Claims (1)

  1. 소재금속의 표면에 이온도금법에 의해서 질화크롬, 질화티탄, 탄화티탄, 등과 같은 경질금속의 박피막을 피복하고 또 그 위에 이온도금법에 의해서 금, 은 백금, 동, 아연, 파라듐, 크롬, 로듐, 인듐, 니켈, 게르마늄, 코발트, 지르코늄, 텅스텐, 탄탈, 니오브, 망간, 몰리브덴, 주석, 철, 알루미늄, 등과 같은 건식도금 가농한 단체금속, 혹은 금합금, 은합금, 백금합금, 동합금, 파라듐합금, 크롬합금, 로듈합금, 인듐합금, 기켈합금, 게르미늄합금, 코발트합금, 지르코늄합금, 텅스텐합금, 탄탈합금, 나오브합금, 망간합금, 몰리브덴합금, 주석합금, 철합금, 아연합금, 알루미늄합금 등과 같은 건식 도금 가능한 각종 합금의 박피막을 적의 석정하여 전면 혹은 소정형상으로 피복하는 것을 특징으로 한 금속표면 가공방법.
