【発明の詳細な説明】
〔技術分野〕
本発明は封止型の光情報記録媒体に関する。
ディスク状情報記録媒体の封正に用いられる接着剤には
、封入される記録材料に影#を及はすことがないように
(1)硬化の除に反応副生成物のないこと、(2)溶剤
を言まないことが要求される。そのため逍冨はエポキシ
系接層剤が用いらオする。しかしながら、エポキシ系接
層剤を用いる場合、硬化の際の加熱によりプラスチック
基板が変形する。硬化に時間がかかる寺の問題がある。
、封入される記録材料に影#を及はすことがないように

そこで、近年紫外線硬化型接層剤が注目されてきている
。これは上記(1)および(2)の性買を備えているた
めM望なものであるが、硬化反応がラジカル重合反応に
よるため大気中の酸素が2ジカルを消費してしまい表面
の硬化が遅いという欠点を有している。特に、いわゆる
エア・サンドイッチ型の封止ディスクにおいては、封止
内部の接着剤表面が硬化不足となシ未反応単量体成分が
封止内部に揮発し記録層に影響を及ぼす。その対策とし
て硬化雰囲気が酸素t−除去すること具体的には蓋索雰
囲気中での硬化という方法が考えられるが、工業生産で
は設備が大がかりになるという問題がある。
。これは上記(1)および(2)の性買を備えているた

上記号機色素記録層3の代表例としてはシアニン色素、
メロシアニン色素などのポリメチン色素をあげることが
できるがこれのみに制限されるものではない。なお1図
示の構成の他に記録層3を基板1,1の両方の片面に形
成させる場合もある。

上述のようにして構成された本発明の光情報記録媒体は
従来のエポキシ系接層剤を用いて貼合せたものに比べて
基板変形が少なく保存性にすぐれている。また、貼合せ
の際の硬化時間を短縮することができる。

実施例 1
直径200鴫および厚さ1mのポリメチルメタクリレー
ト基板2枚を用い、そのうちの1枚にフォトポリマ法に
よりブレグルーフを設けた後その上に一般式 で表わされる色素の1.2−ジクロロエタン溶液(色素
altEAe0.7重量係)を60 Orpmでスビン
コートシて記録層を設けた後、厚さ1諒のスは一すを介
して下記の組成を有する接着剤を用いて図示のように封
止した。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 2枚のディスク状基板のうち少なくとも1枚の片面に有
機色素記録層を有する1対の基板を同心的に配置された
内周スペーサおよび外周スペーサを介してまたは介さず
に該記録層が内側になるように接着剤を用いて貼合せた
封止構造を有ししかも前記接着剤が下記一般式( I )
および(II)の化合物場合により下記一般式(III)の
