Abstract
본 발명은 표면이 플루오르화된 금속을 주성분으로 함유하는 배기가스 처리제를 컬럼내에 충전시키고; 처리될 성분으로 니트로겐 트리플루오리드를 함유하는 배기가스를 컬럼에 통과시키고; 배기가스와 배기가스 처리제를 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 배기가스 처리방법 및 그 배기가스 처리제를 제공하기 위한 것이다.

Claims (13)
- 플루오르화된 표면을 갖는 금속을 주성분으로 포함하는 니트로겐 트리플루오리드를 함유하는 배기가스를 처리하기 위한 배기가스 처리제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오르화된 금속의 비표면적이 0.1㎡/g 이상인 배기가스 처리제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리제는 금속에 대한 플루오르 함량이 0.1중량% 이상인 배기가스 처리제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 처리제는 금속에 대한 플루오르 함량이 0.1중량% 이상인 배기가스 처리제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 금속은 철, 구리, 아연, 알루미늄, 망간, 이들 금속을 유효성분으로 함유하는 합금, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 배기가스 처리제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 금속은 철이고, 처리제는 철과 균일하게 혼합되어 있는 크롬을 철에 대해 1∼30중량% 함유하는 것인 배기가스 처리제.
- 플루오르화된 표면을 갖는 금속을 주성분으로 함유하는 배기가스 처리제를 컬럼 내에 충전시키고; 처리될 성분으로서 니트로겐 트리플루오리드를 함유하는 배기가스를 상기 컬럼에 통과시키고; 배기가스를 배기가스 처리제와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 배기가스 처리방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 배기가스는 40∼700℃의 온도에서 배기가스 처리제와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 플루오르화된 금속의 비표면적은 0.1㎡/g 이상임을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 처리제는 금속에 대한 플루오르 함량이 0.1중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 처리제는 금속에 대한 플루오르 함량이 0.1중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
- 제7항과 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 금속은 철, 구리, 아연, 알루미늄, 망간, 이들 금속을 주성분으로 함유하는 합금, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 금속은 철이고 처리제는 철과 균일하게 혼합되어 있는 크롬을 철에 대해 1∼30중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 차는 처리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
