Claims (14)
- 지지체; 금속층; 첫번째 유전층; 및 두번째 유전층으로 구성된 표면 거울.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보호층을 포함함을 특징으로하는 표면거울.
- 제2항에 있어서, 세번째 유전층 및 네번째 유전층을 포함함을 특징으로한 표면거울.
- 첫번째 유전층; 금속층; 두번째 유전층; 세번째 유전층; 및 보호층으로 구성된 표면거울.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 유전층이 금속 산화물로 구성된 표면 거울.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 유전층이 산화티탄, 산화 알루미늄, 산환 타탈륨, 산화 주석, 및 산화 아연으로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 유전 물질의 표면 거울.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보호층이 질화규소, 산화구소, 산화 알루미늄, 산화탄탈륨, 산호주석, 및 산화 아연으로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 유전물질인 표면 거울.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보호층의 두께가 대략 300-1400A인 표면 거울.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속층이 크롬, 니켈-크롬 합금, 스테인레스강, 알루미늄, 및 로듐으로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 표면 거울.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금혹층의 두께가 대략 400-650A인 표면 거울.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첫번째 유전층의 두께가 대략 600-1200A이고 두번째 유전층의 두께가 대략 400-650A인 표면거울.
- 제3항에 있어서, 첫번째 및 세번째 유전층의 개별 두께가 대략 600-1200A이고 두번째 유전층의 두께가 대략 400-650A인 표면거울.
