Claims (4)
- 합성 수지 표면상에, 그 표면측으로부터 순차적으로 제1층으로서 광학적 막의 두께 0〈n1d1 0.1λ0인 SiO 층을, 제2층으로서 광학적 막의 두께 n2d2가 0.19n2d2 0.25λ0인 CeO2층을, 제3층으로서 광학적 막의 두께 n3d3가 0.25λ0 n3d3 0.3λ0인 SiO2층을, 제4층으로서 기계적 막의 두께 d4가 100∼200㎚인 A1 층을, 제5층으로서 광학적 막의 두께 n5d5가 0.18λ0 n5d5 0.25λ0인 SiO 층을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 광학부품의 다층막 이면 반사경.
- 합성수지 표면상에, 그 표면측으로부터 순차적으로 제1층으로서 광학적막의 두께 n1d1이 0〈n1d1 0.1λ0인 SiO 층을, 제2층으로서 광학적 막의 두께 n2d2가 0.19λ0 n2d2 0.25λ0인 CeO2층을, 제3층으로서 광학적 막의 두께 n3d3가 0.25λ0 n3d3 0.3λ0인 SiO2층을, 제4층으로서 기계적 막의 두께 d4가 100∼200nm인 Ag 층을, 제5층으로서 기계적 막의 두께 d5가 100∼200nm인 Cu 층을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 광학부품의 다층막 이면 반사경.
