강성 기판, 강성 기판상에 형성되고 레이저광에 의해 광학적으로 검출되는 정보를 기록하는 기록막 혹은 강성 기판상에 형성되고 광학적으로 검출되는 정보를 기록하는 요철 피트, 기록막상에 형성된 투명 박판을 갖는 광정보기록매체가 개시된다. 광정보기록, 재생 및 소거방법에 있어서, 레이저광에 의해 물리적 혹은 화학적으로 변화되는 기록부재가 강성기판상에 형성되어 있는 광정보기록매체를 제공하는 단계를 구비하고, 정보의 기록, 재생 및 소거가 강성 기판상에 형성된 투명 박판을 통해 강성 기판에 입사하는 레이저광에 의해 상기 기록부재를 통해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록, 재생 및 소거방법이 또한 개시된다.

Claims (20)

  1. 강성 기판, 상기 강성 기판상에 형성되고, 레이저광에 의해 광학적으로 검출되는 정보를 기록하는 기록막, 및 상기 기록막상에 형성된 투명막판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강성 기판과 상기 투명 박판은 그들 사이에 배치된 투명접착층을 통해 페이스트되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 박판은 0.4 이상 1.2㎜ 이하, 바람직하게 0.8㎜ 이하인 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
  4. 강성 기판, 상기 강성 기판상에 형성되고, 광학적으로 검출되는 정보를 기록하는 요철 피트, 상기 요철 피트상에 형성된 반사막, 및 상기 반사막상에 형성된 투명 박판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 강성 기판과 상기 투명 박판은 그들 사이에 배치된 투명 접착층을 통해 페이스트되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 투명 박판은 0.4 이상 1.2㎜ 이하, 바람직하게 0.8㎜ 이하인 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록매체.
