Claims (6)

  1. 반사면상에 금과 은으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속을 증착한 것이 특징인 난반사기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사기는 난반사율이 95% 이상인 재료로 형성되는 것이 특징인 난반사기.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 반사기는 마이카 세라믹류 또는 황산 바리움을 함유하는 후루오린 플라스틱류로 형성되는 것이 특징인 난반사기.
  4. 반사실린더 내부공간에 하나 이상의 레이저 봉들과 램프들이 구비되어 있고, 상기 램프들로부터 방출된 광이 반사실린더의 내면에 의해 반사되어 상기 레이저봉들에 조사되는 고체 레이저 장치에 있어서, 상기 반사실린더는 난반사기로부터 형성되며, 상기 난반사기는 2반원이 직선에 의해 연결되는 형상을 갖는 공간구획을 가지며, 상기 단일 또는 복수의 레이저 봉들과 상기 램프들은 반사실린더의 내부에 평행하게 배치되는 것이 특징인 고체레이저 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 반사실린더는 금과 은중 적어도 하나가 증착된 내면을 갖는 난반사기를 포함하는 것이 특징인 고체레이저 장치.
  6. 제4 또는 5항에 있어서, 상기 반사 실린더는 마이카 세라믹류 또는 황산바리윰을 함유하는 후루오린 플라스틱류로 형성되는 것이 특징인 고체 레이저 장치.
