제1도는, 본 발명에 따라 생성된 3층 설계 얇은-필름 간섭 필터의 단면도이다. 제2도는, 본 발명에 따라 생성된 5층 설계 얇은-필름 간섭 필터의 단면도이다. 제3도는, 본 발명에 따라 생성된 9층 설계 얇은-필름 간섭 필터의 단면도이다.

Claims (21)

  1. 투명 지지체, 유전층, 프리코우트 층, 및 광학적으로 반사성인 금속층로 구성되는 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  2. 투명 지지체, 유전층, 프리코우트 층, 광학적으로 반사성인 금속층, 두 번째 프리코우트층, 및 두 번째 유전층으로 구성되는 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 세번째 프리코우트 층, 두번째 광학적으로 반사성인 금속층, 네번째 프리코우트 층, 및 세번째 유전층이 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 제2항에서 정의된 바와같은 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 지지체가 유리인 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  5. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 지지체가 중합체 물질인, 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학적으로 반서성인 금속층이, 은, 금, 구리 및 백금으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 금속으로 형성된 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프리코우트층이, 대략 1-80%의 니켈 및 대략 1-20%의 크롬으로 구성된 합금으로부터 형성되는 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프리코우트층이, 니켈, 크롬, 로듐 및 백금으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 금속으로 형성되는 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프리코우트층이, 니켈, 크롬, 로듐 및 백금으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 금속으로 형성된 합금인 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  10. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 상기 광학적으로 반사성인 금속충돌이, 은 금. 구리 및 백금으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 금속으로 형성되는 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  11. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 하나이상의 상기 프리코우트층이, 대략 1-80%의 니켈 및 대략 1-20%의 크롬으로 구성된 합금으로 형성되는 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  12. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 상기 프리코우트층이, 니켈, 크롬, 로듐 및 백금으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 금속으로 형성되는 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  13. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 상기 프리코우트층이, 니켈, 크롬, 로튬 및 백금으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 금속으로 형성된 합금인 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전층이 질화 규소로 구성되는 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전층이 금속 산화물로 구성되는 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전층이 산화 티탄, 산화 규소, 산화 알루미늄, 산화 탄탈륨, 산화 지르코늄 및 산화 주석으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는, 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  17. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 상기 유전층이 질화 규소로 구성되는 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  18. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 상기 유전층이 금속 산화물로 구성되는 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  19. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 상기 유전층이, 산화 티탄, 산화규소, 산화 알루미늄, 산화 탄탈륨, 산화 지르코늄 및 산화 주석으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 광학적으로 반사성인 금속층이 대략 40-150A의 두께를 갖고, 프리코우트층은 대략 5-20A의 두께를 가지며, 유전층은 대략 300-900Å의 두께를 갖는 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
  21. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 광학적으로 반사성인 금속층이 대략 40-150Å의 두께를 갖고, 각각의 프리코우트층이 대략 5-20Å의 두께를 가지며, 각각의 유전층은 대략 300-900Å의 두께를 갖는 얇은 필름 간섭 필터.
