제2도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 티탄금속재 표면의 X 선 회절결과를 나타낼 도면,
제3도는 압연유(壓延油)를 사용하여 냉각압연시킨 순수한 티탄금속재 표면의 X선 회절결과를 나타낸 도면.
Claims (3)
- 티탄금속재를 냉간가공할때 그 티탄금속재의 표면에 오일이 존재하도록 하면서 전체 가공정도에 대해 10% 이상의 가공을 시행한 다음, 이를 300℃ 이상의 온도에서 열처리시켜서, 그 티탄금속재의 표면에 Ti2N, TiC및 Ti(CN)중의 적어도 하나이상의 성분이 함유된 내식성이 우수한 층을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 티탄금속재의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 티탄금속재는 티탄 또는 그 합금으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 티탄금속재의 제조방법.
- 티탄금속재를 냉간 가공할때 그 티탄금속재의 표면에 오일이 존재하도록 하면서 전체가공정도에 대해 10% 이상의 가공을 시행한 다음, 이를 300℃ 이상의 온도에서 열처리시켜서, 그 티탄금속재의 표면에 Ti2N, TiC 및 Ti(CN)중의 적어도 하나이상의 성분이 함유된 내식성이 우수한 층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 티탄금속재.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
