS, SiO2, MgF2또는 MgO인 것이 특징인 광학디스크 매체.
- 제1항에서, 광학 인터퍼런스막의 주성분이 실리콘수지, 수테아린산 타입 염, 프탈로시아닌 및 실릴화 폴리 메틸실세스퀴옥산인 것이 특징인 광학디스크매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학반사막의 반사율이 70%이상인 것이 특징인 광학디스크 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학반사막이 Au, Ag, Cu 또는 Al를 주성분으로 하는 금속박막인 것이 특징인 광학디스크 매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
