Claims (8)
- 기본적으로 원자분율로 60 내지 90퍼센트범위의 탄탈륨 또는 텅스텐, 잔부로 철, 크롬, 니켈을 포함하는 내식성합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 철, 니켈, 크롬이 스텐레스강에 존재하는 상대함량을 갖는 합금.
- 제2항에 있어서, 스텐레스강이 300 시리이즈의 것인 합금.
- 제2항에 있어서, 스텐레스강이 304L 스텐레스강인 합금.
- 기본적으로 원자분율로 83퍼센트의 탄탈륨, 13퍼센트의 철, 3퍼센트의 크롬과 1퍼센트의 니켈을 포함하는 합금.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전술한 합금이 비정질인 합금.
- 기본적으로 원자분율로 70퍼센트의 텅스텐, 21퍼센트의 철, 6퍼센트의 크롬과 3퍼센트의 니켈을 포함하며, 미세결정질인 합금.
