제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 수행하기 위한 열 처리로의 한예를 나타내는 단면도.
제2도는 비교에에 의한 가공품, 나사산부분의 배율 50배의 단면현미경 사진을 나타낸 도면.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 실시예에 의한 가공품의 나사산 부분의 배율 50배의 단면현미경 사진을 나타낸 도면.

Claims (1)

  1. 강재의 표면에 질소를 반응시켜서 경질의 질화층을 형성하는 강의 질화방법에 있어서, 강재를 미리 불소계 가스분위기 속에서 유지하여 강재의 표면에 불화막을 생성한후에, 질화 분위기 속에서 가열하여 강재의 표면층을 질화층으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강의 질화방법.
