제 1 도는 본 발명에 사용되는 처리로(處理爐)의 한 실시예를 나타낸 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 금속재료를 불소계 가스 분위기중에서 가열상태로 유지하고, 이어서 생성 불화막을 제거함으로써 금속재료표면을 정화 및 활성화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속재료의 전처리 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속재료가 강재(鋼材), 알루미늄재, 티타늄재 또는 니켈재인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속재료의 전 처리방법.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불소계 가스가 NF3, BF3, CF4, HF, SF6및 F2중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 불소 성분을 불활성가스에 포함시킨 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속재료의 전처리 방법.
