피스톤의 제조 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 실시예를 표시한 피스톤 장치의 단면도.
제2도는 스커어트부만에 테애퍼가공을 실시하도록한 피스톤의 제조공정을 표시한 설명도.
제3도는 피스톤 외주면 전체에 테이퍼가공을 실시하도록한 피스톤의 제조공정을 표시한 설면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 스커어트부착 금속제피스톤 원재(la)를, 적어도 그 스커어트의 얇은 두께부(2)가 후측으로 향하여 점차 또한 뒤에 설명하는 열처리할때에 피스톤(1)의 외경이 대략 균일하게 복원될 수 있는 정도로 테이퍼지게 지름을 축소시키고 이 원재(la)를 N및 C의 가스공급에 의해서 가열처리하고, 원재의 외주면에 질소화막충을 형성시키는 동시에 스커어트부를 열변형시키고 이어서 외주면을 연마 가공하는것을 특징으로하는 피스톤의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 스커어트를 갖는 금속재 피슨톤 원재(la)가 스커어트를 갖는 강철제의 피스톤원재인 것을 특징으로하는 피스톤의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 피스톤원재(la)의 가열처리는 550∼600℃로 1∼수시간 행하여지는 것을 특징으로하는 피스톤의 제조방법.
