Abstract

다층 광 기록 장치가 개시되어 있다. 다층 광 정보 기록 장치에 있어서 서로 다른 광학적 반사 특성을 가지며 광학적으로 판독 가능한 정보를 포함하는 다수개의 반사층들 중 광입사면에 가까운 제1반사층이 굴절율이 서로 다른 2층의 유전체층으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 광 기록 장치를 제공한다.
본 발명에 의하면, 굴절율 차가 큰 두층의 유전체층을 제1반사막으로 사용함으로써, 제1반사막의 반사율이 향상되고, 구조가 간단하며, 정보 저장 용량의 증가된 광 디스크를 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 다층 광 정보 기록 장치에 있어서, 서로 다른 광학적 반사 특성을 가지며 광학적으로 판독 가능한 정보를 포함하는 다수개의 반사층들 중 광입사면에 가까운 제1반사층은 굴절율이 서로 다른 2층의 유전체층으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 광 기록 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2층의 유전체층 중에서 기판에 가까운 제1유전체층이 또 하나의 제2유전체층보다 고굴절율의 재료로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 광 기록 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1유전체층의 굴절율은 2.2 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 광 기록 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2유전체층의 굴절율은 1.3 보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 광 기록 장치.
